The Berlin perfume retailer has announced flaconi.co.uk. Here is what its help centre says about delivery, returns and payment, and what UK shoppers should check first. Read on 8 October 2026.

Flaconi, the Berlin-based online perfume and beauty retailer, has announced a UK shop, and its official help centre already describes how flaconi.co.uk works: £3.00 delivery with Royal Mail, free on orders over £35, and free returns on unopened items for 120 days. The catch is that the shop's live status is unclear. When I tested on 8 October 2026, flaconi.co.uk redirected to the German site, flaconi.de, so it is not confirmed that UK customers can order yet.
Below is what is confirmed, what is only announced and what UK shoppers should check before ordering, including delivery, returns, payment, the advent calendar and Black Friday.
The Flaconi page on Soleback covers the German shop flaconi.de, so its cashback does not apply to a UK shop.
Flaconi was founded in Berlin in 2011 and is one of Germany's largest online perfume retailers. According to its press release of 26 March 2026, it stocks around 1,000 brands and 50,000 products, employs around 700 people and has more than 5 million active customers. It reported revenue of 651 million euros for 2025, a corporate figure given in the currency Flaconi reports in. Its majority owner is the German media group ProSiebenSat.1.
Not confirmed. The evidence points both ways:
The redirect may depend on where you connect from, so it is worth opening flaconi.co.uk yourself. If it lands on flaconi.de, the German shop is not set up for UK delivery in pounds.
From the help centre article for flaconi.co.uk:
Parcels ship from Flaconi's main logistics centre in Halle, Germany, and the first tracking scan happens at Royal Mail.
The English help centre says nothing about import VAT or customs duties for UK orders. Since parcels come from Germany, this is the first question to check at checkout: whether the price you see includes all charges or whether Royal Mail may ask for a fee on delivery. That is a practical inference, not a Flaconi statement.
According to the help centre:
In Flaconi's other markets, opened products can only be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, and sets must be returned complete. The English help centre is likely to follow the same rule, but I did not confirm that for the UK.
PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, according to the help centre.
The help centre gives phone hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 UK time.
No UK discount code or newsletter offer is confirmed. In other markets Flaconi applies the same rules everywhere: one discount code per order, some brands excluded, and the free shipping threshold calculated after the discount. In France, the welcome offer for newsletter sign-ups is a fixed voucher, larger in the app than on the website. A UK equivalent is not confirmed.
Not confirmed for the UK. Flaconi sells its own "flaconi Collection 24 Love Brands 2026" calendar in other markets, with 28 products, 17 of them full size. It is priced in euros in those shops, so I do not convert it into pounds.
In France, Italy and Poland, two rules apply to the calendar: it is excluded from the 120-day returns, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the seal is removed. Expect the same if the calendar reaches the UK.
Not confirmed for the UK. Black Friday falls on 27 November 2026. In 2024 and 2025, Flaconi's Black Week in France and Poland started on the Saturday before Black Friday and ended on Cyber Monday, with discounts of up to 70 per cent. If the pattern holds, it would run from 21 to 30 November 2026. That is my inference, and it is not clear whether the UK will be included.
There is no Trustpilot page for flaconi.co.uk yet. The established shops score well: 4.4 out of 5 from more than 25,000 reviews for flaconi.de, 4.3 for France and 4 for Italy. Flaconi's help centre states that it sells only 100 per cent original products bought directly from the official manufacturers.
