Footshop discount code 2026: what actually works, UK delivery, returns and cashback

No site-wide Footshop discount code works in the UK today, but product-level codes, Footshop Club and the sale do. Here is what UK delivery, import charges and returns really cost.

On 26 October 2026 there is no site-wide Footshop discount code for UK shoppers. What does work are product-level codes shown on individual items: RETRO10 and ASICSHOKA10 take an extra 10% off selected products on the website, while MIDFALL5 and ASICSHOKA15APP only work in the Footshop app. Delivery to the UK costs £8.99 with DHL Economy on every order, because there is no free-shipping threshold for regular customers, and returns cost £2.50 if you use Footshop's carrier. Through Soleback you get 3% cashback as a new customer and 2% as an existing customer on full-price items, and 1.5% or 1% on items reduced by 10-39%.

This guide sets out what you should know before hunting for a Footshop discount code: which codes Footshop itself shows, what coupon sites claim and how much of it holds up, what UK delivery, import charges and returns really cost, and how to combine a code with cashback without losing one of them. We read Footshop's UK storefront at ftshp.co.uk/en-uk, its terms, FAQ and Club page, the Soleback store page and third-party sites on 26 October 2026.

Key points

  • Site-wide Footshop discount code: none today. Footshop's own banners show no general code
  • Web codes on selected products: RETRO10 (for example the Air Jordan 4 "Comic", £132.74 instead of £147.49) and ASICSHOKA10 (for example a Hoka boot, £155.66 instead of £172.95). No end date is published
  • App-only codes: MIDFALL5 (extra 5% in the Mid Season Sale) and ASICSHOKA15APP. App purchases earn no Soleback cashback
  • The right website: Footshop UK is ftshp.co.uk/en-uk. footshop.co.uk belongs to a different company
  • Footshop Club: a £10 voucher for signing up, usable on orders of £150 or more within 10 days, then a voucher worth 5% of every order
  • VIP status: after £1,000 of purchases in 12 months
  • UK delivery: DHL Economy £8.99, no free-shipping threshold, VIP aside (UK not confirmed)
  • Import charges: Footshop ships from Prague and warns that "orders over £135 may incur" charges on import. Whether it ships duties paid is not confirmed
  • Footshop returns: 30 days from delivery, registered online, £2.50 deducted if you use Footshop's carrier. No exchanges
  • Payment: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and vouchers. No PayPal on the UK payment page
  • Sale: about 15,300 reduced items, up to 80% off, no code needed
  • Soleback cashback: 3% new customers, 2% existing customers, 1.5% or 1% on items reduced by 10-39%

Footshop UK or footshop.co.uk: which site is the real one?

Footshop's UK storefront is ftshp.co.uk/en-uk, in English and in pounds.

The address footshop.co.uk is not Footshop. When we opened it on 26 October 2026, it redirected to footshopltd.co.uk, a page that reads "Foot Shop Ltd … Cosyfeet.com … Company registered in Cardiff No. 1686089". That is a separate British business, and Footshop codes will not work there.

A second name to avoid: in replies to older Trustpilot complaints, Footshop says some of them concern an impostor site, footshop.shop.

The real seller behind ftshp.co.uk is Footshop a.s., registered at Thámova 166/18 in Prague, with deliveries going out from "our central warehouse in Prague". Footshop says it has been around since 2011. Its terms and conditions in their current wording apply "from 1 November 2025". Footshop has physical stores in Prague, Warsaw, Paris, Budapest, Bratislava and Bucharest, but none in the UK, so in-store pickup is not a realistic option for UK customers.

Is there a Footshop discount code that works today?

Not one that works on everything. On 26 October 2026, Footshop's notification bar, where shops usually put a site-wide code, was empty in every market we checked, including the UK. The UK student discount is also not confirmed: no Footshop page we read mentions one, and the UK site's list of information pages contains no student page.

What Footshop does have are product-level codes. They appear as a red "EXTRA" badge on individual products and in a box on the product page that shows the price with the code. On 26 October 2026 we found four:

  • RETRO10: "EXTRA -10%", web, on selected Jordan products
  • ASICSHOKA10: "EXTRA -10%", web, on selected ASICS and Hoka products
  • MIDFALL5: "EXTRA -5%", app only, on Mid Season Sale items
  • ASICSHOKA15APP: app only, on selected ASICS and Hoka products

None of these codes has an expiry date on Footshop's pages, so check the badge on the product before you rely on one.

RETRO10 and ASICSHOKA10: the codes that work on the website

These are the only two codes that work in a normal browser on ftshp.co.uk.

ASICSHOKA10 on the UK site: the Hoka M Kaha 2 Frost Moc GTX costs £172.95 "VAT incl", and the product page shows "£155.66 with code ASICSHOKA10". That is a saving of £17.29.

RETRO10 on the UK site: the Air Jordan 4 Retro "Comic" is in the sale at £147.49, down from £172.95 (-15%). The UK sale listing shows the RETRO10 badge, and Footshop's own data gives £132.74 with the code. That is another £14.75 off an item that is already reduced.

Two things to keep in mind:

  • Only products with the badge qualify. Entering RETRO10 on a pair of adidas will not work
  • RETRO10 may be close to the end. On 26 October 2026 the Italian coupon site Topnegozi listed RETRO10 as "Scaduto 12 ore fa" (expired 12 hours ago), while Footshop's UK listing still showed the badge. If the code is refused at checkout, that is the likely reason

The UK terms also contain a clause worth knowing: Footshop "reserves the right to cancel an Order … if a discount of more than 20% is used on already discounted goods". RETRO10 itself is 10%, so by our reading it stays under that line, but a combination of codes on a heavily reduced item could be cancelled.

App-only codes: MIDFALL5, ASICSHOKA15APP and the "LL5" mystery

Footshop's FAQ says it openly: "In the app, you'll find exclusive discount coupons that aren't available on the website." Two of the four current codes are like that.

  • MIDFALL5: the Mid Season Sale campaign, described in Soleback's store data as "up to 60% off and EXTRA 5% extra with the code MIDFALL5 only in the App", valid from 16 October to 1 November 2026. On the UK sale listing, the adidas ZX 8000 shows £73.49 on the website and £69.82 with MIDFALL5 in the app
  • ASICSHOKA15APP: the same Hoka boot that costs £155.66 with ASICSHOKA10 on the web costs £147.01 with ASICSHOKA15APP in the app

The catch: Soleback pays no cashback on "Purchases made in the store's own mobile app instead of the browser session you activated". With an app code you get the bigger discount, but you give up the cashback completely.

If you have seen a Footshop code "LL5" on coupon sites, you have seen MIDFALL5. Picodi and other sites show only the last few characters of a code, and LL5 is the end of MIDFALL5. Our conclusion is based on the matching description: Picodi UK headlines it as a "60% CODE", but its own text says it is an "additional 5% … in the app … valid from 16.10 to 1.11.2026". It is a 5% app code, not 60%.

Footshop discount codes on HotUKDeals, Picodi and Savoo: what holds up

UK coupon sites for Footshop are thin and often wrong. What we found on 26 October 2026:

  • HotUKDeals: a voucher page under ftshp.co.uk titled "Footshop discount code: 60% OFF in October 2026" with "8 active vouchers". The headline offer is "60% off plus a further 5% using this code in the sale", which is the app-only MIDFALL5 on top of sale prices. Also listed: 15% on Maison Margiela ("Ends in 2 days") and 10% on Asics and HOKA. A community search for "footshop" or "ftshp" returned "0 deals"
  • Picodi UK: lists codes marked as valid, but shows only fragments such as "5FS", "E15" or "Y10", with expiry dates as far out as July 2027. We could not confirm any of them on Footshop's site
  • Savoo UK: "Footshop Discount Code - 55% Off in October 2026". It lists an "Exclusive 13% off" code (SAVOO13UK) and an "Extra 5% off" code (SUMMER5) as active, and the same two codes again under "Recently Expired"
  • VoucherCodes and NetVoucherCodes: no Footshop page, both sites returned an error
  • Student Beans: a page titled "Footshop 75% Student Discount", whose content did not load. We treat this as not confirmed

Three takeaways:

  1. Big percentages are sale prices, not codes
  2. The real codes are product-level. The 10% Asics and HOKA offer on HotUKDeals matches ASICSHOKA10, the one we could verify
  3. A code from a coupon site can cost you the cashback. Soleback does not pay on "Orders using discount codes not listed on Soleback", and the Soleback GB page lists no Footshop codes at all

How to enter a Footshop discount code and why it may fail

  1. Add the product to your cart
  2. Tick "I have a promo code" in the cart and enter the code. Footshop's payment page says vouchers are applied "in your cart during the first step"
  3. Check that the total drops before you pay

If the code is refused, the usual reasons are:

  • Wrong product: product-level codes only work on items with the badge
  • App-only code: MIDFALL5 and ASICSHOKA15APP do not work on the website
  • Expired: Footshop publishes no end dates, and campaign codes disappear quickly
  • Minimum not reached: the Club sign-up voucher needs an order of £150 or more
  • Stacking: Footshop's terms say discounts "cannot be combined with each other"

Footshop Club: £10 off £150 and 5% back

Footshop Club is Footshop's free membership, and it is the only "welcome" discount the UK site confirms. According to the UK Club page:

  • Sign-up voucher: "Simply register and receive a £10.00 voucher as a gift. You can use it on any purchase of £150.00 or more"
  • Validity: "the registration code is valid for only 10 days"
  • 5% back: "For every purchase, you'll receive a voucher worth 5% of the total amount to use on your next order"
  • When it can be used: the new code is "valid once the return period (30 days) is over"
  • How long and how much: "the code is valid for 180 days and can cover up to 30% of your order's total"
  • Other benefits: a birthday gift, 2x the chance in raffles, the newsletter and a wishlist
  • Exceptions: no voucher for "special limited collections available through raffles or exclusive in-store releases"

The newsletter comes with Club registration. We found no separate newsletter voucher on the UK site.

Practical advice: as the £10 voucher expires after 10 days, sign up shortly before an order of £150 or more.

VIP status: is £1,000 a year worth it?

VIP status kicks in "once your purchases reach £1000 at Footshop within the last 12 months". Returned items are deducted, and raffle products do not count. VIP members get:

  • Free shipping: "on all your orders for the entire year (selected carriers only)"
  • 10x the chance in raffles
  • A bigger birthday gift

The FAQ narrows the free delivery further: "We offer free delivery to VIP customers in selected countries with selected carriers." Footshop does not say whether the UK and DHL Economy are among them. If you only order a couple of pairs a year, VIP is out of reach; at £8.99 per parcel you would need many orders before free shipping made a difference.

Can you combine Footshop Club vouchers with other codes?

Footshop gives two different answers.

The Club page says: "You can combine discount codes from orders with gift vouchers and use them on discounted items. However, they cannot be combined with other percentage-based codes or vouchers." For several absolute codes in one order, it asks you to contact Customer Care.

The terms and conditions are stricter: "Any discounts on the price of goods granted by the Seller to the Buyer cannot be combined with each other", and the seller "reserves the right to cancel an Order for goods to which more than one discount coupon has been applied".

In practice: use one code per order. If you have both the £10 sign-up voucher and ASICSHOKA10, pick the one that saves more. On the £172.95 Hoka boot that is ASICSHOKA10 (£17.29), not the £10 voucher.

Footshop UK sale: up to 80% off without a code

The biggest discounts at Footshop need no code. On 26 October 2026 the UK sale section had 15,342 items. Sorted by discount, the top of the list showed:

  • Ambush Chinos Blouson: £276.49 instead of £1,380 (-80%)
  • Champion Premium Socks: £2.99 instead of £12.95 (-77%)

More typical sneaker and accessory prices on ftshp.co.uk:

  • adidas ZX 8000: £73.49 instead of £112.95 (-35%)
  • Air Jordan 4 Retro "Comic": £147.49 instead of £172.95 (-15%)
  • Nike Zoom Fly 6 "Run in Berlin": £123.99 instead of £154.95 (-20%)
  • FTSHP x PROSTO Scarf Forza: £13.99 instead of £39.95 (-65%)
  • FTSHP Leather Cardholder: £15.99 instead of £39.95 (-60%)

As the examples show, the 60-80% reductions are mostly clothing, socks and accessories. Sneakers tend to sit at 15-35%. Note also that the campaign itself is advertised as "up to 60%", while the listing goes up to 80%.

Two consequences for your wallet: on sale items Soleback cashback drops to 1.5% (new customers) or 1% (existing customers) for reductions of 10-39%, and the Soleback GB page lists no rate for reductions of 40% or more, so we could not confirm what applies there.

Black Friday at Footshop: what we know from 2025

Footshop has not published anything about Black Friday 2026 yet. For 2025, the evidence is thin:

  • BF2025: a code with this name appears in two community deal threads, on the German site mydealz (comments from 6-8 November 2025) and the French site Dealabs (comments from 28 November 2025). Its percentage is not confirmed
  • UK deal sites: HotUKDeals shows no Footshop community deals at all, so there is no UK evidence of how the 2025 promotion worked
  • Footshop's own blog: a post from 27 November 2025 picks Black Friday sneakers but gives no percentage, dates or code
  • Older years: in 2020 Highsnobiety reported code BLACK15 and "up to 60 percent"

Our conclusion: expect a code similar to BF2025 and deeper sale prices, but do not trust any coupon site that announces a fixed Black Friday percentage for Footshop in advance.

Raffles on Footshop Releases

The most sought-after releases at Footshop go through raffles on the separate site releases.footshop.com. What we know:

  • How to enter: choose your size, then "Enter raffle now". Payment details are entered in the entry form
  • Better odds: Footshop Club gives "2×" the chance, VIP "10×"
  • Duplicates: the form rejects an email address or phone number that is "already registered"
  • Shipping to the UK: DHL Economy, 8 euros, 3-4 days, according to the raffle shipping table. Raffle prices are shown in euros, not pounds
  • No Club voucher and no VIP credit: raffle items are excluded from both

Whether there is a strict one-entry-per-person rule and when your card is charged are not confirmed; the help link on the raffle site returned an error. Whether codes work on raffle items is not confirmed. Whether cashback can be tracked on the separate raffle site is also not confirmed, so do not count on it.

Footshop UK delivery: £8.99 with DHL and no free-shipping threshold

The UK delivery page lists exactly one option:

  • DHL Economy: £8.99, with an estimated delivery "From Friday 30.10.2026" when we checked on Monday 26 October

Product pages also show DHL Express Worldwide - Zone 2 "From £21.26", with delivery a day earlier, although the delivery page does not list it.

There is no free-shipping threshold for regular customers on the UK site. Footshop's product data for the UK has no free-shipping value, and the FAQ only mentions free delivery for "VIP customers in selected countries with selected carriers". Whether you order £40 or £400, you pay £8.99. That is the answer to "why was I charged shipping": there is no basket value that removes it, and we found no free-shipping code.

Coupon sites claim free delivery for Club members (HotUKDeals) or over £80 (Picodi UK). Neither matches Footshop's own UK pages.

Further points from the FAQ:

  • Large orders: "We reserve the right to charge higher shipping fees on orders of 3+ pairs of sneakers"
  • Pickup points and lockers: the UK delivery page shows no pickup-point or locker option, only home delivery with DHL

Delivery times, tracking, lost parcels and cancellations

  • Dispatch: "We try to ship all orders the following business day", not at weekends, and products from an external warehouse can take longer
  • Transit: "Your order will arrive 1-10 business days after shipment". The FAQ names "DHL 2-4 business days" and also GLS and Royal Mail, which the UK delivery page does not offer
  • Tracking: "You will get the tracking number automatically by e-mail", and you can follow the order in your profile
  • Lost parcel: contact Footshop; it opens a claim with the carrier, and "Once they confirm it's lost - we will issue a full refund to you"
  • Cancellation: registered customers can cancel an order, or remove a single product, from their profile. Guests have to contact Customer Care
  • Customer service: chatbot "available 24/7", email [email protected], phone +44 203 807 1459

Our estimate: plan for about a week from order to doorstep with DHL Economy.

Customs, VAT and the £135 note

Footshop ships from Prague, which is outside the UK, so the question of import charges comes up with every order. Here is everything Footshop says about it:

  • Delivery page: "Please note that orders over £135 may incur upon import." The sentence is incomplete on the site: a word is missing after "incur"
  • FAQ: "Items shipped outside of the EU may be required to pay additional tax in the country of delivery. If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot inform you of what they will be."
  • Product pages: UK prices are shown with "VAT incl"
  • Raffle site: "We deliver to all countries outside the European Union on a duty-free basis… the recipient will be liable for any local sales tax or import duties"

What is not confirmed: whether Footshop ships to the UK with duties paid (DDP). None of the official texts says so; the raffle wording points the other way, since the recipient is liable for duties.

Our reading: on orders up to £135 the price you see is likely to be what you pay, because VAT is already included. Above £135, budget for possible charges on import that Footshop cannot quote in advance. Bear this in mind with expensive pairs or larger orders. One customer on Trustpilot in October 2026 described paying "£8.99 for delivery which is understandable as I'm based in the UK and they ship from the EU", without mentioning any extra charges, but that is a single experience.

Nike, Jordan and other delivery quirks

  • Nike and Jordan: "we do not ship Nike and Jordan products outside of the European Union. Exceptions are Switzerland and the United Kingdom." UK shoppers can order them
  • Liquids: "DHL/ Fedex do not accept liquid products and bottles under pressure", mainly shoe care products such as Crep and perfumes. As the UK only gets DHL, such an item can delay the whole order or be refunded. Footshop says the order "will be returned to our warehouse", then it changes the carrier if possible or refunds the product

Footshop returns: 30 days, portal and a £2.50 fee

Footshop returns from the UK work like this, according to the return page:

  • Deadline: "within 30 days of delivery"
  • Registration first: every return must be registered in the online return portal, which then gives you instructions
  • Condition: "unworn, undamaged and complete"
  • Fee: "If you use the carrier we offer you, we'll deduct a return fee of £2.50 from the refunded amount". The FAQ, by contrast, speaks of "a small fee of 2 GBP"
  • Original packaging: the terms allow Footshop to deduct compensation if the original packaging is missing or damaged. In a reply on Trustpilot in September 2026, Footshop wrote "des frais de retour de 20 % seront appliqués" (a 20% return fee will be applied) in a case where the shoe box was not sent back
  • Store purchases: items bought in a Footshop store can only be returned in a store, which matters only if you shop in one of Footshop's European stores
  • Longer return period: the terms let you buy 30 extra days for certain goods, making 60 days in total. The fee is non-refundable. No UK price is published; only the German FAQ gives a figure, 3 euros

Keep the shoe box: on a £100 pair, a missing box could cost £20 by the logic of Footshop's reply, our calculation.

Damaged or wrong items: a complaint, not a return

If you receive a wrong or faulty item, Footshop wants a complaint, not a return, with photos attached in the complaint form. The UK claims page says:

  • Warranty: "The warranty period for goods is 24 months"
  • Report quickly: "no later than 5 days after receiving the goods" if the goods do not match the order or have a defect. The FAQ asks you to contact customer support "within 3 business days" for a damaged delivery
  • Handling time: "no later than 30 days from the date it was filed"

Our advice given the two deadlines: report a problem within 3 business days, then you meet both.

Footshop refunds and exchanges: what a wrong size costs

Footshop does not exchange: "Exchanges are not possible", you return the item and "place a new order".

Refund timing, according to the return page: Footshop refunds once the return "has been processed at our warehouse (within 14 days of the return)", and "You'll usually see the money within 5 days of processing". So plan for up to about three weeks after the parcel arrives in Prague. The FAQ is more optimistic: "2-3 business days" for card payments after processing, and refunds "almost immediately" for card or PayPal.

What a wrong size costs from the UK, our calculation:

  • Return fee: £2.50, if you use Footshop's carrier
  • New order in the right size: another £8.99 delivery, because there is no free-shipping threshold
  • Original delivery: the return page does not say whether the first £8.99 is refunded. The terms say that on withdrawal the seller refunds all money "including the costs of delivering the goods"

So a wrong size costs you at least £11.49, or £20.48 if the original delivery is not refunded. Check the size chart before ordering, especially as Footshop recommends using your EU size as a guide.

Payment methods at Footshop UK: Klarna yes, PayPal no

The UK payment page lists:

  • Credit card
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Klarna: "You can split your shopping into manageable instalments or pay for your order within 30 days"
  • Voucher: gift vouchers and discount codes, applied "in your cart during the first step"

Not offered on the UK payment page:

  • PayPal: missing, even though the UK FAQ describes PayPal refunds
  • Bank transfer and cash on delivery: the UK terms say it "will always be possible to pay the price of the goods by bank transfer, cash on delivery", but neither appears on the UK payment page

What counts is what you see at checkout.

Cashback at Footshop with Soleback: 3% for new customers

On top of sale prices, you can get part of the price back through Soleback. The rates on the Footshop page at Soleback, read on 26 October 2026:

  • New customers: 3%
  • Existing customers: 2%
  • New customers, sale items reduced by 10-39%: 1.5%
  • Existing customers, sale items reduced by 10-39%: 1%

How it works:

  • Tracking: 1h-48h after the purchase
  • Confirmation: 60-90 days, while the shop waits out the return period
  • Minimum payout: 5 euros
  • Missing cashback claims: up to 28 days

No cashback is paid for:

  • Purchases in the Footshop app "instead of the browser session you activated"
  • Orders using discount codes not listed on Soleback. On 26 October 2026 the Soleback GB page showed "No voucher codes available at this time", so any Footshop code used on the UK site falls into this category
  • Visiting a price-comparison or another cashback site after activating, which overwrites the tracking
  • Ad blockers or tracking protection that block the redirect
  • Cancelled, returned or unpaid orders, and orders paid partly with gift cards

If you return part of an order, the cashback on that part can be lost. To avoid forgetting the activation, use the Soleback browser extension, and a new account gets a welcome bonus of up to 15 euros, paid in stages for cashback tracked in the first 45 days.

Earning a Club voucher does not involve entering a code on that order, so by Soleback's listed rules it should not affect the cashback on that order; our reading. Redeeming that voucher on a later order is a code, and that later order can then lose its cashback.

Footshop discount code or cashback? Our calculation

This is where the money is, and coupon sites rarely spell it out. With UK prices from 26 October 2026, and assuming you pay £8.99 delivery in every case, our calculation:

Hoka M Kaha 2 Frost Moc GTX, £172.95 full price:

  • Cashback only, new customer: you pay £172.95 plus £8.99 and get 3% back, £5.19. As an existing customer, 2% is £3.46
  • ASICSHOKA10 on the website: you pay £155.66 plus £8.99 and save £17.29. As the code is not listed on Soleback, you should assume the cashback is lost
  • ASICSHOKA15APP in the app: you pay £147.01 plus £8.99 and save £25.94, with no cashback
  • Club £10 voucher instead: £162.95, so £10 saved, also not listed on Soleback

Result: the 10% web code saves over three times the 3% cashback; the app code is better still. Cashback cannot compete with a working 10% code.

Air Jordan 4 Retro "Comic", £147.49 in the sale (-15%):

  • Cashback only: 1.5% as a new customer, £2.21; 1% as an existing customer, £1.47
  • RETRO10: £132.74, saving £14.75

Here the code wins clearly too.

A full-price item without any code, for example £160:

  • Cashback: £4.80 as a new customer, £3.20 as an existing customer
  • Club: in addition, a voucher worth 5% of the order for a later purchase, usable after 30 days

Our conclusion: at Footshop UK, cashback is the right tool for full-price items without an EXTRA badge, and as a Club member you can collect both. As soon as a product carries a 10% code, the code is worth more than the cashback.

Footshop reviews: what customers say

On Trustpilot, Footshop has a TrustScore of 4 out of 5 from 1,982 reviews across all languages, read on 26 October 2026. On Trusted Shops in Germany it scores 4.70.

What comes up again and again in reviews from July to October 2026:

  • Praise: fast delivery, prices and authentic, well-packed goods. The English review quoted above found the £8.99 delivery "understandable"
  • Missing parcels: several complaints from other European countries about parcels that never arrived
  • Return disputes: deductions of 2.50 euros on returns in other countries, a 20% deduction when the box was missing, and in October 2026 an English-language dispute over whether the right item had been sent back
  • Customer service: slow replies, and a phone line in English only
  • Raffles: an English-language review in August 2026 doubted that the raffles are fair

Our reading: most complaints concern returns and deductions, not the products. Keep the box and photograph what you send back.

Where sources contradict each other

  • Return fee: £2.50 on the return page, "2 GBP" in the FAQ
  • Carriers: only DHL Economy on the delivery page, GLS, Royal Mail and DHL in the FAQ, DHL Express on product pages
  • Refund time: processing within 14 days, then about 5 days, on the return page; "2-3 business days" or "almost immediately" in the FAQ
  • PayPal: mentioned in the FAQ for refunds, missing from the UK payment page
  • Bank transfer and cash on delivery: "always" possible according to the terms, not on the payment page
  • Combining discounts: the Club page allows some combinations, the terms say discounts "cannot be combined"
  • Reporting a defect: 5 days on the claims page, 3 business days in the FAQ
  • Sale depth: the campaign says "up to 60%", the listing goes up to 80%
  • RETRO10: shown on the UK listing, marked expired on Topnegozi
  • LL5: headlined "60% CODE" on Picodi UK, described in the same entry as an extra 5% in the app
  • Club sign-up bonus: £10 on Footshop and HotUKDeals, "free £7 gift card … on orders over £70" on Savoo
  • Club reward: 5% per order on Footshop, "a 10% discount voucher with every purchase" in the HotUKDeals FAQ and "a 10% voucher" on Savoo
  • Free delivery: VIP only on Footshop; Club members on HotUKDeals; over £80 on Picodi UK
  • Returns label: Picodi UK says DHL Economy orders "include a free return label"; Footshop deducts £2.50 if you use its carrier
  • Soleback page: the header says "Discount codes 4", the GB list shows none; the FAQ says "30-90 days", the facts box "60-90 days"; the GB description says "Founded in 2012", Footshop says 2011

How reliable the sources are

  • High: delivery cost, returns, payment methods, Club conditions and product prices, taken from Footshop's UK storefront ftshp.co.uk and its terms effective from 1 November 2025
  • High: the codes RETRO10, ASICSHOKA10, MIDFALL5 and ASICSHOKA15APP, shown on Footshop's own product pages and listings, but without end dates
  • High: Soleback rates and conditions from the Footshop GB page on Soleback
  • Medium: import charges, because Footshop's only UK statement is incomplete and DDP is not confirmed
  • Medium: Trustpilot and Trusted Shops reviews, which reflect individual experiences
  • Medium: BF2025 from community threads, outside the UK and without a percentage
  • Low: codes, percentages and delivery thresholds on HotUKDeals, Picodi UK and Savoo UK
  • Own conclusion: LL5 being MIDFALL5, the cost of a wrong size and the comparison of codes with cashback

What to do depending on your situation

  • You want full-price sneakers without a code: activate Soleback cashback and get 3% (new) or 2% (existing) back, and join Footshop Club for the 5% voucher
  • The product has a RETRO10 or ASICSHOKA10 badge: use the code on the website. It is worth more than the cashback
  • You do not mind the app: ASICSHOKA15APP and MIDFALL5 give the biggest discount, but no cashback
  • First order of £150 or more: register for Footshop Club shortly before, as the £10 voucher lasts 10 days. Compare it with any product code and use only one
  • You are hunting low prices: sort the sale by discount. Clothing and accessories go down to 80%, sneakers usually 15-35%
  • Your order is over £135: budget for possible import charges; Footshop cannot tell you the amount
  • You are unsure of the size: a wrong size costs at least £11.49; check the size chart first
  • You want a hyped release: join Footshop Club for 2x raffle odds and expect 8 euros raffle shipping
  • You only pay with PayPal: Footshop UK does not offer it at the moment
  • You landed on footshop.co.uk: you are on a different company's site; go to ftshp.co.uk/en-uk

Before you order, activate cashback on the Footshop page at Soleback, go to Footshop UK in the same browser session, and see more offers in Soleback promotions and in our sneaker cashback overview.
