For what purposes we collect and process your personal data
- We only collect and process your personal data for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. These include:
- the conclusion, performance, and termination of the contract or any other activities necessary to provide our services,
- managing communications, including the processing and resolution of complaints,
- complying with legal and statutory obligations imposed on the Company,
- other purposes pursued within the scope of the legitimate interests of the data controller.
How long we retain your personal data
- We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above. Your data will therefore be stored until the fulfillment of the contract and thereafter for other lawful purposes, but no longer than the end of the calendar year in which the relevant limitation period for claims expires. If a complaint is lodged, personal data will be kept until the complaint procedure is fully completed.
- In the event that a dispute or legal proceeding arises during the aforementioned period, personal data will be processed for a duration determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Polish Civil Code governing limitation periods, calculated from the date of final resolution or termination of the dispute.
- Personal data required for tax documentation and statutory financial compliance will be stored for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax liability expires.
- Personal data required for mandatory accounting records will be stored for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the operations, transactions, or proceedings have been finally concluded, settled, or time-barred.

- To register on our website, we require the following personal data from you:
- your username on the Discord platform,
- your email address.
- When you request a cashback payout after completing a purchase through our platform, we will ask you to provide the following details:
- your full name,
- your residential address,
- your bank account number or PayPal account identifier.

- Only authorized associates and personnel of Soleback will have access to your personal data.

- the right to withdraw your consent at any time where data processing is based on your prior consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Please be advised that exercising some of the rights mentioned above, particularly the request for erasure of your personal data or the restriction of its processing, may prevent us from providing our platform's services to you.
- You have the right to request information about your personal data held by us at any time. This information will be provided to you within one month of receiving your request. If the request is complex or if we receive a high volume of requests, we reserve the right to extend this deadline by an additional two months. In such cases, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it within one month of receiving your initial request. The maximum processing period shall not exceed 3 months.
