What UK buyers really pay at Warsaw Sneaker Store: the 10% welcome code, euro-only prices, UPS delivery, possible import charges and returns to Poland.
Olivia
On 27 October 2026 there is no public Warsaw Sneaker Store discount code that works for every UK order. The shop's own offer is a one-time 10% welcome code from its Polish promotion terms, valid for 48 hours and only on full-price items, plus code-free "Black Month" prices of around 10% off selected pairs. UK delivery costs 11 euros by UPS with no free-delivery threshold, and the shop warns that buyers outside the EU may pay customs duties on top. Through Soleback you get up to 3.5% cashback on Warsaw Sneaker Store orders from the United Kingdom and EU countries, but not on orders from Poland.
This guide covers what a UK buyer needs to know before searching for a Warsaw Sneaker Store discount code: which discounts are real, why every price is in euros, what UPS delivery and import charges look like, how returns to Poland work and how to keep your cashback. We read the shop's English storefront, delivery page, returns page and terms on 27 October 2026, and the other sources on the same day.
Warsaw Sneaker Store, often shortened to WSS or WS2, is a sneaker shop based in Poland that sells new products, not resale or second-hand pairs. The online shop is run by a limited company: according to the terms, version effective from 24 February 2026, "The online store ... is operated by Szopex spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością", a limited company registered in Olsztyn, Poland.
Szopex is majority-owned by CCC Group through Modivo, which took a 75% stake in 2025. So behind the WSS name there is a large footwear group, not a one-person reseller.
The shop runs storefronts in several languages. The language switcher on warsawsneakerstore.com offers Polish, English, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Slovak and German, each showing its currency; the English and German versions, which foreign customers use, are priced in euros. There is no UK-specific version and no option to pay in pounds. If you shop from the UK, you use the English storefront, which prices everything in euros.
The range covers Nike, Jordan, adidas, UGG and other big brands. Prices we saw on the English storefront on 27 October 2026:
Warsaw Sneaker Store bills UK orders in euros. The English storefront shows prices in euros, and the delivery data behind the official delivery page lists the currency as euros for the United Kingdom, just as for Germany, France, Italy and Spain. That is why all amounts in this guide are written in euros and we do not convert them into pounds: the pound figure on your statement depends on the exchange rate your bank or card provider applies on the day you pay, plus any foreign-currency fee it charges. Check your card's terms before a large order.
No, at least not a public one that anyone can copy and use. On 27 October 2026 we found three ways to pay less, and only one of them is a code:
The shop's list of past promotion terms shows that it runs short, time-limited campaigns several times a year, such as flash sales of 15-20%. Judging by the titles, some apply to selected products or only to Partners Club members rather than being codes for everyone; we did not read the full terms.
Codes you find on coupon sites for Warsaw Sneaker Store are unverified. We could not confirm any of them, and as explained below, a code that is not listed on Soleback can cost you your cashback.
The welcome code is the shop's only confirmed Warsaw Sneaker Store discount code. Its terms are published in Polish under the name "Kod powitalny 10%" (welcome code 10%). The conditions:
The weak point for UK buyers: the terms we found are the Polish ones, and they state no minimum order value in euros. Whether the code works on the English euro storefront, and from which basket value, is not confirmed. Because the code expires after 48 hours, sign up only when you are ready to order, and check that the total actually drops before you pay.
On 27 October 2026 the shop was running a campaign called "BLACK MONTH". Discounted products carry a tag, and the price is reduced without any code. Examples from the English storefront:
These are discounts of roughly 10%, not deep clearance discounts. The shop also shows the lowest price of the last 30 days, which lets you check whether the "deal" is real: for the Ghost Sprint, the current price is only 1 euro below the 30-day low.
Remember that the welcome code only applies to full-price items, so it cannot be stacked on top of a Black Month price.
We found no dates or discounts for Black Friday 2026 on the shop's pages. Our reading: the current "Black Month" campaign suggests that the November promotions have started early.
The list of past promotion terms on warsawsneakerstore.com gives an idea of the pattern in late 2025. Titles are in Polish, so we add a translation:
We only read the titles, not the full terms, so the eligible products and conditions of each promotion are not confirmed. In 2026 the list also includes a "Flash Sale -20%" from 20 to 26 April and Partners Club offers in February. Our conclusion: discounts of 15-20% come in short windows of about a week, so if you are not in a hurry, waiting for one can pay off more than hunting for a code.
Partners Club is the shop's loyalty programme. The rules are in Annex 2 to the terms, and for payments in euros they say:
Our calculation: 4 points per euro and 100 points per euro of discount means you get back about 4% of the product price, but only as a discount on your next order. On a pair at 177.99 euros you would collect around 710 points, of which 700 could be used as 7 euros off a later purchase, since points are used in blocks of 100.
Partners Club members can also report returns online, and some past promotions, such as "Extra -15% dla Partners Club" in February 2026, were only for members. Whether every UK customer can join, and whether a points discount affects Soleback cashback, is not stated on the pages we read.
Yes. The United Kingdom is in the country list on the official delivery page, with UPS as the only carrier shown. The page also says: "If the country you want to send your order to is missing from the selection list, please contact us."
For UK orders, delivery costs more than to any of the EU countries listed below, and there is no free-delivery option at all. The shop's terms allow it to set a minimum order value "above which the Seller covers the delivery cost", but for the UK, as for Germany, France, Italy and Spain, the delivery page shows no free delivery on 27 October 2026.
Delivery costs from the official page, read on 27 October 2026:
UK buyers have no pick-up point or locker option. UPS delivers to your address, and "Courier companies deliver parcels from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays." If you are out during the week, consider a work address or a neighbour.
The 11 euros are the shop's delivery fee only. Any import charges UPS asks for on arrival come on top and are paid separately, which is covered in the next sections.
Because the shop gives no delivery time for the UK, plan on two weeks for anything you need by a specific date, such as a birthday or an event.
If you have a question about an order, the delivery page lists a hotline, "+48 531 789 051 (the hotline is open from 8:00 - 16:00 on working days)", and an e-mail address for orders with the same hours. These are Polish working hours and Polish public holidays, and Poland is one hour ahead of the UK.
This is the most important section for UK buyers. Since Warsaw Sneaker Store ships from Poland, a parcel to the UK leaves the European Union. The shop's delivery page says:
"Buyers from outside the European Union may be charged additional customs duties. All information on customs duties, as well as the rules for their calculation, can be obtained from local customs offices."
The shop does not say whether it pays any duties or taxes for you, and it does not give an amount. Customer reviews fill in the gap. Reviews point to UPS import charges for UK buyers. One reviewer reports about eighty-five pounds of "import tax" on top of a delivery fee of about thirteen pounds, almost one hundred pounds in total on top of the price of the shoes.
Our conclusion: when you order from Warsaw Sneaker Store in the UK, the price at checkout is not necessarily the final price. Budget for import charges collected by UPS, and check the current rules with HMRC or UPS before ordering expensive pairs. The exact amount depends on the order value and the rules in force when the parcel arrives, so we do not give a figure.
No. The delivery page states: "We would also like to inform you that we do not reduce prices by VAT on foreign orders."
Some shops outside the UK remove their own VAT from the price for non-EU customers, so that the buyer only pays UK import VAT on arrival. Warsaw Sneaker Store does not do this. Our conclusion: the euro price you see on the English storefront is the same price an EU customer pays, VAT included, and you may still be asked for import charges on arrival in the UK. That combination is why the total for UK orders can be noticeably higher than the product price suggests.
If a pair costs about the same at a UK retailer, the UK retailer is likely to be cheaper overall once delivery and import charges are counted. Warsaw Sneaker Store makes most sense from the UK for models you cannot find at home.
The terms do not list payment methods. They say: "Current information on available payment methods is provided ... during the Order placement process", and that methods "may depend on the Product selected by the Customer, the chosen delivery method".
What we can confirm:
Payment options listed by coupon sites, such as BLIK, PayPo or cash on delivery, apply to Poland and are not relevant for UK buyers. If your card charges a fee for foreign-currency payments, that fee also applies here.
The returns page gives you more time than the legal minimum: you have "30 days to return your order from the date of delivery", and "The goods must be in their original packaging and have all tags." The shop explains that the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days and that the extra time is "an additional return right, extending the return period to 30 days".
How a return works:
In practice this means there is no prepaid return label for UK customers. You choose a carrier, pay for an international parcel to Poland and keep the proof of postage. A customer from Romania reported being told to pay for the return shipping herself, which matches the terms.
The returns page has no UK-specific instructions. Whether you need customs paperwork for a parcel going back into the EU, and whether import charges you paid on arrival can be recovered, is not stated by the shop. Ask UPS or your chosen carrier before you send the parcel.
The shop's promise on the returns page:
Reviews tell a less smooth story. Slow refunds are the main complaint on Trustpilot, and Polish reviewers in October 2026 said they had waited between 14 and 24 days for their money. Add the time your parcel needs to travel from the UK to Olsztyn, and a refund can take a month or more from the day you post it. Keep the return form, the tracking number and the proof of postage until the money is back.
We found no separate exchange process on the pages we read. If a pair does not fit, you return it and place a new order.
Our calculation for a wrong size, based on the official figures:
Whether the 11 euros of the first delivery are refunded on a return is not stated on the returns page. Even in the best case, a wrong size costs you the return postage and several weeks. Check the brand's size chart and, if possible, try the same model in a UK shop first.
On top of the shop's own discounts, you can get part of the price back through Soleback. Soleback pays cashback on Warsaw Sneaker Store orders from the United Kingdom and from EU countries, but not on orders from Poland. The rates on the Warsaw Sneaker Store page on Soleback, read on 27 October 2026:
Conditions:
You get no cashback in these cases:
If you return part of an order, the cashback for the returned items is cancelled. Since a UK order takes about two weeks to arrive and you then have 30 days to return it, the long confirmation time makes sense. The Soleback browser extension reminds you to activate cashback, and new accounts can earn a welcome bonus of up to 15 euros in three stages: 3 euros once you reach 5 euros of tracked cashback, 4 more euros at 15 euros, and 8 more euros at 45 euros. Only cashback tracked within 45 days of creating your account counts, and it is not a bonus on your first purchase.
This is where the real decision lies, and coupon sites rarely explain it. The welcome code is not listed on Soleback, so using it can void your cashback. You have to pick one.
Our calculation for an Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Royal" at 177.99 euros, a full-price item:
So when the welcome code is accepted, it wins on a full-price pair. But there are three catches: the code is one-time and expires after 48 hours, its use on the euro storefront and its euro minimum are not confirmed, and it does not apply to Black Month or other reduced items.
For a reduced item, the comparison is simple. Take the adidas Samba OG W at 115.99 euros: the welcome code does not apply to discounted products, so cashback is the only extra saving. Our calculation: 3.5% of 115.99 euros is about 4.06 euros.
To show what a UK order can really cost, here is our calculation for the Nike Air Max 90 "Cargo Khaki" at 147.99 euros, bought at full price with cashback:
Our conclusion: before import charges, the net cost after cashback is about 153.81 euros. If UPS then asks for import charges, they come on top of that figure, and reviews suggest they can be substantial. Compare the total with what the same pair costs in a UK shop before you decide.
On Trustpilot, Warsaw Sneaker Store has a score of 2.3 out of 5 from 25 reviews, read on 27 October 2026. That is a low score, and the small number of reviews means a few experiences carry a lot of weight.
The recurring complaints:
The complaints are mostly about money and time after the purchase. The shop sells new products and belongs to a large group, but its handling of foreign orders, refunds and returns is where reviewers lose patience. For a Warsaw Sneaker Store review from the UK point of view, the honest summary is: you buy new products from a registered company, but the total cost and the after-sales process are harder than with a UK retailer.
Yes, in the sense that it is a registered company selling new products. What we could verify:
Being legitimate does not mean it is the best choice for the UK. The low Trustpilot score, the lack of a pound storefront, VAT not being removed and the risk of import charges are all reasons to compare carefully before you order.
Before you order, activate cashback on the Warsaw Sneaker Store page on Soleback, go to Warsaw Sneaker Store in the same browser session, and see more offers in Soleback promotions and our guide to sneaker cashback.
