CCC Promo Code 2026: What Really Works, Delivery, Returns & Cashback

As of October 26, 2026, the strongest online discount at CCC is the “Up to -30% on footwear and accessories” promo: 30% or 20% depending on the brand when buying at least two products. It ends today at 23:59. From tomorrow online you’ll still find: -40% on bags for MODIVOclub until 30.11.2026, -30% on kids’ boots, ankle boots and wellies with code BLIX until 1.11.2026, -20 zł off first app purchases from 219 zł, and 5% with the Large Family Card. 30% codes from SMS and newsletter only work in physical stores. With Soleback you get 3.25% cashback on CCC online purchases and 1.75% on voucher buys.

This guide rounds up everything worth knowing before you start hunting for a CCC discount code: which deals are real, which are store-only, how much delivery and returns cost, and how to stack a discount with cashback without losing either. We checked the CCC site, promo T&Cs in PDFs and coupon sites on October 26, 2026.

Is there a working CCC discount code today?

Yes, but not the usual kind. We didn’t find a single public code that drops the price on every online order. CCC focuses on rule-based promos: the discount applies at checkout once you meet the condition (e.g. buy two items) or after entering a code you get in the app or club.

CCC publishes promo T&Cs as PDF files. As of October 26, 2026 the following count for online:

• “Up to -30% on footwear and accessories”: no code, until today 23:59
• “-40% on bags in MODIVOclub”: for club members, until 30.11.2026
• “-30% on selected kids’ footwear in MODIVOclub”: with code BLIX, until 1.11.2026
• “-20 zł for new app users”: individual code in the app, “until further notice”
• Large Family Card: 5% on kids’ products

Everything else you see on coupon sites, double-check the date and sales channel. Some offers are physical-store only, others have already expired.

“Up to -30%” promo: ends today at 23:59

The T&Cs state clearly: “Promotion runs from 19.10.2026, 7:00 to 26.10.2026, 23:59 or until stocks last.” It works in the CCC online store and app. Conditions:

• Minimum: buy “at least two Products”
• Discount level: 30% or 20% “depending on the Product brand”
• 30% brands: Lasocki, Lasocki Kids, Jenny Fairy, Sprandi, Gino Rossi, Clara Barson, Badura, Bassano, Guess, G-STAR RAW, HUNTER, NINE WEST, REEBOK, QUIKSILVER and kids’ licenses
• 20% brands: ADIDAS, Puma, NEW BALANCE, VANS, CONVERSE, Skechers, Crocs, LACOSTE, Clarks, Rieker and TOM TAILOR
• Sale items: also count — the discount covers “both full-price and reduced footwear and accessories”
• Delivery: promo “does not cover (does not reduce) any delivery costs”
• Exclusion: you won’t get the regular 20% off bags, socks and accessories with this one
• Exception: the promo “does not exclude” the “-40% on bags for MODIVOclub members” offer

On product cards you’ll see a “-30% at checkout” or “-20% at checkout” badge. The price shown is before the basket discount.

Example from today’s prices (our calc): Lasocki suede sneakers at 131.99 zł and Lasocki insulated leather boots at 173.99 zł total 305.98 zł. Both pairs qualify for 30%, so the discount is 91.79 zł and you pay 214.19 zł plus any delivery. If one pair was from the 20% list, the discount on that item would be lower.

What stays after October 26: CCC discount codes online

If you miss today, from October 27 these online offers remain:

• -40% on bags in MODIVOclub: from 26.08.2026 to 30.11.2026, until 23:59. Log in to an account linked with MODIVOclub or enter your club card number in the cart and buy at least two products. The discount applies to bags and cosmetic bags
• -30% on selected children's footwear in MODIVOclub: from 21.10.2026 to 1.11.2026, until 23:59. For club members who enter the code BLIX: “enter promo code BLIX”. Covers children's boots, ankle boots and wellies, minimum two products
• -20 zł in the app: on your first purchase in the app from 219 zł, details below
• Large Family Card: 5% on children's products, stacks with other offers

All these offers follow the same rule as “Up to -30%”: they don’t reduce delivery costs. The children’s offer rules add one more thing: partial or full return “may result in loss of discounts”. If you buy two pairs just to get the discount and then return one, expect the discount to be recalculated.

CCC promo code -20 zł in the app: terms

This is the only permanent CCC promo code for new customers we found in the official terms. The promotion runs from 13.05.2025 “until further notice”. Terms from the regulations:

• Discount: 20 zł on “first purchases after downloading the Mobile App worth at least 219.00 zł”
• Where to find the code: in the app under “My account”, “Promotions” tab
• Validity: “2 (in words: two) months” from the moment it’s made available
• App only: the purchase must go through the app, not the browser
• No stacking: the promotion “does not combine with other promotions” and disables the permanent 20% off bags and accessories
• Delivery: the code doesn’t reduce it
• Exclusion: MODIVOclub GOLD card

Enter the code in the cart before placing the order. The discount is split proportionally across all items in the cart, which matters if you return part of the order.

Important consequence: purchases in the store app don’t earn cashback at Soleback. The -20 zł code and cashback are therefore mutually exclusive by definition. We break down when one is better than the other below.

SMS and newsletter codes 30%: in-store only

In October there’s talk of a 30% code from SMS or CCC newsletter. The code exists, but it won’t work in the cart on ccc.eu. The club offer terms from 22.10 to 26.10.2026 state “30% discount on one Product from the offer selected by the Participant in a Stationary Store”. Conditions:

• Channel: stationary store only, “during the opening hours of Stationary Stores”
• How: show the seller the individual code from SMS, newsletter or app before paying
• How many times: “The promo code may be used only once and only in one Stationary Store”
• What for: one product, discounted or not
• Exclusions: MODIVO gift cards, MODIVOclub GOLD subscription, paper bags
• Until: 26.10.2026, so also today

So if you received such an SMS and try to enter the code online and the cart rejects it, it’s not a bug. The code is meant for in-store use.

Other promotions available only in CCC stores

Several offers that don’t exist in the online store are active in physical stores:

• “40% off the second pair of shoes”: from 01.10 to 05.11.2026, discount equal to 40% of the cheaper pair when buying two pairs, split proportionally across both. Not valid in stores running the “Store liquidation” promotion
• -40% on bags in MODIVOclub with a basket from 99 zł: from 24.08 to 30.11.2026, in-store
• 20% coupon in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet: from 19.10 to 31.10.2026, on one product from Nine West, G-star and Juicy Couture
• “-40% on socks and shoe accessories with Click&Collect pickup”: from 01.09 to 31.10.2026, with code from SMS, only non-discounted products
• “3 for 2 on socks and underwear”: from 24.09.2026 “until further notice”, we didn’t read the PDF terms
• Permanent 20% on bags, socks and accessories when buying shoes: the rules state the “Promotion is announced in CCC stationary stores”, and online promotions disable it

Example of the second pair (our calculation): Lasocki boots for 173.99 zł and Clara Barson boots for 107.99 zł = 281.98 zł. The discount is 40% of the cheaper pair, i.e. 43.20 zł. You pay 238.78 zł, and the real reduction on the whole basket is around 15.3%, not 40%.

Why CCC codes don’t stack

The online store regulations, effective from 24.06.2026, state: “Promotions valid in the Online Service or in Stationary Stores are not combinable, unless the Promotion terms expressly state otherwise.” Every promotion’s PDF terms repeat that the offer “does not combine with other promotions”.

Exceptions we found:

• „Up to -30%” plus -40% on bags in MODIVOclub: allowed, the “Up to -30%” regulations explicitly permit it
• Large Family Card: “The offer can be combined with other offers, discounts, rebates”, unless another promotion excludes it
• MODIVOclub GOLD Cashback: “You will receive cashback on purchases, even if you use other promotions or discounts.”

In practice, this means the -20 zł app code won’t work together with “Up to -30%”, and the BLIX code won’t combine with another percentage discount except the Large Family Card. If your cart shows two discounts at once, check before paying whether both have actually been applied.

MODIVOclub: what free membership gives you

MODIVOclub is the loyalty program of the MODIVO group, which includes CCC. The old CCC club with points no longer exists: MODIVOclub has no points. You join online or in-store — “Just provide and confirm your phone number and email address.”

Free membership gives you:

• “Priority access to promotions and sales”
• “30 days to return” instead of 14, if you provide your card number at purchase
• “Exclusive offers from Partners”
• Transaction and order history, making returns easier without a receipt
• Access to club offers, for example -40% on bags and -30% on kids’ footwear

What’s no longer available: the birthday discount “Birthday -20%” and the “Discount for new Club Members” offer. According to CCC, “Previous benefits expire on 02.04.2025”. The current club regulations are dated 21.08.2026, and the new version applies “from 03.11.2026”. We haven’t analyzed the changes in the new version.

MODIVOclub GOLD for 59.99 zł: when it’s worth it

GOLD is the paid tier of the club. According to CCC: “Get 12-month access for 59.99 zł. Access to the service does not renew automatically.” What you get:

• 10% cashback: “on every purchase at MODIVO, eobuwie, CCC, Boardriders, HalfPrice, worldbox and Beverly Hills Polo Club”
• Cashback form: funds on the MODIVOclub GOLD Cashback Virtual Gift Card, not cash
• In-store purchases: cashback is active immediately
• Online purchases: first “pending funds”, active after 30 days if you don’t return the order
• Validity: funds must be used within 12 months
• No cashback on: gift cards, the GOLD service itself, and packaging
• Family & Friends: access for up to three loved ones for 19.99 zł
• Referrals: “You can earn up to 60 zł in total.”

If you pay partially with GOLD card funds, the next 10% only applies to the remainder. CCC example: 100 zł purchase, of which 20 zł paid with the card, gives 8 zł cashback.

Until 31.12.2026 you can buy GOLD 10% cheaper, once per person, in-store, in the app or on ccc.eu. In stores until 1.12.2026 there’s also the “More with GOLD and BLIK” offer: an extra 10 zł on your GOLD card for purchases of at least 150 zł paid with BLIK.

When it pays off (our calculation): at 59.99 zł and 10% cashback, you need to spend at least 599.90 zł in the MODIVO network within a year to recover the cost. With the 10% GOLD discount it costs around 53.99 zł, so the threshold drops to about 539.90 zł. Remember you get the money back on a card that must be spent in the same stores.

Student discount, birthday, newsletter: what we couldn’t confirm

On the official CCC pages we didn’t find:

• A permanent newsletter signup discount. The only newsletter code in the regulations is a 30% offer for physical stores from 22.10 to 26.10.2026
• Student discount. Pepper shows 20% for students via Uniperks, but CCC has no regulations for it
• Birthday code. The “Birthday -20%” discount was discontinued on 02.04.2025
• Welcome code other than -20 zł in the app

Treat offers outside official regulations as unconfirmed. If you use them during a Soleback cashback session, you may also lose cashback because a code from outside Soleback blocks accrual.

Large Family Card: 5% on kids’ products

Families with the Large Family Card get a permanent 5% discount at CCC on kids’ products, both discounted and full-price:

• Kids’ shoes: from sandals and sneakers to ankle boots, tall boots and lace-ups
• Kids’ accessories: hats, gloves, scarves, socks, umbrellas
• Kids’ bags and backpacks: backpacks, pencil cases, shoe bags

Online you enter your Large Family Card number in the cart. Unlike most offers, this one combines with other discounts unless their regulations exclude it. We don’t know whether the Soleback system treats the KDR number like a promo code. That’s our question mark, not a rule.

CCC sale: example prices without a code

Many CCC discounts don’t require any code. The women’s sale section showed 1,792 products on 26 October, 611 last women’s items, and 343 women’s sneakers on sale. CCC doesn’t state an official maximum sale percentage.

Example prices, in brackets “Lowest price from 30 days before the discount”:

• Lasocki Kids, leather chelsea boots: 89.99 zł (179.99 zł), additionally “-30% in cart”
• Clara Barson, insulated ankle boots: 107.99 zł (179.99 zł)
• Lasocki, suede sneakers: 131.99 zł (219.99 zł)
• HUNTER, kids' snow boots: 161.99 zł (269.99 zł)
• REEBOK FIORI: 167.99 zł (279.99 zł)
• Lasocki, insulated leather ankle boots: 173.99 zł (289.99 zł)
• adidas BREAKNET SLEEK: 199.99 zł (259.99 zł), additionally “-20% in cart”
• adidas VL COURT 3.0: 263.99 zł (329.99 zł)

The biggest discount in our sample is around 50% (our calculation for the Lasocki Kids chelsea boots). The “in cart” badges come from the “Up to -30%” promo, so they’ll disappear tomorrow and sale prices will remain.

CCC free shipping: only with in-store pickup

The most common disappointment: CCC has no free shipping threshold. Regardless of cart value, standard shipping costs 9.90 zł. CCC free shipping today only means one thing: in-store pickup for 0 zł. CCC FAQ: “Standard shipping cost is 9.90 zł. Remember, you can always pick up for free in a physical store!”

The last “Free Shipping” promo ran from 13.02 to 12.03.2026 and according to the terms page “expires on 12.03.2026”. Picodi still lists free shipping “for purchases over 230 zł”. We couldn’t find this rule on the official site.

None of today’s discounts reduce shipping costs. Every set of terms contains the same sentence: the promo “does not include (does not reduce) any shipping costs”. So if a discount lowered your cart total but you still see 9.90 zł at checkout, that’s exactly how it should be.

CCC shipping cost and time: Parcel locker, courier, store

Delivery methods according to the CCC site:

• In-store pickup: 0 zł, “1-5 days”
• InPost Parcel Locker 24/7: 9.90 zł, “1-3 business days”
• InPost Courier: shares a row with Parcel Locker in the table, no separate price listed. FAQ mentions the standard 9.90 zł cost, so it’s most likely the same amount
• Courier operates: “9:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday”
• Order preparation: “usually does not exceed 24 hours”
• Parcel locker exception: “selected suitcases, bags and tall boots” cannot be sent to a Parcel Locker due to size

How long you have to collect:

• Parcel locker: package waits “48h from the notification”
• Store: you collect “within 3 days of receiving the SMS”, after entering the PIN code from email or SMS
• Store, when item is in stock: according to FAQ, pickup possible “within a few hours”, otherwise up to 5 days

Orlen Paczka, DHL or eobuwie pickup points do not appear on the official pages. The terms allow a delivery window of “up to 30 Business Days”, but that’s the legal maximum, not typical timing.

Payment methods at CCC

The CCC payments page lists:

• PayU, Instant Bank Transfer
• Credit/debit card
• BLIK
• Google Pay and Apple Pay
• Cash on delivery: only with InPost Courier, and for orders over 1,000 zł “may not be available”
• MODIVO Gift Card

Orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. PayPo only appears in the returns policy, and InPost Pay only in the site config and an expired June 2026 promo. We couldn’t confirm current availability of these methods at online checkout. PayPal, Klarna, Twisto, Przelewy24 or installments do not appear on official pages, although the CCC description on Soleback mentions PayPal and installments.

MODIVO Gift Card: top-up “from 50 to 2000 zł”, valid “24 months from purchase date”, can be used in CCC, HalfPrice, eobuwie and Quiksilver stores as well as online. You won’t get a VAT invoice for the card, only an accounting note. Cashback note: orders paid partially with a gift card lose cashback at Soleback.

CCC online returns: 14 days and 9.90 zł

For CCC returns of online purchases you get the standard 14 days: “You have 14 days to return, counted from the day you receive your order.” Online returns aren’t free: “You’ll receive a refund minus the 9.90 zł return shipping cost”.

How it works:

1. Fill out the return form on the site, logged in or with order number and phone number
2. Up to 3 items: drop off the package at a Parcel Locker with the InPost code, “send parcel without label”
3. 4 items or more plus some suitcases, bags and tall boots: a DPD courier will collect the package
4. Packaging: everything in one box or several cartons taped together

Two rules that are easy to forget:

• One online return per order: you can’t submit a second online return for the same order. Return the rest in-store or ship at your own cost
• Online purchases only: “Online you can only return products bought in the online store.”

Money is returned “using the method chosen during purchase within 14 days from the day the return is accepted”. BLIK, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are returned via PayU. A purchase paid with a gift card is returned to a new virtual gift card. With PayPo, the balance will be updated within 5 business days. For cash on delivery payments, the returns page provides two different versions, more on that below.

Return and exchange in a physical store: no costs

A free alternative is the CCC store. According to the FAQ, products you don’t return online “can be returned without additional costs in a physical store”. The regulations confirm that this return method “is free and does not entail any additional costs”. So you can return your online order in the store without the 9.90 zł fee.

Exchanges only work in-store:

• What for: “Another size, colour or product.”
• Discount: “You don’t lose your discount if you exchange for a different size.”
• Price difference: “If you choose a more expensive product, you pay the difference.” For cheaper items CCC refunds the difference
• Deadline: 14 days, or 30 days for club members
• What to bring: unused product with tags and order number or proof of purchase

The catch applies to in-store purchases. You can return such a purchase in any CCC store within 14 days from the purchase date, but according to the FAQ the refund is only possible “in the form of a Gift Card”. You won’t get cash or money back to your account. A gift card bought in-store cannot be returned at all, and products purchased on modivo.pl “cannot be returned in a physical store”.

30 days to return with MODIVOclub: the catches

The longer window is a real club benefit, but it comes with conditions. The returns page states: “Are you a Club member and did you enter your MODIVOclub card number at checkout? You have up to 30 days to return!”

What the regulations say about days 15–30:

• Purchase registration: must be recorded in MODIVOclub on the member’s account
• Packaging: original and undamaged
• Entire transaction: the return must cover all products from one sales document; partial returns are “not allowed”
• Refund form: to a MODIVO Virtual Gift Card, or to a physical gift card for cash-on-delivery payments
• Where: the promotional regulations point to a physical store and a return protocol

The first 14 days are the statutory right of withdrawal with money returned to your account for online purchases. From day 15 onwards it’s a contractual CCC service and the money stays within the MODIVO network. If you want cash back instead of a card, act within the first 14 days.

Who sells at CCC and how to contact them

The seller in the online store is MODIVO S.A. (formerly CCC S.A.) with its registered office in Polkowice, ul. Strefowa 6, KRS 0000211692. In the store offer regulations the organiser is also listed as CCC Retail sp. z o.o.

We have not confirmed the helpline’s opening hours. On the CCC contact page they warn against fake shops and state that the official store operates exclusively at ccc.eu/pl. You can find the app in the App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery.

CCC reviews: Trustpilot 1.4

Online ratings are mixed:

• Trustpilot: TrustScore 1.4, 221 reviews, including 98 from the last 12 months. 82% are one-star ratings
• Opineo: 26,881 reviews, including 25,474 positive, 334 neutral and 1,073 negative. No overall score, and the newest review is from 1 December 2025

Most common complaints on Trustpilot from July to October 2026:

• Used or dirty products sold as new: “I ordered brand-new Mexx loafers in the store and received a clearly used product in the package.” (17.09.2026)
• Returns: “I’m very surprised and unhappy with how the customer is treated on returns” (12.10.2026), plus slow refunds and refunds only to a gift card
• Contact: “No way to reach customer service” (24.07.2026)
• Orders stuck at the packing stage

Positive reviews praise in-store service and careful packaging. We only read Trustpilot in summary form because the site blocked direct scraping. Practical takeaway: inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it and take photos if you have any doubts before filing a complaint.

Cashback at CCC with Soleback: 3.25%

In addition to CCC discounts you can get some of your money back through Soleback. Rates on the CCC page in Soleback, checked 26 October 2026:

• Online sales: 3.25%
• Voucher sales: 1.75%. Soleback does not specify what this rate covers. We assume it refers to gift cards, but we have not confirmed this

Conditions:

• Crediting: 1h-48h after purchase
• Approval: 60-120 days
• Minimum payout: 5 euros
• Reporting missing cashback: up to 28 days

When cashback won't be credited:

• Purchases in the CCC app instead of in the browser session where you activated cashback
• Orders with discount codes from outside Soleback. On the CCC page in Soleback there are "Discount codes 0" today
• Visiting a price comparison site or another cashback service after activation, as it overwrites tracking
• Ad blockers and tracking protection
• Cancelled, returned, unpaid orders and those paid partially with a gift card

This leads to three CCC-specific takeaways (our conclusions). First, the "Up to -30%" promo applies automatically in the cart and isn't a code, so according to Soleback rules it shouldn't block cashback. Second, the BLIX code is from outside Soleback and may block cashback. Third, paying with GOLD card funds or a gift card from a previous return counts as a gift card payment, so cashback may be lost. Soleback cashback applies only to online purchases, not in-store.

To avoid forgetting activation, you can use the Soleback browser extension, and new accounts get a welcome bonus up to 15 euros, paid out in stages for cashback credited in the first 45 days.

App code or cashback: our calculation

From tomorrow, the most common choice for a new customer looks like this: -20 zł code in the app or browser purchase with cashback. You can't get both, because app purchases don't earn cashback. Example with two sale pairs, Lasocki sneakers for 131.99 zł and Clara Barson boots for 107.99 zł, total 239.98 zł, with delivery to a Paczkomat:

• App with -20 zł code: 219.98 zł plus 9.90 zł delivery, total 229.88 zł. No cashback
• Browser with Soleback: 239.98 zł plus 9.90 zł, total 249.88 zł. 3.25% cashback on product value is about 7.80 zł, so real cost around 242.08 zł
• Difference: for this cart the app wins by about 12.20 zł

When cashback wins (our calculation):

• Cart below 219 zł: app code doesn't work, so cashback is the only bonus. For one pair at 131.99 zł that's about 4.29 zł
• Cart above around 615 zł: 3.25% exceeds 20 zł, so cashback gives more than the code
• Second and subsequent purchases: -20 zł code works only once, on first app purchases

Today, until 23:59, the math is different. With the "Up to -30%" from the example above you pay 214.19 zł for two Lasocki pairs, and 3.25% cashback on that amount is about 6.96 zł. Discount and cashback together give around 98.75 zł. Remember that cashback is approved only after 60-120 days, and returning one pair reduces or removes cashback for the returned portion.

Where sources contradict each other

• End of "Up to -30%": terms 26.10.2026, 23:59. Picodi lists "27.10.2026", Pepper "Online valid until 26/10."
• End of -40% on bags in MODIVOclub: terms 30.11.2026, Picodi "31.10.2026"
• End of kids -30% offer: PDF "1.11.2026", list of terms "01.11.2027"
• Free delivery: officially only in-store pickup, Picodi lists "from 230 zł"
• Delivery time: delivery page "1-3 business days", FAQ and contact page "1-2 business days", terms "up to 30 Business Days"
