FWRD discount code 2026: delivery, returns, duties and cashback

There is no single FWRD discount code for every order, the 10% newsletter discount excludes 102 brands and Soleback cashback is 1%. This guide covers delivery, duties, returns, payments, reviews and how to combine a discount with cashback.

On 5 November 2026 there is no single code for every FWRD order: the shop gives 10% for joining its newsletter (15% for signing up by SMS), but the discount is valid for 30 days from sign-up and excludes 102 brands, including Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and Acne Studios. Soleback pays 1% cashback at this shop (shop card read on 5 November 2026, card last updated on 8 October 2026), tracked within 1-48 hours and approved after 60-120 days. International delivery is free, either express in 3-6 days or priority in 4-8 days, but the whole basket is charged in USD, and you pay duties and taxes up front with no refund from the shop. On Trustpilot FWRD scores 4.2 out of 5 from 598 reviews (read on 5 November 2026).

What FWRD is and why you should know it

FWRD is an online shop for luxury and designer fashion, owned by Revolve Group of Los Angeles. The footer of the shop's site names Eminent, Inc. as part of Revolve Group. The range covers womenswear and menswear, evening dresses, coats, knitwear, jeans, shoes from stilettos to sneakers, bags, jewellery, sunglasses, belts and premium beauty. The Soleback shop card lists Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Alex Perry, Bode, Acne Studios and Helsa among the designers, and the shop states that it is an authorised distributor of the brands it sells.

The range is large. The sale section alone showed as many as 12806 items across 26 pages of results on 5 November 2026. At Soleback the shop sits in the Fashion and Footwear categories, and the shopping region is Global. This is not a shop for hunting sneaker drops but for buying higher-end clothes and accessories, so the approach to codes and cashback differs from the one you would take in sneaker shops.

Is there a valid FWRD discount code today?

FWRD discount code at Soleback: on 5 November 2026 the shop card shows 0 codes and 0 promotions, and the codes category carries a message that new codes will appear after verification. On the shop's own pages we confirmed three things:

Newsletter: 10% off for signing up to the daily newsletter.
SMS: the discount rises to 15% after signing up for text messages.
Sale: a permanent sale section with no code, with prices reduced directly on the product page.

We did not find an active sitewide code on the shop's pages. The last such offer in FWRD's official materials was 20% off everything with a code, valid according to the shop's page until 12 March 2026, so there is no trace of it in November. That is our conclusion from reading the pages, not an announcement from the shop. You will find a wider roundup of codes from other shops in Soleback discount codes.

FWRD newsletter: 10% for email, 15% for SMS

The sign-up form promises 10% off purchases after you join the daily newsletters, and the code arrives by email or SMS within 15 minutes. Signing up by SMS raises the discount to 15% and means you agree to recurring automated marketing messages, including reminders about an abandoned basket. We have not confirmed whether SMS sign-up works with a UK phone number, because the form does not list the countries it covers.

Terms from the official discount restrictions page, read on 5 November 2026:

Validity: 30 days from sign-up.
Use: the code must be used on the account with the email address given at sign-up.
Exclusions: the discount does not cover earlier purchases, gift cards, shipping and handling costs or taxes, and the shop reserves the right to apply other exclusions.
Changes: FWRD may end or change the promotion without notice.

We have not confirmed a minimum order value, because the page does not state one, or whether the code works on products that are already reduced. The brand also has to be outside the exclusion list we describe below.

Our conclusion on the effect on cashback is that the newsletter code comes from the shop and not from Soleback, and the shop card lists orders with codes from outside Soleback among the cases where cashback will not be tracked. We have not tested an order with such a code, so treat the risk of losing the 1% as real. In practice this means that with a 10% discount, which is ten times larger than the cashback, the code usually wins, while for brands excluded from the discount only the cashback remains.

Brands excluded from the newsletter discount: 102 entries

The official list of brands excluded from the newsletter discount has 102 entries (read on 5 November 2026). On it you will find, among others, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Acne Studios, Balenciaga, Givenchy, Fendi, Moncler, Canada Goose, Golden Goose, Maison Margiela, Rick Owens, Stella McCartney, Valentino Garavani, Versace, UGG, Vans, Converse, Birkenstock, adidas Originals and COMME des GARCONS PLAY. There are also beauty brands, for example Charlotte Tilbury, Aesop and SK-II, as well as the FWRD Renew section with second-hand items.

Three findings:

The three brands that the Soleback shop card gives as examples of the range (Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Acne Studios) are on the exclusion list, so the newsletter discount will not work on them.
Alex Perry, Helsa, New Balance and SAME, among others, are not on the list, and these are brands we saw in the sale section on 5 November 2026.
The list may change, because the shop reserves the right to change promotions, so check it just before you buy.

FWRD student discount: not confirmed

On the shop's pages we did not find a student discount for the UK (read on 5 November 2026). Search results lead to student discount sites, but we have not confirmed that their offers apply in the UK, and they are not an announcement from FWRD. There is no student code for this shop at Soleback.

Codes from coupon sites: what stands behind them

Coupon sites whose roundups carry dates from July and August 2026 show FWRD codes for 20%, 30% and up to 65%. We do not repeat those codes. Three findings:

The numbers rule each other out: one site shows 30%, another 20% on a purchase, a third up to 65%, while the shop itself, in the materials we read, gives only 10% for email and 15% for SMS plus occasional time-limited promotions.
Some entries in such roundups are simply the ordinary sale section described as a coupon, with no code to enter. The "up to 65%" offer refers to reductions on selected items, not to a code for the whole basket.
A code from outside Soleback may block cashback, and with a rate of 1% the risk outweighs the gain for codes you cannot verify in the basket.

Sales without a code at FWRD

The sale section is the surest source of lower prices, because the discount is visible straight away on the product page. Prices read on 5 November 2026 in the sale section (in USD, as the shop shows them):

New Balance 2002 Sneaker: 124 USD instead of 145 USD, which is 14.5% cheaper.
COMME des GARCONS PLAY Emblem Low Top Sneaker: 83 USD instead of 150 USD, which is 44.7% cheaper.
COMME des GARCONS PLAY Converse Multi Heart High Top: 98 USD instead of 150 USD, which is 34.7% cheaper.
Helsa Stretch Cotton Sateen Midi Dress: 239 USD instead of 298 USD, which is 19.8% cheaper.
Alex Perry Strapless Drape Gown: 1725 USD instead of 2300 USD, which is 25% cheaper.

The shop has a separate product filter marked final sale, but the items in the list above did not carry that label on the sale page. Before you buy, check on the product page that the item is not non-returnable. The Soleback shop card does not exclude sale items from cashback and shows one default rate of 1%, but we have not confirmed a separate rate for reduced products.

Black Friday 2026 at FWRD

Black Friday 2026 falls on 27 November and Cyber Monday on 30 November. We did not find an official Black Friday page or an announcement of a FWRD campaign on 5 November 2026. Three points:

Do not assume a general reduction across the whole shop, because FWRD does not announce one in the materials we read.
The most likely place for an announcement is the shop's newsletter, but that is our conclusion, not a statement from the brand.
The Soleback card does not announce a higher Black Friday rate, so until the card changes, assume 1% and check it just before you buy.

Pre-orders: you pay only when the item ships

The shop sells pre-orders, meaning products that are not yet in the warehouse. The expected delivery date appears on the product page, the item is reserved for you, and payment is taken only when it ships. FWRD sends an email when the item reaches the warehouse and another when it is dispatched. We have not confirmed how cashback treats pre-orders. Our conclusion is that, because the card excludes unpaid orders, cashback may appear only after your card is charged, so do not count on it on the day you order.

FWRD app: buying in the app earns no cashback

The footer of the shop's site links to apps for iPhone and iPad. The Soleback shop card explicitly excludes purchases made in the shop's mobile app rather than in the browser session in which cashback was activated. In practice this means you should activate cashback in your browser and finish the order in the same tab, even if you are using a phone. If you want activation to remind you automatically, install the Soleback extension.

Delivery cost to the UK: free, but in USD

According to the official FWRD delivery page, international orders get free express delivery (3-6 days) and free priority delivery (4-8 days), and all orders are charged in USD. The part of the page we read gives neither a free delivery threshold nor a list of countries, so we have not confirmed that the UK is served on the same terms. Enter a UK address in the basket before paying and check what the shop shows. The shop's FAQ adds that international shipping has restrictions: some designers and beauty and lifestyle products may not be available because of customs requirements and limits set by courier partners.

Currency of the actual transaction: FWRD sells and charges the basket only in USD, which is why we give all shop amounts in this article in USD and not in pounds. The currency selector on the site may show a price in your local currency, but the charge is made in USD, and your bank does the conversion at its own rate. The shop does not give prices in pounds, so we do not convert them either. The only amount in euros, the minimum payout of 5 euros, comes from Soleback's rules, not from the shop.

Delivery time, carrier and parcel tracking

Express: a free option with a stated time of 3-6 days.
Priority: a free option with a stated time of 4-8 days.
Carrier: the part of the shop's page we read does not name one, and UPS appears in customer reviews. We have not confirmed the carrier for the UK.
Tracking: you can check the state of your order in your order history after logging in, or on the order tracking page, where you enter the details from your confirmation.
Processing time: the shop does not state it in the parts we read, and customers in reviews praise fast dispatch, although there are also lost or undelivered parcels (details below, in the reviews section).
Contact: the email address is [email protected], and on 5 November 2026 live chat was switched off and the page pointed to email.

Duties and taxes: paid at checkout and non-refundable

The shop warns that parcels from abroad may be subject to duties and taxes, which are paid up front at checkout. The amount is set by local customs authorities, and according to the shop these charges are non-refundable. FWRD refers customers to the page of the local customs office. We have not confirmed how much these charges will come to in the UK, and the shop does not publish rates, so check the final amount in the basket before paying.

Our conclusion is that, since duties and taxes do not come back, every return from the UK costs you more than the postage alone, because the duty and tax paid on the first order is lost on top of it. We work through the details in the section on the wrong size.

Cancelling and changing an order

According to the orders page, you cannot change an item in an order that has already been placed. You can, however, cancel it at any time before dispatch, with a button in your order history or through customer service, and then place a new order with the right product. The shop recommends cancelling online, because owing to time zone differences it does not guarantee that customer service will act before dispatch. In practice this means that if you realise the size in the order is wrong, you should cancel it in your account straight away instead of writing to customer service, which may not manage it before dispatch.

Returns from the UK: you may not get a return label

We tried to fetch the official FWRD returns page on 5 November 2026, but the server returned an error, so we do not have its full text. The shop's terms confirm that returns are subject to the returns policy, and the delivery page reminds you about non-refundable duties and taxes. Descriptions of returns on third-party sites, which we treat with caution, speak of 30 days from delivery to return products that are unworn, undamaged and with tags, of final sale items and opened cosmetics being excluded, and of a free return label only in the shop's home country.

A customer review from October 2026 describes buying a bag for 4400 USD that was shipped outside the European Union and having no prepaid return label: the customer had to arrange and pay for the return themselves, and a shop manager admitted that the page was not clear on this point. That is a single case, not a rule, but it agrees with descriptions on forums. Our conclusion is that you should assume you pay for the return and that duties and taxes will not come back. What to do:

Before a more expensive purchase, write to [email protected] and ask in writing about the return window for the UK, who pays for the return, whether the shop issues a label and whether it refunds duties.
After delivery, try the items on at home, do not wear them and keep the tags and the original packaging.
Request the return in your account or through customer service and ask for instructions before you send the parcel.
Send the parcel with a tracked courier and keep the proof of postage.
Remember that a returned order earns no cashback, and a replacement order has to be activated afresh.

What the wrong size costs

Our calculation of the cost of a mistake on an order to the UK, without guessing amounts the shop does not give:

Sending the parcel back: we have not confirmed the amount for the UK, and the shop does not give it in the parts we read.
Duties and taxes on the first order: non-refundable according to the shop.
New delivery: 0 USD, because express and priority are free, but the new order carries its own duties and taxes.
Cashback: you lose it on the returned order and have to activate it afresh for the replacement order.

The cost of the wrong size is therefore the fee for sending the parcel back plus the duties and taxes from the first order, not zero. That is why, with shoes and fitted clothes, you should use the size guide on each product, which shows details for that item and a size conversion chart.

Payments: cards, PayPal, Afterpay and settlement in USD

According to the FWRD payment page, the shop accepts:

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB. Cards from local banks without one of these logos will not go through in the global payment system, and in that case the shop recommends PayPal.
PayPal: with a quick checkout function that saves retyping your details.
Afterpay: payment in instalments.
Klarna: four interest-free instalments every two weeks, but according to the page only for selected orders in the shop's home country and in the range from 35 to 4000 USD. Our conclusion is that you are unlikely to be able to use it from the UK.
Gift cards and account credit: they do not expire and can be combined with promotions, but an order paid partly with a gift card earns no cashback at Soleback.

Orders may be held for payment verification, and the shop then contacts the customer itself. Currency: prices and the charge are in USD, and the shop advises asking your bank about the rate and foreign transaction fees.

Authenticity and second-hand products

According to the shop's FAQ, all products other than those marked Pre-Owned are 100% genuine and new, and FWRD is an authorised distributor of its brands. Products are shipped as the shop received them from the designer, so authenticity cards and dust bags are included only if the designer supplied them. Second-hand items go to the FWRD Renew section, which has a separate page on authenticity and a contact at [email protected].

One review from June 2026 accuses the shop of selling used items. We cannot verify this, and the shop states that only items marked Pre-Owned are used, so check before you buy that there is no such label on the product page.

FWRD loyalty programme: 2000 points earn a 20 USD reward

The programme is free, and for every 2000 points you receive a 20 USD reward to use at FWRD or at its sister shop Revolve. The shop lists 1000 points for joining, and according to the Revolve FAQ rewards expire 90 days after they are issued. The status levels at FWRD are Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and Preferred.

According to the official FAQ, the programme is open to residents of the shop's home country who are 18 or over, and reward values are given in USD. Our conclusion is that a reader in the UK will probably not be able to join the programme, but we did not open an account to check. In this situation Soleback cashback is the only regular return you can get.

Soleback cashback at FWRD: 1%

Rates and rules from the shop card, read on 5 November 2026:

Default rate: 1% (the card shows one rate category, shopping region Global).
Tracking: usually 1-48 hours.
Approval: 60-120 days.
Minimum payout: 5 euros.
Reporting missing cashback: within 28 days.

For cashback to work, log in, click the activation button on the card and buy in the same browser session. We describe the joining bonus in the welcome bonus article. Cashback will not be tracked when:

you buy in the shop's mobile app instead of in the browser session with activation,
the order contains a discount code from outside Soleback,
after activating, you visit a price comparison site or another cashback service that overwrites the tracking,
ad blockers or tracking protection block the affiliate redirect,
the order is cancelled, returned, unpaid or partly paid with a gift card.

Discount and cashback together: three calculations

We work out the amounts below on the sale section prices read on 5 November 2026, with 1% cashback and the 10% newsletter discount. We assume that cashback is calculated on the product price without delivery, duties and taxes, because the card does not state the basis for the calculation, and that the discount applies to the reduced product, which the terms do not settle.

New Balance 2002 Sneaker at 124 USD: cashback alone is 1.24 USD. A 10% code would give 12.40 USD off and a price of 111.60 USD, and a 15% SMS code would give 18.60 USD off and a price of 105.40 USD. Even if the code blocks cashback, you gain 11.16 USD at 10% and 17.36 USD at 15%.
Alex Perry Strapless Drape Gown at 1725 USD: cashback is 17.25 USD, and a 10% code is 172.50 USD off and a price of 1552.50 USD. The code's advantage over cashback is 155.25 USD, so even if cashback were lost, the code still wins.
COMME des GARCONS PLAY Emblem Low Top Sneaker at 83 USD: the brand is on the exclusion list for the newsletter discount, so only cashback remains, which is 0.83 USD. That is less than 1 USD, so activation is a bonus on a purchase you were planning anyway, not a reason to buy.

Our conclusion is that for brands outside the exclusion list the newsletter discount is worth more than cashback, while for brands on the list you should activate cashback and not add any outside code.

FWRD reviews on Trustpilot: 4.2 from 598 reviews

Read on 5 November 2026: a rating of 4.2 out of 5, 598 reviews in total, of which 89 from the last 12 months. The star breakdown is 70% five stars, 5% four, 2% three, 1% two and 22% one. The company profile has been claimed by the brand since May 2021.

What customers praise: fast delivery, helpful and polite customer service, a wide choice of products and easy returns with a label in the parcel, although that last point applies to orders within the shop's home country. What they criticise: lost or undelivered parcels (reviews from June and August 2026 from customers in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, in one of which the shop tried to charge shipping costs), a price change during payment (a review from October 2025), unclear settlement in USD instead of local currency (a review from August 2025), difficult international returns (a review from October 2026) and poor help when something goes wrong.

Fair caveats: Trustpilot does not check the content of reviews, the FWRD profile does not reply to negative reviews, and the shop has not invited customers to write them for a long time, so the ratings may not be representative. We did not check how many of the reviews describe orders shipped to your country, so the rating may not reflect what a UK customer will experience.

Where the sources disagree

Cashback approval: the shop card gives 60-120 days, and the general FAQ on the same page 30-90 days. We go with the shop card.
Cashback tracking: the card gives 1-48 hours, the FAQ 24-48 hours. We go with the card.
Sign-up discount: the shop gives 10% (email) and 15% (SMS), coupon sites give 20%, 30% and up to 65%. We go with the shop's data.
Return and exchange window: third-party descriptions give 30 days to return, and one of them 60 days to exchange the same product for another size or colour. We could not fetch the official page.
Cost of returning from abroad: one description lists express courier rates of 10 USD below 100 USD and free from 100 USD, another says the international customer pays the whole cost, and the review from October 2026 speaks of no label. We have not confirmed any of these versions.
Trustpilot rating: older copies of the page showed 4.3 and 4.5 from 582-585 reviews, and the live reading is 4.2 from 598 reviews. We go with the live reading.

How reliable the sources are

High: FWRD pages on payments, orders, the FAQ and the newsletter discount terms fetched on 5 November 2026, the Soleback shop card and the Trustpilot figures (rating, number of reviews, breakdown).
Medium: parts of the delivery and duties pages taken from search results (fetching the full page ended in an error) and the content of individual reviews.
Low: coupon sites, third-party descriptions of returns and forums.
Conclusion: returns from the UK are the least well confirmed, because we have no official text, so in that part we rely on a cautious assumption and not on the shop's facts.

What to do depending on your situation

You are buying one item from the sale: activate cashback in your browser, buy in the same session and do not add a code if the brand is on the exclusion list.
First order, brand outside the exclusion list: sign up to the newsletter, and for a larger amount consider the 10% code instead of the 1% cashback.
Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Acne Studios: the newsletter discount will not work, so activate cashback and buy without codes.
A purchase of several hundred USD or more: before paying, ask customer service in writing about returns to the UK and check the duties in the basket.
You are buying shoes or fitted clothes: read the size guide, and if you make a mistake, cancel the order before dispatch.
A card from a local bank without the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or JCB logo: pay through PayPal.
You are ordering from your phone: activate cashback in the browser and do not switch to the shop's app.
You are waiting for Black Friday: watch the newsletter and the shop card, because we did not find an official campaign on 5 November 2026.
