How to buy Supreme in the UK in 2026: online shop, drop time, delivery, returns and the London store

UK buyers order from Supreme's European webstore, run by a UK company shipping from Heathrow. Here is when Thursday drops really go live, what delivery and returns cost, and how the London store works.

On 31 October 2026, the only official way to buy Supreme online in the UK is Supreme's European webstore at eu.supreme.com, run by a UK company that ships from Heathrow. New items go live on Thursdays, UK delivery with DPD costs £5 (£10 to Northern Ireland) and takes 1-4 working days for orders placed before 4pm, and the only Supreme shop in Britain is at 2/3 Peter Street in Soho, London. If you want to know how to buy Supreme without missing a drop, the biggest surprise is the time: Supreme's own FAQ says 11am, while drop reports from 2022 to 2026 consistently say 4pm UK time. One honest note up front: Soleback does not list a Supreme store, so there is no Soleback cashback on Supreme orders.

This guide explains, step by step, how buying from Supreme actually works for someone living in Britain: which webstore you land on, when the drop goes live, what delivery and returns cost, how the London store and its in-store registration work, and how to avoid fakes and so-called legal fakes. We read Supreme's FAQ, terms, sizing page and store list in a browser on 31 October 2026 and checked third-party drop guides, court reports and press coverage on the same day. Where sources disagree, we say so.

Key points

  • Official webstore: eu.supreme.com, operated by 1994 INC LTD T/A Supreme from Heathrow Logistics Park, London
  • Drop day: Thursday. Most items have no set release date
  • Drop time: Supreme's FAQ says 11am London time; drop reports from 2022 to 2026 say 4pm UK time. We consider 4pm (16:00 UK time / 17:00 Central European time) more likely for weekly drops
  • UK delivery: £5 with DPD, 1-4 working days for orders placed before 4pm
  • Northern Ireland: £10, within 5 business days
  • Free delivery threshold: none mentioned by Supreme
  • Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo and PayPal; billing and shipping address must match
  • Returns: request by e-mail within 14 days of receipt, you pay return postage, no returns in stores
  • Sizes: size charts in inches only
  • London store: 2/3 Peter Street, W1F 0AA, open seven days a week, and the only place to buy a Supreme gift certificate
  • Prices in pounds: we could not read UK product prices from our location, so check the total at checkout
  • Cashback: not available on Supreme through Soleback

Where to buy Supreme officially in the UK

There are only three official channels for a UK buyer:

  • The webstore: eu.supreme.com, which lists delivery for the UK, Northern Ireland and the EU
  • The London store: 2/3 Peter Street in Soho, open since 22 September 2011
  • Selected partners for some collaborations: for example Nike for some past sneaker collaborations and Dover Street Market London, which Hypebeast describes as a "long-term partner"

Everything else, including resale platforms, marketplace listings and shops with "Supreme" in their name, is not Supreme. That does not automatically make it fake, but it does mean Supreme's returns policy, delivery terms and authenticity guarantee do not apply.

Supreme's other regional webstores do not take orders from Europe, so for a UK address eu.supreme.com is the only official online option. Supreme's terms say you buy "for Personal Use Only" and that it reserves "the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation". In other words, the store is set up for individual buyers, not for people buying to resell.

Which webstore, which seller and which currency

The seller on the webstore is a British company. According to Supreme's terms:

  • Company: "1994 INC LTD T/A Supreme"
  • Address: "Heathrow Logistics Park Unit 4, Bedfont Road, Heathrow, London TW14 8EE UK"
  • Phone: "Tel: +44 20 7697 3430"
  • VAT number: "VAT No. GB 107 415 148"
  • Company number: "Company Reg No. 07296567"
  • Law: England and Wales, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights

So for a UK customer, a Supreme order is a purchase from a UK company shipped from a UK warehouse. That matters for VAT and customs, which we cover below.

The currency is less clear. A separate address, uk.supreme.com, also exists. When we opened its FAQ from our location in Poland, it redirected to the European store at eu.supreme.com. EU customers pay in euros there. Whether a UK connection shows the same store with prices in pounds, and what those pound prices are for this season, we could not check. The delivery table itself is in pounds for UK addresses (£5 and £10), which suggests UK orders are charged in sterling, but that is our inference, not something we saw at checkout.

Our practical advice: before drop day, open the store from your UK connection, add any item to the basket and check the currency and the delivery charge on the checkout page. If you see a currency you did not expect, your bank may add a foreign transaction fee.

How to buy Supreme on drop day: Thursday, but at what time?

The day is not in dispute. Supreme releases new items on Thursdays, and the Fall/Winter 2026 season started on Thursday 20 August 2026, according to Sole Retriever and House of Heat. Our Supreme Week 11 droplist covered the drop of Thursday 29 October 2026.

The time is where the sources split:

  • Supreme's FAQ: "Generally, we update our online shop at 11AM local time in" a list of cities that includes London. That points to 11:00 UK time
  • The Sole Supplier (2022): drops at "4pm in London and about 5pm in Europe"
  • Sidekicks (Week 3 of Spring/Summer 2026, March 2026): "4 PM UK"
  • Sole Retriever guide (undated): "4pm GMT/17:00 EU"
  • forward2me (undated): "4pm London" and "5pm Central Europe"
  • nss magazine (2019): drops "every Thursday at 12:00" Italian time, which equals 11:00 in London

Four independent sources from 2022 to 2026 agree on 4pm UK time, while the 11am figure appears in Supreme's FAQ and in a 2019 Italian guide. Our conclusion: for the weekly Thursday drops, 16:00 UK time / 17:00 Central European time is more likely, and the FAQ wording may be out of date. The word "Generally" in the FAQ also leaves room for exceptions.

What that means in practice: be ready from before 11:00 if you want to be safe, but plan your real attempt for 16:00.

Why the 4pm time can move by an hour

The drop reports give the time as 11am in a time zone outside Europe alongside 4pm UK. That zone and the UK change their clocks on different dates, for about three weeks in March and for one week around the turn of October and November. In those short gaps, the UK time of the drop would shift by one hour. By our calculation, the drop on Thursday 29 October 2026, after UK clocks went back on 25 October, would have been at 15:00 UK time rather than 16:00. This is our inference from the way the reports describe the time; Supreme does not confirm it, and a Sidekicks report for 12 March 2026, inside the March gap, still gave 4pm UK, so the shift is far from certain.

How to prepare for a Supreme drop

Supreme items can disappear fast. A 2019 analysis by nss magazine found that the most sought-after pieces "have sold out in just a few seconds", and noted that the figures "are influenced by the use of bots". On 31 October 2026, two days after Week 11, the Vanson Leathers down jacket was sold out in every colour on the European store and the Nike Air Force 1 Low was also sold out.

A checklist for drop day:

  1. Check the droplist on Monday to Wednesday: Supreme does not announce release dates for most items, so community droplists are your best preview
  2. Know your size in inches: Supreme's size charts have no centimetres or UK clothing sizes (see the sizing section)
  3. Make sure your billing and delivery address match: Supreme requires this, so a gift sent to another address may be refused
  4. Have your payment ready: a card from the accepted list or PayPal
  5. No P.O. boxes: DPD and UPS "do not deliver to P.O. boxes"
  6. Be on eu.supreme.com before the drop: Supreme says products are "sold on a first come, first served basis"
  7. Do not stop at the basket: Supreme warns that "while you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item"

Account, address and payment at checkout

Supreme's FAQ lists these payment methods: "We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo as well as Paypal." Supreme's privacy policy also names Apple Pay among its payment processors ("Cybersource, Paymentech, PayPal and/or Apple Pay"), but the FAQ does not list it, so treat Apple Pay at checkout as not confirmed.

What you will not find:

  • Buy now, pay later: no Klarna or similar service is named
  • Gift cards online: "We do not offer gift cards through the web shop", only a gift certificate at the London store
  • Discount codes: none are mentioned by Supreme

The address rule is strict: "We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud." If you want an item delivered to your office or to a friend, the card's billing address needs to be the same, otherwise expect the order to fail.

We found no statement in the FAQ or terms that you must create an account before buying. Whether the checkout requires one, or works as a guest checkout, we could not confirm.

Quantity limits, bots and the personal-use rule

Supreme's terms are clear about automated buying. You may not "use data mining, robots, spiders, scraping or similar automated or manual methods". According to Fashion Network, Supreme "installed a CAPTCHA system on its website" as early as March 2017 to discourage bots.

UK law does not ban sneaker or clothing bots. A 2022 analysis by the law firm RPC notes that the UK bans bots only for tickets to "recreational, sporting or cultural event(s)", and that a wider ban on bot resale "has not been progressed further". The same article says Supreme "religiously sees its releases selling out in seconds online". So the protection against bots comes from Supreme's own terms and technology, not from the law.

Supreme is known to limit quantities per product, but we did not find that rule in the FAQ or terms of the European store, so treat a specific limit as not confirmed for UK orders. What the terms do say is that you buy for personal use and "not for resale", and that Supreme can refuse any order without giving a reason.

UK delivery: cost, time and tracking

From Supreme's FAQ, read on 31 October 2026:

  • Carrier: "All UK and Northern Ireland orders are shipped with DPD."
  • United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland): £5
  • Northern Ireland: £10
  • Free delivery: no threshold is mentioned
  • Express or named-day delivery: not mentioned in the FAQ
  • Collection points or lockers: not mentioned; P.O. boxes are excluded

On delivery times, the FAQ says: "UK orders placed before 4pm will be delivered between 1-4 working days, Northern Ireland and central Europe within 5 business days". It adds: "Note these transit times are estimates and may vary."

There is a detail worth noticing here. If the weekly drop really goes live at 4pm UK time, an order placed right at the drop falls just after the 4pm cut-off in the delivery promise. Our inference is that a drop-day order is processed from Friday, so plan on delivery between Monday and Thursday of the following week rather than on Friday.

On tracking, the FAQ says: "Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation and a tracking number from UPS." UPS is the carrier for EU orders. The FAQ does not describe DPD tracking for UK orders separately, so we cannot confirm exactly how the UK tracking notice reaches you.

For questions about an order, Supreme's FAQ says: "Please e-mail [email protected] with any question regarding your order."

VAT and customs for UK orders

For UK buyers, the situation is simpler than for EU customers. The seller is a UK company with a UK VAT number, and the parcel leaves from Heathrow. A UK order is therefore a domestic sale. Our conclusion: you should not face import VAT, customs duty or a courier handling fee on delivery, because the goods never cross a border.

Supreme's own wording is written mainly for EU customers:

  • FAQ on customs: "You will not be charged any extra tax or customs if you live within the EU. If you live outside that zone, you may be charged customs or import tax."
  • FAQ on VAT: "VAT is included in the prices showing on the website, but will be deducted if you live outside the EU (Iceland, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, and Turkey)."

The UK is not on the list of countries where VAT is deducted, which fits a domestic sale with VAT included in the price. Read literally, the customs sentence covers everyone outside the EU, but in our reading it is aimed at countries the parcel has to enter from the UK. If you are ever asked for an extra charge on a parcel from Heathrow to a UK address, check that the message really comes from DPD before paying anything.

How to return a Supreme order

Supreme's terms say it "will gladly accept returns and issue a refund to the original form of payment". The process:

  1. Request first: "You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please e-mail [email protected]."
  2. Wait for approval: "Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for a refund."
  3. Send it back: "you must ship the item back to us with a copy of your order confirmation within 14 days from the date your request is approved"
  4. Keep proof: a tracked, signed-for service is required for a refund

Conditions and exclusions:

  • Condition: items must be in "perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all original tags attached"
  • Underwear: Hanes socks and boxers cannot be returned once taken out of their packaging
  • Return postage: "For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item."
  • Original delivery charge: "Where applicable, you may not be reimbursed the initial shipping cost"
  • Whole order returned: "If an order is returned in its entirety, a full refund including the original shipping fee, will be issued."
  • In store: "Items may not be returned or exchanged in person at any Supreme store location."

Supreme does not describe an exchange service online. If a size does not fit, you return it and buy again, if the item is still available.

What a return costs you: our calculation

Supreme does not state a return postage price, and it depends on the tracked, signed-for service you choose. With the £5 UK delivery charge, three scenarios:

  • You return the whole order: you get the item price back plus the £5 delivery. Your only cost is your own return postage
  • You return one item from an order of two: you get that item's price back, but the £5 is likely to stay with Supreme. Your cost: £5 plus return postage
  • The size is wrong: you pay return postage, may lose the £5, and if you want the right size you pay £5 again for a new order. The bigger risk is that the item has sold out by then, because Supreme sells on a first come, first served basis

Time limits matter too. You have 14 days from receipt to send the request, then 14 days from approval to post the item. By our calculation, a buyer who uses both windows fully has about four weeks in total, but if you wait until day 13 to e-mail, any delay in the reply eats into your margin. Send the request as soon as you know.

Supreme sizing: inches only

The sizing page on eu.supreme.com, titled "Fall/Winter 2026 Sizing", lists each product in sizes S to XXL with body length, chest width and sleeve length. All measurements are in inches. There are no centimetres and no UK clothing size equivalents.

An example from the Spellout Embroidered Polartec Jacket: chest width from 23 3/4 inches in the smallest size to 28 3/4 inches in the largest. Converted at 2.54 cm per inch, that is about 60.3 cm to 73.0 cm (our calculation).

How to use the chart (our advice):

  • Measure a garment you own: lay a well-fitting jacket or hoodie flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit
  • Compare like with like: Supreme's chest width is a flat measurement across the garment, not your body's chest circumference
  • Check each product: the measurements change from item to item, so a medium in one jacket is not the same as a medium in another
  • Allow for the return rules: a wrong size can cost you delivery and return postage, and the item may sell out before you reorder

The London store: address, hours and gift certificates

The only Supreme store in the UK is in Soho. From Supreme's official store list, read on 31 October 2026:

  • Address: 2/3 Peter Street, London W1F 0AA
  • Phone: +44 207-437-0493
  • Monday to Saturday: 11:00 to 19:00
  • Sunday: 12:00 to 18:00
  • Opened: Thursday 22 September 2011, according to Hypebeast's report at the time

What the London store offers that the webstore does not:

  • Gift certificates: Supreme sells no gift cards online, but "you can purchase a gift certificate at the Supreme London store"
  • In-store releases: through online registration (see the next section)

What it does not do: accept returns of online orders. Online returns go by e-mail and post only.

Supreme's other European stores, all from the official list:

  • Paris: 20 Rue Barbette, 75003 (Le Marais), Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 19:00, Sunday 12:00 to 18:00
  • Milan: Corso Garibaldi 20, 20121, Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 19:30, Sunday 12:00 to 19:00
  • Berlin: Torstraße 74, 10119, Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 19:00, closed on Sunday

How to buy Supreme in store: in-store registration

You cannot simply queue on drop day. Supreme's terms describe the system: "The in-store registration is an online registration where you can sign up for the opportunity to attend an in-store release at one of the Supreme stores. Your mobile number will be used to notify you if you have been chosen to attend an in-store release." You can stop the text messages by replying STOP.

The details come from older guides, and we could not confirm the 2026 procedure:

  • When: Sole Retriever says London registration opens on Tuesdays at 11am London time
  • How long: The Sole Supplier (2022) says "The form goes live at 11am in your local time and is only open for 2-3 minutes"
  • Confirmation: "you'll then receive a text that will require you to confirm your entry", and the next day "you will receive another text which informs you of your position number"
  • History: according to The Sole Supplier, camping outside the store was replaced by online registration around 2017
  • ID: a bot community guide says "Name and Card must match your ID. You will have to bring them both when you go to the store." This is a low-reliability source, and Supreme's official ID rule is not confirmed

Our advice: if you register, use your real name and the card you will pay with, and take photo ID with you in case it is checked.

Restocks, newsletter and the Supreme app

Supreme's FAQ says: "Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Supreme newsletter" for e-mail alerts each time a product is released. On restocks it says only: "On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items." There is no schedule and no notification promise for restocks.

The official app:

  • iPhone: the "Supreme" app is available on the UK App Store: "The official iPhone app of Supreme. View and shop directly from Supreme on your iPhone or iPad." It promises: "Receive push notifications every time our shop is updated with new items."
  • Android: the official app is on Google Play from Chapter 4 Corp., with more than 500,000 downloads and a last update on 19 October 2026

We could not confirm that the app checks out against the European store for UK addresses, so test it before a drop. On 31 October 2026 the UK App Store showed version 25.1.0 dated 6 July, while the German and Spanish storefronts already showed version 25.2.0.

Restock monitors exist too. SupremeCommunity describes itself as "a free to use restock monitor" and says it covers several regional webstores, including the EU one.

Droplists and the FW26 season

Because Supreme does not announce most releases, community droplists are how most buyers prepare. Weekly lists are published by SupremeCommunity, Sole Retriever, Sidekicks (a UK retailer), House of Heat and Hypebeast, usually a few days before the Thursday drop.

Key FW26 dates:

  • Season start: Thursday 20 August 2026, "through the Supreme app and online shop" and in "the brand's retail locations and select stockists worldwide", according to Sole Retriever
  • Rhythm afterwards: House of Heat says Supreme moved into "its usual weekly release schedule"
  • Week 11: Thursday 29 October 2026, covered in our droplist above

For an overview of the season, the collaborations so far and what to expect next, see our Supreme FW26 season guide. Remember that droplists are leaks and community work, not official announcements; items can be added, moved or dropped.

Collaborations and partner retailers

Most collaborations are sold only through Supreme's own channels, but a few go through partners:

  • Supreme x Nike SB Dunk (September 2025): the white and black pairs were "available globally" at Supreme's webstore and stores from 4 September, while "the purple makeup is dropping only in Europe", according to Complex. Sole Retriever calls the Europe-only colourway "Ink". Whether UK buyers counted as "Europe" for that release, the source does not say
  • Supreme x Nike SB Air Max 2 CB '94 (March 2026): "Supreme webstore and Supreme stores" only, according to Sidekicks
  • Supreme x Martine Rose x Nike Dunk Low: Sneaker Files names "select Nike Sportswear retailers, Supreme, and potentially SNKRS", but gives both "October 15, 2026" and "Holiday 2026" in the same article, so the date is not confirmed
  • Dover Street Market London: Supreme's FW21 collection launched at Dover Street Market locations including London, and in December 2024 a tee was released "exclusively at the Dover Street Market London location"

Collaborations with The North Face or Timberland sold in those brands' own stores are not confirmed by our sources, which point only to Supreme's channels.

Does Supreme have sales or Black Friday deals?

Rarely. We found exactly one documented sale on the European webstore: in July 2020, Highsnobiety reported "items reduced by up to 50 percent" on previous-season pieces, and added that "Currently, the sale is only available to those living in the EU."

For 2024, 2025 and 2026 we found no evidence of a Black Friday promotion, an end-of-season sale or any other sale on Supreme's webstore. Deal forums such as HotUKDeals could not be searched by our tools, so a small promotion may have slipped through, but nothing suggests that Supreme discounts regularly.

The practical consequence: if you see "Supreme" at a big discount on another site, treat it as a warning sign rather than a bargain.

Resale and fakes: how to spot a fake Supreme item

Because items sell out quickly, a large resale market exists. Buying resale means paying the seller's price, losing Supreme's returns policy and taking on the risk of fakes. We do not quote resale prices here because they change by the hour.

Highsnobiety's guide (January 2024) gives five checks:

  • Labels: "the labels on any Supreme piece should be the easiest part of any legit-check"
  • Box logo: "if it's not embroidered at all, or lacks a cohesive, high-quality stitch, that's an automatic red flag"
  • Stitching: "the piece's stitching will almost always reveal its authenticity"
  • Price: be wary "If the price of the item from a reseller is too good to be true"
  • Seller: "buy Supreme from reputable resellers who have had their transactions reviewed and rated", and avoid non-secure payment methods

The Dutch European Consumer Centre puts it this way: "Counterfeit goods are copies of brand items made with the intention to mislead consumers." It describes legal fakes as "a gray area".

Supreme Italia: the legal fake and the London court case

The most famous lookalike is Supreme Italia, which nss magazine called "the legitimately fake Supreme brand". It was run by IBF (International Brand Firm), with products "extremely similar" to Supreme's. A sister label, Supreme Spain, opened shops in Barcelona, Ibiza and Formentera in 2018, according to nss magazine.

The decisive case was in London. According to Dazed (July 2021):

  • Sentences: Michele di Pierro was sentenced to 8 years and his son Marcello to 3 years for fraud
  • Damages: "a London court ordered IBF to pay £7.5 million in damages to Supreme"
  • The judge: Bloomberg reports it was a private prosecution and quotes the judge calling it "the most brazen counterfeiting operation he had ever seen"

Elsewhere the picture was mixed. In Italy, a Trani court ordered seized websites released in 2018, but a Milan ruling later stopped IBF operating in Italy, and NatLawReview reported in 2020 that "The Italian High Court found in favour of Chapter 4", the company behind Supreme. In Spain, a Barcelona commercial court rejected Supreme's claims in October 2018. Whether Supreme Italia or Supreme Spain products are still sold in 2026 is not confirmed.

For a UK buyer, the lesson is simple: a label reading "Supreme Italia" or "Supreme Spain", or a shop abroad using those names, has nothing to do with Supreme. Only eu.supreme.com, the official stores and named partners sell the real thing.

Who owns Supreme and what customers say

Supreme has changed owners twice in recent years. EssilorLuxottica announced on 17 July 2024 that it would buy Supreme from VF Corporation for 1.5 billion dollars in cash, and completed the deal on 2 October 2024. At the time, VF described Supreme as "operating 17 retail stores and an e-commerce platform across all regions"; by April 2025 there were 18 stores worldwide, and a new store in Seoul was due to open on 12 September 2026.

Customer reviews are poor. On Trustpilot, the profile for Supreme's older web address has a TrustScore of 1.6 from 564 reviews, read on 31 October 2026. A UK reviewer wrote on 28 July 2026 about a return: "I returned an item and provided both the receipt and proof of delivery, yet I was told that nothing had been received." That is a single case, but it is exactly why Supreme's terms require tracked, signed-for return postage: keep the receipt and the tracking number until the refund arrives.

Can you get cashback on Supreme with Soleback?

No. Soleback does not list a Supreme store, so cashback on Supreme orders is not possible, whether you buy on the webstore, in the app or in London.

Where cashback does work, the usual rules apply: activate it before you shop, buy in the same browser session rather than in a shop's app, avoid discount codes not listed on Soleback, and remember that cashback on returned or cancelled orders is lost and is only confirmed after the shop's confirmation period. The Soleback browser extension reminds you when a shop offers cashback, and new accounts can earn a welcome bonus of up to fifteen euros in three stages: three euros once you reach five euros of tracked cashback, four euros at fifteen euros and eight euros at forty-five euros, counting only cashback tracked within 45 days of creating the account. It is not a first-purchase bonus, and since Supreme earns no cashback, Supreme orders do not count towards it.

Where sources contradict each other

  • Drop time: Supreme's FAQ says 11:00 London time; The Sole Supplier, Sidekicks, Sole Retriever and forward2me say 16:00 UK time / 17:00 Central European time. A 2019 nss magazine guide (12:00 Italian time) matches the FAQ. We consider 16:00 more likely for weekly drops
  • Clock changes: no source explains whether the drop time moves in the weeks when clocks change on different dates; the one-hour shift is our inference
  • In-store registration time: Sole Retriever says Tuesdays at 11am London time; The Sole Supplier says "11am in your local time"; a bot community guide gives "11AM BST" for European stores. None is dated 2026
  • Delivery charge on returns: the terms say you "may not be reimbursed the initial shipping cost", but also promise a full refund including delivery if the whole order comes back. The difference is between partial and full returns
  • Tax wording: the terms say "Standard UK VAT rate is charged to all orders within the European Union", while the FAQ tells EU customers they pay no extra tax or customs. For UK buyers, both point to VAT being included in the price
  • Currency for UK buyers: uk.supreme.com redirected us to the European store, and we could not see pound prices for products
  • EU trademark for Supreme Italia: NatLawReview (September 2020) reported a refusal by the EU trademark office; nss magazine (December 2020) and Wikipedia say Supreme's registration was granted in 2020
  • Sentencing date in London: Dazed gives 25 June 2021, Bloomberg's article is dated 28 June 2021
  • App version: the UK App Store showed 25.1.0, the German and Spanish storefronts 25.2.0

How reliable the sources are

  • High: delivery costs, delivery times, payment methods, returns, VAT wording, contact address, sizing and the store list, all read on Supreme's official pages in a browser on 31 October 2026
  • High: the ownership change, from VF Corporation's own press releases
  • Medium: the 4pm drop time, reported consistently by The Sole Supplier, Sidekicks, Sole Retriever and forward2me between 2022 and 2026
  • Medium: court cases and legal fakes, from Dazed, Bloomberg, NatLawReview and nss magazine
  • Medium: Highsnobiety's fake-spotting tips and reports on collaborations from Complex, Sidekicks and Hypebeast
  • Low: in-store registration details from undated or 2022 guides, and the ID rule from a bot community guide
  • Low: Trustpilot reviews, which reflect individual experiences
  • Own conclusion: that 4pm is the more likely drop time, the one-hour shift around clock changes, the absence of import charges on UK orders, the return cost scenarios and the inch to centimetre conversion

What to do depending on your situation

  • You want a specific item from this week's drop: check the droplist early in the week, be on eu.supreme.com before 11:00 and again before 16:00 UK time, and complete checkout without pausing
  • You live in Northern Ireland: budget £10 for delivery and allow 5 business days
  • You want to send a gift: billing and delivery address must match, so ship to yourself, or buy a gift certificate in the London store
  • You are unsure of your size: measure a garment you own in inches, because a wrong size can cost you delivery, return postage and possibly the item itself
  • You live near London: sign up for in-store registration and keep your phone at hand on Tuesdays
  • You want to return something: e-mail [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, wait for approval, then post it tracked and signed-for
  • You see Supreme at a big discount elsewhere: assume it is fake or a legal fake until proven otherwise
  • You were hoping for cashback: there is none on Supreme through Soleback, so save cashback for other shops
