Free delivery from 270 zł, own refrigerated vans in eight cities and a driver who takes your bottles
Soleback Team
At Frisco.pl the minimum basket is 100 zł, and delivery by the company's own fleet is free from 270 zł for everyone and from 240 zł for members of the Frisco Friends programme. Below those thresholds you pay 17 zł or 14 zł depending on your status. Your first order ships free.
Frisco does not use a courier in the usual sense: in eight cities it runs its own refrigerated vans, and the rest of Poland is served through DPD and InPost. There are no physical shops, so there is no click and collect, and the company uses no substitute products at all, which is rare in this trade. Since 2026 the driver will also take your empty bottles and cans back under the deposit return scheme.
Before you shop, activate cashback on the Frisco page at Soleback.
One thing to establish first: Frisco delivers only within Poland and prices everything in Polish złoty. This guide is for anyone ordering to a Polish address, which in practice means people living in Poland, including those who would rather read the terms in English than work through a Polish help centre.
Frisco.pl is one of the oldest and largest online supermarkets in Poland, operating on what the trade calls a pure e-grocery model. The company has no shop network; orders are picked in dedicated warehouses.
The Eurocash Group was a minority shareholder from 2014, holding 44 per cent. In June 2020 it bought a 56 per cent package from MCI funds for roughly 132.5 million złoty, taking control of the company, and in the years that followed became its sole owner.
A model without physical shops has specific consequences that run through this entire guide. There is nowhere to collect an order or hand back a return in person, but in exchange fresh goods are bought in for each specific order rather than taken off a shelf.
Frisco publishes its current coverage and rates on its delivery page. The split between the own fleet and the couriers is the most important distinction here. Almost every answer below looks different depending on which method you choose.
The answer depends on the delivery method and on your status in the loyalty programme.
Frisco Van, private customer:
Frisco Van, business customer:
InPost courier:
InPost Fresh, chilled shipment:
Two things are worth noting. First, the free delivery threshold is high compared with ordinary online shops, but in grocery shopping 270 zł is a realistic weekly basket for a family, so in practice it is reached more often than it sounds. Second, InPost Fresh is never entirely free, because chilled transport always costs at least 5 zł.
The rates for own delivery have been in force since 8 November 2022 and depend on your status in the Frisco Friends programme.
The structure of the DPD price is unusual and worth understanding. It consists of a fixed part, a token one złoty with online payment, plus a variable part charged in steps of 14 zł. In grocery shopping, where water and soft drinks can dominate the weight of a basket, the final figure climbs fast. Frisco shows it during checkout, so check it before you confirm rather than after.
With own delivery you choose a specific time window, so you are not waiting for a courier all day. That is the biggest advantage of this model.
Same-day delivery is possible if you place the order before the cut-off for your city:
There is one condition: a delivery window has to still be free in your area. Frisco itself encourages ordering as early as possible, because windows fill up quickly, especially on Fridays and before public holidays.
With courier delivery it works differently. DPD usually hands the parcel to the carrier within 3 working days, and the system shows the earliest possible dispatch date. With InPost you choose a slot that suits you.
This question has a different answer at Frisco than at an ordinary shop, because the primary method is the company's own fleet.
The own fleet matters practically, not just as branding. A Frisco driver carries the shopping in, knows the specifics of the order, and can take deposit packaging off your hands, which an external courier will not do. With frozen and chilled goods, the continuity of the cold chain also has legal weight, which I come back to in the returns section.
Not in the classic sense. There is no separate, more expensive express option that you pay extra for at checkout.
There is, however, same-day delivery, which in practice fills that role and carries no extra charge. All that counts is whether you make the cut-off for your city and whether a window is still free. You can check availability in the reservation panel once you are logged in.
Partly, and this is one of the shop's most important limitations.
A full grocery order cannot be sent to an automated parcel machine, because frozen and chilled products need temperature continuity and a locker compartment does not provide it. That is why, in the eight cities served by the own fleet, delivery is always to the address you give.
For other areas Frisco offers InPost and InPost Fresh, a courier route with a chilled transport option. That is a solution for dry goods and selected chilled items, not for a complete weekly shop with ice cream and frozen vegetables.
If you live outside the Frisco Van area, you will in practice do a different kind of shop here than someone in Warsaw: more pantry, less fresh.
No, and in the current model you never will be able to. Frisco runs no physical shops. The whole business rests on picking warehouses that customers cannot enter.
That is a difference from online grocers owned by retail chains, where an order can be collected at the shop. At Frisco the choice comes down to delivery to an address or courier delivery.
The consequence extends to returns, covered further down, because no shop means nothing can be handed back over a counter.
Frisco does not keep a standing public free delivery code. Instead, three mechanisms genuinely zero out that charge.
Current campaigns are collected in the Soleback promotions section.
Important where cashback is concerned: a code picked up from a random coupon site can zero the retailer's commission, and with no commission there is nothing to pay the cashback from. Coupon sites advertise Frisco figures in the range of a hundred and fifty złoty or more, which in practice turn out to be the sum of every promotion in the basket rather than one code.
Yes, and with own delivery it works better than at most shops in Poland.
A map with the driver's location is a feature ordinary online grocers usually lack. If you order regularly, the app is clearly more convenient here than the browser version.
The procedure differs depending on who brings the shopping.
With Frisco's own delivery: the driver tries to call the number given on the order. If no telephone contact can be made, Frisco tries to reach you by email. The company does not guarantee that the driver will come back the same day, which with fresh goods is understandable.
With courier delivery: DPD or InPost makes two delivery attempts. If both fail, the parcel goes back to Frisco.
How to avoid it: if you know you will not be there, report it in advance to customer service at [email protected], by phone on 22 331 50 00 or through the chat on the site. Changing the slot before the driver sets off is far simpler than rescuing the situation after a failed delivery, and with an order containing frozen goods it is the only sensible course.
At Frisco this problem looks different from a clothing or electronics shop, because the order value can change after the order has been placed.
Points two and three are specific to groceries. It is worth aiming somewhat above the threshold rather than exactly at it.
This question comes up more often than any other in reviews of online grocers, so it is worth spelling out.
The default refund to shop credit rather than to a bank account is something to know about. If you order once every few months, remember to switch the refund to a transfer, otherwise the money will sit waiting for your next shop.
No, and this is one of the shop's strongest characteristics. Frisco states plainly that it currently uses no substitutes of any kind.
The reason is structural. Frisco does not belong to a retail chain, so it brings most products in from suppliers on the day of delivery. Dairy, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish are bought for each specific order rather than taken off a shop shelf.
If something is unavailable you will be told by email and you will not pay for it, but nobody will swap your preferred yoghurt for another brand. That suits people who buy specific products and suits less well those who want a complete basket regardless of brands.
Frisco works mainly through recurring campaigns and its weekly leaflet rather than one standing welcome code.
Current campaigns are in the Soleback promotions section and on the Frisco promotions page.
The programme is free and works on two levels at once, which can be confusing.
Points, called Friscoiny:
The second, less obvious effect is the influence of programme status on the delivery rate. Membership lowers the free delivery threshold from 270 zł to 240 zł and reduces the charge from 17 zł to 14 zł on smaller baskets. With a weekly shop that is a few hundred złoty of difference over a year, which is more than you will usually extract from the points themselves. The details are on the loyalty programme page.
Not in the form of a classic percentage code typed in at checkout.
What a new private customer actually gets: free delivery on the first order, regardless of basket value. At a rate of 17 zł that is a real benefit, it requires no code and it applies automatically.
For business accounts Frisco runs a separate campaign, the "Box powitalny": a welcome box priced at 1 zł net, assigned automatically on first registration of a Frisco Business account, a maximum of one per customer and only with own-fleet deliveries. If you remove the box from the basket, you forfeit your entitlement to it in future.
The distinction matters, because online these two offers are often conflated. A private customer will not get the box, and a business does not need a free delivery code.
Frisco does not publish a guaranteed amount or percentage for signing up to the newsletter alone. The newsletter exists primarily to carry news of the leaflet, the day-based campaigns and the free delivery promotions.
In practice that makes the newsletter a promotions calendar rather than a coupon. Coupon sites regularly advertise a "Frisco newsletter code" for a specific amount, but such offers are time-limited and follow no standing rule, so it is not worth signing up on the assumption that a discount will definitely arrive.
If you are after a measurable saving, the safer route is Frisco Friends plus cashback activated before you buy.
Frisco runs no publicly announced birthday discount. Neither the loyalty programme terms nor the newsletter material mentions such a benefit.
That is a difference from many clothing and beauty retailers, which have made a birthday gift standard. In groceries the mechanism is rare, because margins are lower and purchase frequency far higher, so shops prefer to reward regularity over a date in the calendar.
If someone promises you a Frisco birthday code, treat it as an offer from an outside site rather than a programme run by the shop.
No, and here two different situations have to be separated honestly.
A complaint about a faulty product is free of charge. You report it and usually have to send nothing back, because Frisco asks for a photograph of the product.
Withdrawal from the contract, meaning returning goods you are not happy with, requires sending them back by post to the warehouse address: Klaudyn 05-080, ulica Zorzy 4. Under the terms, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, so you pay for the parcel yourself.
In grocery shopping, withdrawal in practice applies mainly to durable goods: cleaning products, cosmetics, equipment and household items. With fresh food it is largely excluded, as below.
14 days from the delivery date to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, in line with consumer law. The statement must reach the seller within that period. You can submit it through an online form, through the "Odstąp od umowy" function in your account, or in writing.
The refund is made without delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement, using the same payment method you paid with.
A complaint about a faulty product must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods.
What you cannot return at all, under the terms:
This is not a restriction Frisco invented but an exclusion arising from Polish consumer law. The right of withdrawal simply does not cover food that can spoil. If a product is faulty, spoiled or past its date, you take the complaint route rather than the returns route, and then you send nothing back.
No. Frisco has no physical shops, so there is no point at which goods can be handed back over a counter.
Two routes remain. A complaint is reported remotely, and withdrawal from the contract is carried out by post to the warehouse in Klaudyn.
Frisco offers an unusually large number of channels here, which is a plus.
What you have to include: the order number or invoice number and a photograph of the product complained about. It is also worth stating straight away which form of refund you prefer, credit on your shop account towards future purchases or a transfer to your bank account.
The photograph requirement works in the customer's favour, because it replaces sending the goods back. With a spoiled yoghurt or off meat, a photograph is faster and cheaper than any return parcel, which is why it is worth taking one as you unpack rather than two days later.
This is a feature Frisco introduced in 2026 together with Kaucja.pl, and one most of its competition lacks. The driver delivering your shopping takes your empty deposit packaging away.
On a basket with water and soft drinks this adds up to a real sum. Thirty bottles is 15 zł, roughly what delivery costs below the threshold. If you have no car, this service is the strongest argument for Frisco over shops where the bottles have to be driven back yourself.
The current rate is always on the Frisco page at Soleback. It changes over time and rises during seasonal campaigns.
The mechanism is simple: enter the shop through Soleback, finish the order in the same session, and after the verification period the rebate lands in your account.
With grocery shopping, cashback works better than in most categories, because the basket repeats every week. A percentage of one order looks unremarkable, but across fifty shops a year it is an entirely different figure. To avoid forgetting the activation step, install the Soleback extension, which flags automatically when a shop is in the programme. New users also start with a welcome bonus.
Frisco.pl is the most operationally polished online grocer in Poland and at the same time one of the most expensive to get into. A 100 zł minimum, a free delivery threshold at 270 zł and a 17 zł charge without status are noticeably harsher terms than at shops run by retail chains.
In exchange you get things the competition does not offer: a specific delivery window instead of waiting for a courier, same-day delivery at no extra charge, a map of the driver's location in the app, no substitutes at all, and collection of deposit bottles at delivery.
The largest savings, though, do not lie in discount codes, because Frisco hands out almost none. They lie in three places: free delivery on your first order, the Frisco Friends programme, which lowers the threshold from 270 to 240 zł and the charge from 17 to 14 zł, and cashback activated before you enter the shop. On a shop you do every week, those three are what add up to a difference worth counting over a year.
