How the stages work
The stages stack. Reaching stage 3 also pays stage 1 and stage 2, so nothing is lost if your balance jumps straight past the earlier thresholds.
Each stage shows what that stage alone pays, not a running total. Add all three together for the full welcome bonus.
Each stage pays you once. After it has paid, that stage will not pay again, even if your balance later falls and climbs back past the same threshold.

Once the store has approved and paid the cashback behind it, the bonus turns withdrawable and can go out with your next payout request.

Only cashback tracked within 45 days of creating your account counts towards the welcome bonus.
Pending cashback counts
A purchase counts towards the ladder as soon as it is tracked. You do not have to wait for the store to approve it, which is usually the slowest part.
It can be adjusted
Because the bonus arrives before the store has confirmed the cashback, it is reduced or removed if that cashback does not stand — for example if you return the order.
Paid in your account currency
Bonuses follow the currency set on your account, and each currency has its own fixed amounts rather than a converted figure.
Only real cashback counts
Bonus payments themselves do not count towards the next stage. Only cashback earned from your own shopping moves you up the ladder.
It behaves like cashback
The bonus is an ordinary transaction in your Soleback balance, so it appears in your transaction list and goes through the normal payout process.
