On 26 October 2026 there is no public Footpatrol discount code that works on every order. What does work: a student and emergency services discount through UNiDAYS, Student Beans or Blue Light Card (the site banner says 10%, the terms say 20%), personal email codes of 10%, 15% or 20%, a 10% SMS code, and sale prices of "Up to 50%" that need no code at all. Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 and is free over £100, except on launches. Through Soleback you get 2.5% cashback on Footpatrol orders, and the counter-intuitive part is this: at that rate a genuine 10% code saves you more than cashback does, so at Footpatrol a code comes first and cashback second.
This guide answers what you need to know before you search for a Footpatrol discount code: which discounts really exist, what coupon sites promise, what delivery and returns cost, how the launches draws work and when cashback is worth more than a code. We read the Footpatrol UK pages (footpatrol.com, delivery, returns, FAQs, promotion terms and the terms of sale dated "Applicable from: October 2026") on 26 October 2026, together with HotUKDeals, Savoo, Trustpilot and the Footpatrol page at Soleback.
Key points
- Public Footpatrol discount code for everyone: none published on official Footpatrol UK pages today
- Footpatrol student discount: through UNiDAYS or Student Beans; the banner says 10%, the terms say "20% off full price products"
- Emergency services and military: Blue Light Card, Defence Discount Service or Health Service Discount; 10% on the landing page, 20% in the terms
- Email codes: "10%, 15%, or 20%" off full price products, personal and not combinable
- SMS code: "10% off full price and sale products"
- Push notification codes: app only, which means no Soleback cashback
- Sale without a code: officially "Up to 50%", but we found a pair at 53% off
- UK Standard delivery: £4.99, free over £100, never free on launches orders
- Faster delivery: Express 2 Day £5.50, Next Day £6.50, DPD Premium Next Day £7.99
- Footpatrol returns: 28 days, free via Evri or £2 via Royal Mail; Launches app orders 14 days and no free returns
- Exchanges: not available; online orders can be returned in store for a refund only
- Footpatrol launches: draws in the Launches app (card hold, for example £120 or £165) or on the website via EQL (may show as a £0 hold); discount codes cannot be used
- Cashback with Soleback: 2.5% by default, 1% voucher rate
What is Footpatrol and who runs it?
Footpatrol is a London sneaker shop that, in its own words, has been "at the heart of supplying the sneaker fraternity" since 2002. The flagship store is at 80 Berwick St, Soho, London W1F 8TU, open Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 6pm. A second store opened in May 2018 at 45 Rue du Temple, 75004 Paris.
The online shop at footpatrol.com is run by JD Sports Fashion Plc, "trading as Footpatrol", company number 01888425, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury. It is the same group that owns JD Sports and size?, and you can see it in small details: one Footpatrol FAQ answer about card verification still says you will be "returned to size? to complete your order".
What this means for you in practice:
- Prices are in pounds and the site is aimed at UK customers, with a separate German site for Germany
- Customer service: 0207 287 8094, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 20:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday closed, or the contact form
- Range: Nike, Jordan, adidas Consortium, New Balance, Salomon, ASICS and others, plus Footpatrol's own collaborations
Is there a Footpatrol discount code that works today?
Not a public one. Footpatrol's promotions hub lists eight kinds of offers, and none of them is an open code you can copy from a website and use:
- Student Discount: personal code through UNiDAYS or Student Beans
- Emergency Services and Military Discount: personal code through a verification scheme
- Email Discount Codes: sent to you individually
- Push Notification Discount Codes: only in the Footpatrol app
- Free Standard Delivery: automatic over £100
- In-Store Draws
- Sale: automatic price reduction
- SMS Discount: code sent by text
The rule that runs through all of them: the offers "cannot be used in conjunction with any other" offer. One code per order, and no code on top of sale prices unless the offer says so. Products excluded from codes are listed on a separate "code exclusions" collection on footpatrol.com, so check it before you count on a discount.
What the official pages do not say is how much the newsletter sign-up gives you. Coupon sites say 10%, but Footpatrol does not publish a percentage, so treat that figure as not confirmed.
Footpatrol student discount: 10% or 20%?
This is the most confusing part of Footpatrol's offers, because the shop contradicts itself on the same day.
- Site banner: "10% OFF STUDENT & EMERGENCY SERVICES*"
- Student terms, clause 1: "20% off full price products on the Footpatrol website, app and mobile site by using the unique student discount code generated by by UNiDAYS, or Student Beans"
- Student terms, clause 8: changes are communicated "if the discount percentage differs from 10%"
Our reading: 10% looks like the standard rate and 20% looks like a leftover or a temporary increase that was never removed from the terms. Clause 2 allows exactly that: the offer "may vary from time to time, including the exclusion of sale items or an increase in full-price discount for limited periods". You will only see the real percentage at checkout.
Other rules from the student terms:
- Draws: "The Offer cannot be used on draws."
- Combining: not with any other online offer
- Spend: no minimum or maximum
- Returns: items are refunded at the discounted price you paid
- Exclusions: the code exclusions page applies
The Footpatrol student discount is not listed on the Footpatrol page at Soleback, which matters for cashback. More on that in the worked example below.
Emergency services and military discount
The same 10% versus 20% problem appears here.
- Landing page: "10% off full price* and sale for emergency service staff and armed forces", activated through Blue Light Card, Defence Discount Service or Health Service Discount
- Terms, clause 1: "20% off full price products", with a code from a valid Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service Card
- Terms, clause 4: "The Offer cannot be used on the Footpatrol launches app."
- Terms, clause 6: not valid on gift cards
Note two further differences. The landing page includes sale items, the terms only mention full price products. And the landing page lists Health Service Discount as a third scheme, while the terms only name Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service. If you are NHS staff and verify through Health Service Discount, check the basket total before paying.
Email, SMS and app codes: what Footpatrol actually sends
These are the codes you can genuinely receive from Footpatrol, according to its own terms:
- Email codes: "10%, 15%, or 20% off full price products on the Footpatrol website, app, and mobile site by using the unique discount code sent to you". Not usable on draws or with any other promotion, no minimum spend
- SMS code: "10% off full price and sale products", not on the Launches app or website launches, and "not applicable to delivery fees"
- Push notification codes: also 10%, 15% or 20% off full price products, but "can only be used via the Footpatrol app"
The SMS code is the only one whose terms explicitly cover sale products too. The push codes have a catch if you use Soleback: purchases in a shop's own app get no cashback. A 10% app code still beats 2.5% cashback on paper, but you cannot have both.
Footpatrol does not say when or how often email and SMS codes are sent. One rule from the FAQ is worth remembering: "if you didn't enter the code during checkout we cannot apply it after the order has been placed."
What coupon sites claim about Footpatrol
We checked HotUKDeals and Savoo, the two UK coupon sites where we found a Footpatrol page (VoucherCodes has none). Neither lists an open code that works for everyone today.
- HotUKDeals: "Save up to 50% in the sale", "20% off for students", "Join the newsletter today and unlock 10% off your next order" and "Get free delivery on orders more than £100". Its FAQ says NHS staff get "a 10% discount on full-price items". The only real promo code shown ("Extra 10% off orders when you apply this Footpatrol promo code") is in the expired section
- Savoo: "Full Priced Items: 20% off Footpatrol Student Discount", "Emergency Services: 20% off Full-Priced orders at Footpatrol", "10% off First order with Footpatrol's Email Sign Up" and "Up to 57% off Footpatrol Trainers and Shoes Sale", all labelled "Verified by Savoo", with the email sign-up and sale offers last verified on 14 Oct 2026
The problem is that Savoo's own FAQ contradicts both its offers and Footpatrol: it says "free UK delivery on all orders over £150", "standard delivery for £4.50" and "Students can get 10% off". Footpatrol's delivery page says £4.99 and £100.
Three takeaways:
- There is no lasting public code. Everything that works is either personal (student, emergency, email, SMS) or automatic (sale, free delivery)
- "Up to 57%" is a sale, not a code. You see it without entering anything
- A code from a coupon site can cost you cashback. Soleback's conditions exclude orders with codes not listed on Soleback
How to apply a Footpatrol discount code and why it fails
- Add the products to your basket
- Enter the code at checkout
- Check that the total drops before you pay
If the code is rejected, it is usually one of these reasons:
- Excluded product: the item is on the code exclusions list
- Sale item: student and email codes are for full price products
- Draw or launch: codes cannot be used on draws or launches orders
- Another offer already applied: no combining
- Wrong channel: push codes work only in the app, emergency codes not in the Launches app
- Forgot to enter it: it cannot be added after the order is placed
Footpatrol sale: discounts without a code
The biggest reductions at Footpatrol need no code. The sale terms describe "Up to 50% off on selected products", applied "automatically" as "a was / now price", online and in store while stock lasts. Gift cards are excluded.
Examples from the sale on 26 October 2026:
- Converse Chuck 70 Ox Low Women's: £35.00 instead of £75.00
- ASICS GEL-KAYANO 12.1 Women's: £85.00 instead of £170.00
- Jordan Air 1 Low OG: £85.00 instead of £145.00
- Birkenstock Naples Wrapped Women's: £90.00 instead of £150.00
- Nike Air Rift Women's: £70.00 instead of £120.00
The Converse pair is 53% off by our calculation, so the "Up to 50%" in the terms is already exceeded. The other four sit between 40% and 50% (our calculation).
Two practical points. Many sale pairs, including all five examples above, cost under £100, so you will often pay £4.99 standard delivery. And apart from the SMS code (and the emergency services landing page), official codes are for full price products, so do not expect to stack a student code on a sale price.
Black Friday at Footpatrol
Footpatrol published a blog post on 21 November 2025 saying "Black Friday is now live at Footpatrol". It showed staff picks such as Air Jordan 1 High OG "Shattered Backboard", Salomon x Footpatrol XT-4 and Nike Air Max Plus 7, each "Was £175, Now £120", and linked to the sale collection.
What we could not confirm:
- A site-wide percentage for Black Friday 2025: not published, and we found no community or press source with one
- A Black Friday code: the Captain Creps Black Friday guide lists Footpatrol only as "Promo Ended" and "Code: N/A"
- Dates for Black Friday 2026: not announced on 26 October 2026
Our reading: Black Friday at Footpatrol works through the sale collection with was/now prices, not through a code. If you are waiting for it, prepare your sizes in advance and keep in mind that the general no-combining rule applies.
Footpatrol launches: app draws, website draws and why codes do not help
The most wanted releases at Footpatrol are sold through draws. There are two different systems, and they work differently.
Footpatrol Launches app draws:
- Entry: in the separate Launches app, with your date of birth, size, payment details, delivery method and address
- Limits: "One entry per person is allowed" and also "Only one entry per household"
- Age: 18 or over
- Card hold: "A pre-authorisation hold for£120 plus the applicable delivery fees" on one draw, £165 on another; the amount matches the product
- Payment: "We will only take payment if you are selected."
- Changes: registration details cannot be amended after entry
Footpatrol website draws (run with EQL):
- Card check: "a payment authorisation/verification check will be carried out using the payment details provided (which may appear as a £0 hold)"
- Limit: "Only one entry per customer is permitted for each Draw"
- Codes: "Discount codes, promotional codes or other vouchers cannot be applied to any purchase made as a result of a successful Draw entry."
- Better odds after losing: an EQLizer Score increases your chances after each unsuccessful entry and resets when you win
- Cancelling: possible until the draw closes; once you win and the order is processed it cannot be cancelled
So the search for a code for a launch is pointless: student, email and emergency codes all exclude draws, and free delivery over £100 does not apply to launches orders either. For Soleback users there is a second catch: Launches app purchases are app purchases, which get no cashback. Whether a website draw processed through EQL tracks as a Soleback session is not confirmed, so do not count on it.
One more warning: on 26 October 2026 the Launches app terms said a draw "will be open between 16/10/26 and 11/10/26", an end date before the start date. Treat dates in the draw terms with care and follow the app itself.
UK delivery costs: free over £100, but not for launches
The prices on Footpatrol's delivery page on 26 October 2026:
- UK Standard Delivery: "£4.99 or FREE on orders over £100", "Excluding Launches orders", usually within 3 working days
- Express 2 Day Delivery: £5.50, order before midnight to receive in 2 days
- Next Day Delivery: £6.50, order before 8pm
- DPD Premium Next Day Delivery: £7.99, order before 8pm, "a PIN will be required upon delivery"
Deliveries run Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays. The free delivery terms add that the offer is for "any UK order over £100 placed on Footpatrol via the Footpatrol website or app" and "does not apply to orders placed on the Footpatrol Launches app or any Footpatrol Website Launches orders". Footpatrol also says it may "occasionally" offer free standard delivery on all orders for a limited time.
A small detail that changes the maths: Express 2 Day costs only 51p more than standard (our calculation). If your order is under £100 and you would pay £4.99 anyway, £5.50 gets you a firm two-day promise.
Whether the £100 threshold is counted before or after a discount code is not stated. If a code brings your basket from just over £100 to just under it, check the delivery line at checkout.
Delivery times, Next Day exclusions and tracking
- Despatch email: "We will send you an email once your order has been despatched", with a tracking link to the courier
- Standard: within 3 working days
- Next Day exclusions: postcodes such as AB12-56, BN1-2, all of BT (Northern Ireland), GY, HS1-9, IM, IV, JE, KW1-17, PO30-41 and ZE get no Next Day service and "will be delivered within 48 hours"
- DPD Premium: a longer exclusion list, including whole areas such as DD, KA, KW, PH and TD
- Parcels: an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel
- Safe place: the carrier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place
- Non-delivery: report it "within 30 days of the failed delivery"
If you live in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or the islands, paying £6.50 or £7.99 for Next Day makes little sense: Footpatrol itself says those postcodes get 48 hours.
Address changes, cancelling and collection
Footpatrol gives you very little room after you pay:
- Cancelling: "Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we can't change it." The terms of sale add: "Once an order is placed, it cannot be stopped." You can only withdraw by returning the goods
- Changing the address: "Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons."
- Out of stock: if an item is out of stock at packing, Footpatrol cancels it and refunds "no later than 30 days from the date of your order", usually within 5 working days of the cancellation
- Click and collect, parcel lockers, pickup points: not mentioned on any official Footpatrol UK page, so not confirmed
Check your size and address twice before paying. Cancellations by Footpatrol are also among the most common complaints on Trustpilot.
Ordering from outside the UK
Footpatrol ships internationally, but the international delivery page only loaded partly for us. It shows prices such as "From £3.99" with "Delivery within 6 to 7 working days" and another option from four euros with 3 to 7 working days, but which price belongs to which country is not confirmed.
What is confirmed:
- EU customs: for EU addresses under one hundred and fifty euros, "taxes and duties will be settled on your behalf with our courier"; above that, or outside the EU, you may be charged taxes or duties on import
- Returns from abroad: not free, at your own expense "including any customs duties"
- Klarna: requires "A UK residential address"
If you live in Germany, Footpatrol has a separate site with its own prices in euros and its own rules.
Footpatrol returns: 28 days, free via Evri or £2 via Royal Mail
Footpatrol returns depend on where you bought:
- Website and Footpatrol app orders (UK): "within 28 days for FREE via EVRi or at a £2 cost via Royal Mail"
- Website launches orders: count as website orders, so the same 28 days apply
- Launches app orders: "we do not offer free returns", within 14 days, sent by recorded delivery or courier at your cost
- International orders: not free, 28 days for website and app orders, 14 days for Launches app orders
- In-store purchases: only back to a Footpatrol store, within 28 days, with proof of purchase
How a UK return works:
- Open the returns portal and enter the order number from your confirmation email ("No printer needed!")
- Include the dispatch note with the order details and order number
- Drop the parcel at your nearest available ParcelShop
If you cannot get to a store or drop-off point because of disability, neurodivergence or other accessibility needs, Footpatrol says "we offer a free collection service for UK orders". Ask Customer Care for it.
The postal returns address is Footpatrol Internet Returns, Door 2, Michael Faraday Avenue, Milnrow, Rochdale, OL16 4FW.
The difference between the two apps is the trap here. The Footpatrol app and the Launches app are separate. A pair won in a Launches app draw has half the return window and no free label.
Refund time, in-store refunds and no exchanges
- Processing: "Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed" once it arrives in the warehouse
- Showing in your account: "within 3-5 days" after the refund
- Carrier transit: Footpatrol expects returns via its portal to reach it "within 10 days"
- Store return: allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to show
Our calculation for a worst case: up to 10 days in transit, up to 14 days processing and up to 5 days with your bank. That is close to a month before the money is back.
There are no exchanges: "online orders can only be returned in-store for a refund, exchanges currently unavailable." If the size is wrong, you return and order again. Within the UK that costs you nothing for the return via Evri, but if your new order is under £100 you pay £4.99 delivery again.
Two more rules from the terms of sale help you:
- Statutory withdrawal (14 days): "You will be refunded in full, including standard delivery costs (if the entire order is returned). Extra delivery options will not be reimbursed." Our reading: if you paid £6.50 for Next Day, the extra over standard is not refunded
- Goodwill policy: 28 days for "unused, unworn, and undamaged Products"
Not returnable unless faulty: personalised items, hygiene-sealed items such as underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery if the seal is broken, and perishables. For a faulty or wrong item, take it with the despatch note to a store or contact Customer Care with a photo; the product must still be within the manufacturer's warranty period.
Payment methods: cards, Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal Pay in 3
According to the terms of sale (clause 8.1), Footpatrol accepts "VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, American Express, Maestro, and ShopPay". Buy now, pay later options:
- Klarna Pay in 30: "Get 30 days to pay"
- Klarna Pay in 3: three interest-free payments, the first at purchase, then after 30 and 60 days; requires being 18 or over, "A UK residential address" and a UK bank account
- Clearpay: four interest-free fortnightly payments, with late fees "of up to £24 per order"
- PayPal Pay in 3: three interest-free payments
The footer shows more logos, including Cartes Bancaires, UnionPay, Discover and Diners Club, but those are not in the terms of sale. What counts is what the checkout offers you.
For draws, the card hold matters more than the method: in the Launches app the hold covers the price plus delivery, so make sure the amount is available on your card when you enter.
Footpatrol cashback with Soleback: 2.5%
On top of Footpatrol's own discounts you can get part of the price back through Soleback. The rates on the Footpatrol page at Soleback, read on 26 October 2026:
- Default rate: 2.5%
- Voucher rate: 1%
Conditions on the same page:
- Tracking: 1h to 48h after the purchase
- Confirmation: 60 to 90 days
- Minimum withdrawal: five euros
- Missing cashback claims: within 28 days
No cashback is paid in these cases:
- Purchases in the store's own mobile app instead of the browser session where you activated cashback; this covers the Footpatrol app and the Launches app
- Orders with discount codes not listed on Soleback
- Visiting a price comparison or another cashback site after activating, because that overwrites the tracking
- Ad blockers or tracking protection that block the redirect
- Cancelled, returned or unpaid orders, and orders paid partly with gift cards
Because cashback is only confirmed after 60 to 90 days, a return or a cancellation by Footpatrol will remove it. To avoid forgetting to activate, there is the Soleback browser extension. New accounts can also earn the Soleback welcome bonus: up to fifteen euros in three stages (three euros at five euros of tracked cashback, four euros at fifteen euros and eight euros at forty-five euros), counting only cashback tracked within 45 days of creating the account. It is not a bonus on your first purchase.
What the Soleback page gets wrong: the six promotion cards on it are each labelled "Up to 5% cashback", while the rates section says 2.5% default and 1% with a voucher. Its key facts also say "Deals 9" while 6 promotions are shown, and no voucher codes are listed at all. The page was last updated on 16 April 2026. Count on 2.5%, not 5%.
Discount code or cashback: a worked example
This is where most of the money is, and at Footpatrol the answer is different from shops with high cashback rates. All figures below are our calculation, using official prices and rates.
A £120 pair at full price, UK Standard delivery:
- Cashback only: you pay £120, delivery is free over £100, and 2.5% comes back, so £3.00
- 10% student or email code: the pair costs £108, delivery is still free. The code is not listed on Soleback, so cashback may not be paid at all; at best the voucher rate of 1% gives £1.08. You save £12 at checkout, which is four times the cashback
- 20% email code (or the 20% student rate, if checkout gives it): the pair costs £96. If the £100 threshold is counted after the discount, which is not confirmed, you pay £4.99 delivery. You still save £24 minus £4.99, so £19.01, against £3 cashback
An £85 sale pair (for example the Jordan Air 1 Low OG):
- Cashback only: you pay £85 plus £4.99 delivery; 2.5% of £85 is about £2.13
- 10% SMS code, the one code whose terms cover sale products: £8.50 off, with cashback at risk
Conclusion: if you have a genuine Footpatrol code of 10% or more, use it; cashback at 2.5% cannot compete. Soleback is worth activating when you have no code: on full price orders without a discount, on sale items when you have no SMS code, and on orders where a code would be blocked anyway because of exclusions. And for draws won in the Launches app, cashback is not available whatever you do.
Footpatrol reviews: what customers say
On Trustpilot Footpatrol has 3.6 out of 5, rated "Average", from 10,064 reviews, read on 26 October 2026. 28% of the reviews are 1 star.
The negative reviews from July to October 2026 return to the same points:
- Cancelled orders and late refunds: a group of reviews in late September around cancelled adidas SPZL orders. On 4 October 2026 a customer wrote: "Promised a full refund within 5 working days following on from their shambolic customer services", and then "10 working days later no sign of a refund"
- Returns portal not working: "Needed a return and the portal wasn't working so I emailed and got no reply" (8 October 2026)
- Launches app returns: "bought a pair of Air Jordan 4s through the Footpatrol Launches App and the return process has been unnecessarily difficult" (7 October 2026)
- Wrong items or sizes in the box
Positive reviews mostly praise the stock and fast delivery, for example "Ordered a pair of salomons and they arrived the following day" (20 October 2026). Customer Care answers most reviews and asks for order details by email.
Where sources contradict each other
- Footpatrol student discount: 10% on the banner and as the reference rate in clause 8 of the terms, 20% in clause 1; HotUKDeals and Savoo say 20%, Savoo's own FAQ says 10%
- Emergency services discount: "10% off full price* and sale" on the landing page, "20% off full price products" in the terms
- Sale depth: the terms say "Up to 50%", the sale shows a Converse pair at 53% off and Savoo says "Up to 57%"
- Free delivery threshold: £100 on Footpatrol; £150 and £4.50 standard delivery in Savoo's FAQ
- Cashback at Soleback: 2.5% default and 1% voucher rate, while every promotion card says "Up to 5% cashback"
- Soleback deal count: "Deals 9" in the key facts, 6 promotions shown
- Launches app draw dates: "open between 16/10/26 and 11/10/26", end before start
- Newsletter discount: no percentage on Footpatrol; HotUKDeals and Savoo say 10%
- Health Service Discount: listed on the emergency landing page, missing from the terms
- EU customs threshold: footpatrol.com says taxes and duties are settled for you on EU orders under one hundred and fifty euros, the German Footpatrol site says under one hundred and twenty euros; where EU orders are dispatched from is not confirmed
How reliable the sources are
- High: delivery prices and times, return rules, refund times, payment methods, draw terms and promotion terms, all from footpatrol.com on 26 October 2026, with the terms of sale dated October 2026
- High: cashback rates and conditions from the Footpatrol page at Soleback (though its "Up to 5%" labels are wrong)
- Medium: Trustpilot reviews, which reflect individual experiences
- Medium: the Footpatrol blog post on Black Friday 2025, which confirms the date but not a discount level
- Low: discount percentages and "verified" labels on HotUKDeals and Savoo
- Own conclusion: that 10% is the real student rate, the cost of a wrong size, the refund timeline and when a code beats cashback
What to do depending on your situation
- You are a student: verify through UNiDAYS or Student Beans and check at checkout whether you get 10% or 20%. Either beats 2.5% cashback
- You work in the emergency services, NHS or armed forces: use Blue Light Card, Defence Discount Service or Health Service Discount (check the basket total with the last one), not in the Launches app
- You have an email or SMS code: use it on the website, it beats cashback; the SMS code also works on sale items
- You have no code: activate Soleback cashback and buy on the website, not in the app
- Your order is just under £100: add an item or pay 51p extra for Express 2 Day instead of standard
- You live in Northern Ireland, the Highlands or the islands: skip paid Next Day, those postcodes get 48 hours anyway
- You want a launch: forget codes, enter the website draw via EQL or the Launches app, and keep the card hold available
- You won in the Launches app: remember you have 14 days to return and no free label
- You are unsure about the size: there are no exchanges; a UK return via Evri is free, but a new order under £100 costs £4.99 delivery again
- You are waiting for Black Friday: watch the sale collection, no code has been confirmed for past events
Before you order, activate cashback on the Footpatrol page at Soleback, go to Footpatrol in the same browser session, and see more offers in Soleback promotions and in our sneaker cashback comparison.
