Palace Skateboards and Burberry are launching a joint capsule on Thursday 5 November 2026, the day Palace opens its new flagship shop at 8 Poland Street in London. The collection has 10 pieces and, according to Hypebeast, is available only in person, at that one shop. Prices have not been announced (as of 4 November 2026), so before the launch you will not find out what the coat or the polo shirt costs.

The key points at a glance

  • Release date: Thursday 5 November 2026, the day the shop opens

  • Location: Palace Skateboards, 8 Poland Street, Soho, London W1F 8PX

  • Sales: only at this shop and, according to Hypebeast, only in person; no verified source mentions online sales

  • Main piece: the Camden car coat in honey beige, with a screen-printed graphic inspired by the British countryside

  • The rest of the capsule: a cashmere scarf, a cap, a shirt, two kinds of T-shirt, a hooded jacket, a skateboard deck and a polo shirt with a Poland Street graphic

  • Separate line: Palace is also releasing its own London collection built around the number 8, with a Gore-Tex jacket as the main piece

  • Price: not given; there is no amount in this article because no source contains one

  • Number of pieces: sources say 10, but the description lists 9 items (details in the section on where sources disagree)

Palace was founded in 2009 by Lev Tanju and Gareth Skewis, and what began as an underground skateboard brand has grown into a global force in streetwear. The capsule was created to mark the opening of the new shop in its home city. Hypebeast describes the opening as an event played out on home turf: a London skateboarding institution joins forces with one of the most recognisable British fashion houses.

The capsule was announced on 30 October 2026 (that is all we can infer from the publication date on House of Heat), Hypebeast covered it on 1 November, and the full product list followed on 4 November 2026. The same article also describes Palace's own London line, so two separate collections appear at the Soho opening.

All pieces in the Palace x Burberry capsule

The list comes from the Hypebeast article of 4 November 2026. It names nine items:

  1. Palace Burberry Camden car coat: honey beige, screen-printed graphic inspired by the British countryside

  2. Cashmere scarf: in Burberry Check, with the Palace logo and Burberry branding

  3. Cap: House Check pattern

  4. Shirt: House Check pattern

  5. Short-sleeved T-shirt: House Check pattern

  6. Long-sleeved T-shirt: House Check pattern

  7. Hooded jacket: House Check pattern

  8. Skateboard deck: House Check pattern

  9. Polo shirt: embroidered Poland Street graphic

Hypebeast and Hypebae write about ten pieces. The tenth could not be identified, and you will find the details of this discrepancy further down.

The Camden car coat: the coat that leads the collection

The Camden car coat is a coat from the Burberry range that Hypebeast calls iconic. In the capsule it returns in its original honey beige, with a screen-printed graphic whose motifs draw on the British countryside.

It is not known what material this version is made from, which sizes will be available or how many pieces will reach the shop. None of the sources we checked gives this.

The scarf, the logo and the Burberry check

On the cashmere scarf, according to Hypebeast, the two brands get equal billing: the Burberry Check has both the Palace logo and the Burberry branding woven into it. This is the only accessory in the capsule that the source describes in this way.

The rest of the capsule is built on the House Check pattern: you can see it on the cap, the shirt, the T-shirts, the hooded jacket and the deck. Hypebeast uses the names Burberry Check and House Check interchangeably, so we assume they refer to the same pattern. That is our assumption, because the sources do not define the names.

Some models also carry a hybrid logo that combines the Tri-Ferg, the triangular Palace logo, with the Equestrian Knight, the Burberry emblem. This comes from the Hypebeast article of 1 November and from the Hypebae announcement. The description of 4 November does not include this logo, so it is not known which items carry it.

A photo caption on Just Fresh Kicks describes the hooded jacket in beige check with a white knight and the Palace triangle. That is a caption under a photo, not a description from the maker, so treat it with caution.

The polo shirt from Poland Street

The polo shirt with the embroidered Poland Street graphic is the only piece that, according to Hypebeast, refers directly to the new shop. One practical note: Poland Street is a street in London's Soho, where the shop stands.

A separate Palace collection built around the number 8

Palace is releasing its own limited line, which Hypebeast describes as a London exclusive. It is based on the number 8 from the shop address, and every piece has it embossed. The main role goes to a Gore-Tex jacket, followed by hoodies, T-shirts, a cap, a tote bag and other accessories. An infinity symbol runs through the whole line and subtly echoes the Palace logo.

There is no information on prices or on the number of products. The phrase London exclusive also does not settle whether the line will go only to the Poland Street shop, or also to other places or to online sales.

The new flagship shop on Poland Street

The shop replaces the recently closed, long-standing premises on Brewer Street and is bigger than it: it has two floors and 250.6 m². Palace opened its first permanent shop at 26 Brewer Street in 2015 (data from Hero Magazine, 30 April 2015).

The design draws on the British Museum and on the stained glass of British churches. The large windows have been replaced with stained-glass-style panels carrying Palace graphics, and inside, photographs from the brand archive and references to the first shop are displayed like museum exhibits. The materials are concrete, galvanised steel, light oak panelling, parquet and white walls. Marble tiles in the shape of the letter P repeat those from the old shop, a mirrored wall of decks stands by the entrance, and more decks are set into the concrete columns.

The furniture is a lesson in brand history. The oak bench and stool are shaped like the Tri-Ferg, the Victoria benches nod to Manor Place, and a Rolls-Royce grille moved over from the old shop pays tribute to Brewer Street. An LED video wall runs through both floors.

Poland Street joins Palace shops in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Seoul (Apgujeong and Hongdae), Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, among others. Opening hours are not given in any of the sources we checked.

Palace and British collaborations

Burberry joins the list of British partners of Palace, which already includes Vivienne Westwood, Fred Perry and Barbour, alongside global collaborations such as Nike and Gucci.

Our conclusion: with this capsule Palace leans on Britishness more than on skateboarding, because only the deck is skateboarding equipment, and the rest is clothing and accessories.

Release date and where to buy Palace x Burberry

  • Release date: Thursday 5 November 2026, the day the shop opens

  • Address: Palace Skateboards, 8 Poland Street, London W1F 8PX

  • Form of sale: in person only, at the shop (Hypebeast, 1 November 2026)

  • Sales start time, opening hours, queue rules and per-person limits: not given in any of the sources we checked

This is our conclusion from the format of the launch, not information from an announcement: with sales at a single shop on opening day, it is worth expecting a queue, and some pieces may end up on the resale market.

Price: what is not known

Prices do not appear in any of the three Hypebeast articles or in the Hypebae announcement. Just Fresh Kicks states outright that the brand has not announced prices. This is the position as of 4 November 2026 and it may change on launch day.

The shop is in London, so once prices are announced, expect amounts in pounds. That is a conclusion, not a statement from the brand.

Where the sources disagree

  • Number of pieces: Hypebeast and Hypebae give 10 pieces, while the detailed description of 4 November lists nine items (coat, scarf, cap, shirt, two T-shirts, hooded jacket, deck, polo shirt). The tenth could not be identified. Perhaps one item comes in several versions, because the text of 1 November writes about jackets, caps and decks in the plural, but that is only a guess.

  • Scope of the collection: the text of 1 November does not list the scarf, the shirt or the polo shirt, and the text of 4 November does not mention the hybrid logo. The two versions complement each other, but neither is complete.

  • Name of the pattern: sometimes Burberry Check, sometimes House Check. We assume it is the same pattern.

  • Reach of the number 8 line: London exclusive may mean only the Poland Street shop, or wider availability in London. The sources do not settle this.

How reliable the sources are

Data read on 4 November 2026.

  • Release date, address and in-shop-only sales: high. It is repeated in three Hypebeast articles, in the Hypebae announcement, on House of Heat and on Just Fresh Kicks. Hypebeast embeds an official Palace post, and Just Fresh Kicks marks the date as confirmed by Palace. A caveat: this is largely one family of sources, and we did not check the official Palace and Burberry websites.

  • Product list and descriptions: medium. One source (Hypebeast, 4 November 2026), and the number of pieces does not match the description.

  • Shop description and the 250.6 m² floor area: medium, one source (Hypebeast, 4 November 2026).

  • No prices: medium. No verified article gives them, but this is the position as of 4 November 2026.

  • Photo caption from Just Fresh Kicks: low.

  • Queue, resale, the currency of prices and the verdict on how British the capsule is: conclusions, not facts.

What to do depending on your situation

  • You are in London on 5 November: head to 8 Poland Street, but do not count on fixed times, because no source gives the sales start time or per-person limits. Check the official Palace channels just before you leave.

  • You are not in London: the sources we checked do not mention online sales, so officially you can buy only in the shop. If someone offers the collection on resale, compare the price with the one the brand announces and verify authenticity.

  • You want to know the prices first: wait for the first reports from opening day, because only they will show the amounts.
