KICKZ discount code 2026: UK delivery, customs, returns and cashback

On 27 October 2026 there is no public KICKZ discount code that works on every UK order. What KICKZ itself offers is a 15-euro welcome gift for joining its Ballers Club with a free account, a 10-euro newsletter voucher and sale prices without a code, such as the Nike Sabrina 3 at £93.95 instead of £110.95. KICKZ prices its UK store in pounds; delivery to the UK costs "from £14.95" and we found no free-shipping threshold. The bigger catch is customs: the UK page says prices include VAT, KICKZ's own terms say duties for non-EU countries are not included, and a UK buyer reported in June 2026 that UK customs asked him for more VAT and fees. Through Soleback you get up to 2.5% cashback on KICKZ UK orders, with no lower rate for sale items.

This guide covers what you should know before searching for a KICKZ discount code from the UK: which discounts actually exist, what the KICKZ Ballers Club gives you, what KICKZ UK delivery, customs and returns cost, and how to combine a discount with cashback without losing either. We read the KICKZ en-GB homepage, its English help centre (shipping, countries and delivery fees, returns), the Ballers Club page, the German terms and imprint and the Soleback store page on 27 October 2026, together with deal sites and Trustpilot on the same day.

What is KICKZ and who runs it?

KICKZ is a basketball, sneaker and streetwear retailer from Munich. The company behind it is Kickz.com GmbH, Landwehrstraße 60, 80336 München, registered at the Munich district court under HRB 255 142. In July 2023 it was taken over by 11teamsports, a team sports retailer based in Satteldorf. The German trade paper TextilWirtschaft wrote at the time: "Der führende europäische Teamsport-Spezialist 11teamsports übernimmt den Münchner Retailer Kickz" (the leading European team sports specialist 11teamsports takes over the Munich retailer Kickz).

For UK customers there is a separate storefront, the en-GB store, with prices in pounds. It is not a UK company or a UK warehouse: KICKZ ships from Germany and returns go to KICKZ.com GmbH, Retourenabteilung, 74588 Satteldorf, Germany. That single fact explains most of what follows, from the £14.95 delivery fee to the customs question.

The range covers basketball shoes, jerseys, balls and team kit as well as lifestyle sneakers and streetwear. On 27 October 2026 we saw Nike, Molten and Carhartt WIP among the reduced products. KICKZ also has its own collection and a range called Bucketz, which earn extra loyalty points (see below).

Is there a working KICKZ discount code today?

Not a public one that works on every order. The discounts we could confirm on KICKZ's own pages on 27 October 2026 are:

• Ballers Club welcome gift: 15 euros, for members of the loyalty club
• Newsletter voucher: 10 euros, according to the UK homepage
• Sale prices: reduced products marked directly in the shop, no code needed

Everything else you see on deal sites is either one of these three, described differently, or a sale that looks like a code. KICKZ does not publish a general UK code, and we found no student discount.

One more point matters before you use any code: on Soleback, orders with promo codes that are not listed on Soleback can lose their cashback. We come back to this with numbers further down.

KICKZ Ballers Club: the 15-euro welcome gift

The KICKZ Ballers Club is the shop's loyalty programme, and it is the most concrete route to money off. According to the Ballers Club page on the en-GB store:

• Joining: you need a free user account plus "an access code via e-mail"
• Welcome gift: 15 euros. The UK page shows this amount only in euros, not in pounds
• Cost: the page does not say whether membership is free beyond the free account, and it does not say how long points stay valid

Two open questions remain. First, the page does not explain how a 15-euro gift is applied to a basket priced in pounds. Second, the German deal site mydealz says the 15-euro club code is valid only for "Basketball-Performance-Artikel" (basketball performance items). KICKZ does not say this on the page we read, so treat that restriction as unverified, but check your basket total before you pay.

HotUKDeals describes the same offer as "Join the Ballers Club and receive £15 off your next order". That is a deal site's wording; the official page shows 15 euros.

Ballers Club points and levels

Beyond the welcome gift, the club works with points:

• Standard rate: 10 points per euro spent, as the page states it. It does not say how this works for orders paid in pounds
• Higher rate: 15 points per euro on basketball performance shoes, sustainable products, Bucketz and the in-house KICKZ collection
• Levels: Rookie (under 5,000 points), All-Star, MVP and Hall of Fame
• Rookie benefits: a birthday gift, early access to the sale, partner benefits, exclusive member discounts, "increased raffle chances", premium customer service and events

The page does not give point values in pounds, nor what the higher levels add. If you plan to buy at KICKZ only once, the welcome gift is the part that matters; the levels are aimed at regular customers.

KICKZ newsletter voucher: 10 euros or £10?

The UK homepage offers a newsletter voucher of 10 euros "and other benefits". Again the amount is printed in euros on a store that otherwise uses pounds.

What the other sources say:

• HotUKDeals: "£10 off your first order", and its FAQ adds that it "applies to orders over a certain amount" without naming the amount
• DealDoktor (German deal site): a minimum order of 100 euros and new customers only
• Dealabs (French deal site): no minimum purchase
• Soleback UK store page: lists an offer "Extra 10 GBP off on your order!"

None of the deal sites' conditions are confirmed by KICKZ. Our reading: the voucher exists, KICKZ shows it as 10 euros while HotUKDeals and Soleback show 10 pounds, so check which currency your checkout applies; a minimum order may exist. Sign up shortly before you plan to buy and read the conditions in the e-mail you receive.

KICKZ discount codes on deal sites: what they really are

On 27 October 2026 the UK deal site HotUKDeals listed three KICKZ offers:

• "Join the Ballers Club and receive £15 off your next order": this is the club welcome gift, which KICKZ itself shows as 15 euros
• "Save up to 68% on selected PUMA sneakers": a sale, not a code
• "Save up to 50% on selected last chance items": also a sale

HotUKDeals also mentions "Shipping cost from as low as £14.95", which matches the shop. German and French deal sites (mydealz, Dealabs) list the same pattern: the club gift, the newsletter voucher, sale collections and, in Germany, a "free delivery" voucher that refers to the German shipping fee, not to UK delivery. mydealz also notes that usually only one code works per order.

Three takeaways:

1. There is no permanent public KICKZ discount code for the UK
2. "Up to 68%" or "up to 50%" is a sale, visible in the shop without any code
3. A code from a deal site can cost you the cashback, because Soleback excludes orders with codes that are not listed on Soleback

Is there a KICKZ student discount?

We found none. There is no KICKZ page on UNiDAYS or Student Beans, and KICKZ does not mention a student offer on the pages we could read. If a site promises a KICKZ student code, treat it as unconfirmed.

KICKZ UK sale prices without a code

The largest reductions at KICKZ need no code. Some reduced prices on the en-GB store on 27 October 2026:

• Nike Sabrina 3 "Clay Green" basketball shoe: £93.95 instead of £110.95 (15% off)
• Molten Germany B7G4050 DBB basketball: £42.95 instead of £59.95 (28% off)
• Nike Team25 Stock Reversible jersey: £22.95 instead of £29.95 (23% off)
• Carhartt WIP Mitch jacket: £141.95 instead of £203.95 (30% off)

The Soleback store page also shows an "Up to 60% off!" offer, and HotUKDeals lists up to 68% on selected PUMA sneakers. The headline percentages apply to selected products; the typical reductions we saw on individual items were between 15% and 30%.

Prices differ between KICKZ storefronts on the same day. The Mitch jacket, for example, was 30% off in the German store and 35% off in the French one. Do not assume a discount you see quoted for another country also applies on the UK store.

Black Friday at KICKZ: what past years show

KICKZ has run Black Friday sales without codes in recent years. What German deal sites recorded:

• 2024: KICKZ Black Week with "25% Rabatt auf fast Alles (über 3.700 Artikel)" from 25 to 27 November 2024, no code, according to monsterdealz (25% off almost everything, over 3,700 items)
• 2025: "Early Black Friday Deals 25% auf rund 2.500 ausgewählte Artikel", no code, according to dealgott on 14 November 2025 (25% off around 2,500 selected items)
• Other claims: blackfriday.de mentions up to 30% on selected highlights and up to 80% on selected styles for Cyber Monday, without a clear year

KICKZ had a page titled "Black Friday 2025 at KICKZ", but we could not read it, so the official 2025 terms are not confirmed. For 2026, blackfriday.de expects Black Week from 23 to 30 November 2026 and says no deal has been published yet. These records come from German sources; whether the UK store ran the same percentages is not confirmed.

Raffles and releases

KICKZ runs raffles for limited releases. Its help centre has pages on successful participation, a PayPal reservation and shipping costs for raffles, which suggests that winners pay through a PayPal pre-authorisation. We could not read those pages, so the raffle rules are not confirmed. The Ballers Club promises "increased raffle chances" to members.

Whether a discount code or cashback works on a raffle purchase is not confirmed, because the raffle rules could not be read.

KICKZ UK delivery: from £14.95, no free threshold found

The en-GB store says: "Shipping cost from £14.95". We found no free-shipping threshold for the UK, and HotUKDeals quotes the same "from as low as £14.95". The word "from" means some orders may cost more; KICKZ does not publish the full UK price list on the pages we read.

For comparison, KICKZ charges 4.90 euros for delivery inside Germany and delivers free there from an order of 69 euros, and the French, Spanish and Italian stores also show 4.90 euros with a 69-euro threshold. None of that applies to the UK.

In practice every UK order carries at least £14.95 of delivery cost. On a £22.95 jersey that is almost two-thirds of the item price; on the £141.95 Mitch jacket it is about a tenth (our calculation). KICKZ makes the most sense for larger baskets.

Delivery time and carriers for KICKZ UK

• Carriers: "DHL and SevenSenders serve as our primary shipping providers", and they "work with locally specialized service providers". The en-GB footer names DHL and UPS as delivery partners
• Delivery time to the UK: not published on the pages we read. For other European countries KICKZ states 2 to 5 working days from its main warehouse
• Not at home: "the package will either be redelivered or stored at a nearby pickup location"
• Returned to sender: parcels that go back to KICKZ "are automatically refunded upon receipt"
• Express, pickup-point choice at checkout and order cut-off time: not confirmed

Since the parcel crosses the UK border, plan for a longer delivery than within Germany, where KICKZ promises 1 to 3 working days.

Where KICKZ does not deliver: Jersey

KICKZ's countries page says: "certain regions in the UK - like the Isle of Jersey - can not be delivered at the moment." The wording "like" suggests Jersey is an example rather than the full list. If you live on one of the Channel Islands or in another area outside Great Britain's main postal network, check at checkout whether your postcode is accepted before you spend time on a basket.

KICKZ lists the United Kingdom among its 13 delivery countries, together with Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden.

Customs and VAT on KICKZ UK orders: the contradiction

This is the most important section for a UK buyer, because the shop's own statements do not fit together.

What KICKZ says on the UK store:

• Homepage: "All product prices include VAT."
• Prices: in pounds, "calculated on daily EZB exchange rate" (EZB is the German abbreviation for the ECB)

What KICKZ says in its terms (German version, section 5.5):

• "Bei Lieferungen in Nicht-EU-Länder können Zollgebühren anfallen. Diese sind nicht im ausgewiesenen Preis enthalten und müssen beim zuständigen Zollamt entrichtet werden." (For deliveries to non-EU countries customs duties may apply. They are not included in the displayed price and must be paid at the responsible customs office.)

What a customer reported:

• Ben (GB), 12 June 2026, 1 star on Trustpilot: he paid UK VAT at checkout, but the parcel was held by UK customs, which asked for more VAT and fees. He wrote: "I want a FULL refund."

We found no statement from KICKZ that UK orders are shipped with duties paid. The en-GB terms could not be read. Our conclusion: the price you see includes VAT, but you cannot rule out that UK customs or the carrier ask you for further charges on delivery. KICKZ's terms put such duties on you. If you want to avoid surprises, keep your order confirmation showing the VAT you paid, and contact KICKZ customer service before paying anything extra to the carrier.

How KICKZ calculates its pound prices

KICKZ's UK prices are converted from euros at the daily ECB rate. Two consequences:

• Prices can move slightly from day to day, even without a sale, because the exchange rate changes
• Some amounts stay in euros: the newsletter voucher and the Ballers Club gift are shown in euros on the UK store, and the loyalty points are counted per euro

We do not convert the euro amounts in this guide, because the rate KICKZ applies at checkout is the one that counts.

Payment methods at KICKZ

KICKZ's German terms list "PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna und Kreditkarte" (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and credit card). Product tiles on the UK store say "Payment by invoice or installments".

The country-specific payment pages could not be read, so it is not confirmed which of these methods appear at the UK checkout, or whether Klarna is offered to UK customers. What appears in your checkout is what counts.

Returning a KICKZ UK order: 30 days, QR code or label

The en-GB help centre says: "The return period for orders is 30 days, starting on the date of receipt of the order." How it works:

1. Request the return through the return form or your order history
2. You get all shipping details and "a QR code or return label for the return shipment."
3. Drop the parcel off at a collection point
4. Return each order individually, not several orders in one parcel

Product tiles on the UK store say "Free Returns within 30 days". But the countries page adds: "In case of a return from outside of Germany there could be additional costs for shipping or customs." The cost of a return from the UK, the carrier and whether the label is prepaid are not confirmed. Before you send a parcel, check in the return form whether a fee is shown.

The German terms describe the period differently: "Alle Artikel können innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Bestellung kostenlos zurückgeschickt werden." (All items can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the order.) The English help page counts from receipt. To be safe, count from the order date.

What you cannot return and how long the refund takes

Excluded from returns according to the en-GB help centre: "underwear, socks, compression shorts, trading cards and stickers." The German terms also exclude custom-made goods, such as individually printed jerseys, and sealed hygiene goods such as underwear and swimwear.

Refund timing:

• Help centre: "This process may take up to 14 days."
• Warehouse: "Even if tracking shows your package has arrived at our warehouse, processing may take up to 10 business days."
• KICKZ reply on Trustpilot: "up to 12 working days"

Our estimate: plan for two to three weeks between drop-off and refund. A German customer wrote on Trustpilot on 17 August 2026: "I returned my order two months ago, but no one has refunded my money." KICKZ replied that it was working on the case with DHL. Keep your drop-off receipt until the money is back.

Customer service and KICKZ stores

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CET, closed at weekends
• Phone (Germany): +49 (0) 7951 9645 4646 4, as given in the imprint
• Languages: not confirmed

Physical stores exist only in Germany. KICKZ's help centre lists Berlin Basketball, Hamburg and München Stachus. A July 2023 article mentioned six stores in Munich, Berlin and Hamburg; the current list and addresses are not confirmed. For UK customers this means there is no store in the UK for collection or returns.

Cashback at KICKZ with Soleback: up to 2.5%

On top of the shop's discounts you can get part of the price back with Soleback. The rates on the KICKZ UK page on Soleback, read on 27 October 2026:

• Default rate: up to 2.5%
• Sale items: no separate lower rate is listed, so reduced products also count at up to 2.5%

Conditions:

• Tracking: 1 to 48 hours after the purchase
• Confirmation: 60 to 120 days on the store page, while the FAQ on the same page says 30 to 90 days
• Offers on the page: "Extra 10 GBP off on your order!" and "Up to 60% off!"

No cashback in these cases:

• Purchases in the KICKZ app instead of the browser session where you activated cashback
• Orders with promo codes that are not listed on Soleback
• Visiting a price comparison site or another cashback site after activation, which overwrites the tracking
• Ad blockers, which can block the tracking
• Cancelled, returned or unpaid orders, and orders paid partly with a gift card

If you return part of an order, the cashback for the returned items is cancelled. The Soleback browser extension reminds you to activate cashback. New accounts also get a welcome bonus of up to 15 euros in three stages: 3 euros once 5 euros of cashback is tracked, 4 euros more at 15 euros and 8 euros more at 45 euros. Only cashback tracked within 45 days of creating the account counts; it is not a first-purchase bonus.

KICKZ discount code or cashback: our calculation

This is where the money is, and deal sites rarely explain it. The figures below are our calculation, assuming cashback is calculated on the item price without delivery; Soleback does not state on the KICKZ page whether delivery counts.

• Carhartt WIP Mitch jacket at £141.95: cashback of 2.5% is £3.55. With delivery from £14.95 you pay at least £156.90
• Nike Sabrina 3 at £93.95: cashback is £2.35
• Sabrina 3 plus Team25 jersey, £116.90 together: cashback is £2.92, and delivery stays at one fee from £14.95

How cashback compares with a voucher:

• The 10 GBP offer listed on Soleback: 2.5% cashback reaches £10 only on a £400 basket. Because this offer is listed on Soleback, using it should not cancel the cashback, so you can have both
• A £15 reduction, as HotUKDeals describes the club gift: 2.5% cashback only matches £15 on a £600 basket
• The Ballers Club gift of 15 euros: it is not listed on Soleback, so using it can cost you the cashback. On every example basket above, the gift is worth clearly more than the £2.35 to £3.55 cashback you would lose, so the gift wins, provided it applies to the products you buy
• A code from a deal site (unverified): if it works, you save at checkout but may lose the cashback. For a small basket that is a good trade; it simply means you should choose one or the other deliberately

Our conclusion: at KICKZ's rate, cashback is a small extra, not a reason to skip a working shop voucher. Use cashback on its own when you have no voucher, and combine it only with offers listed on Soleback.

What customers say about KICKZ

On Trustpilot KICKZ has 3.7 out of 5 from 24,584 reviews, read on 27 October 2026.

The complaints most relevant to UK buyers:

• Customs: Ben from the UK (12 June 2026) paid VAT at checkout and was still asked by UK customs for more VAT and fees
• Slow refunds: a German customer (17 August 2026) said a return had not been refunded after two months
• Refund times: KICKZ itself mentioned up to 12 working days in a Trustpilot reply, while its help centre says up to 14 days

Our reading: the main risk for UK buyers is cost and time after the order, from customs charges to slow refunds.

Where sources contradict each other

• UK VAT and customs: the UK homepage says "All product prices include VAT"; the terms say duties for non-EU deliveries are not included; a June 2026 UK buyer was asked for extra VAT and fees
• Free returns from the UK: product tiles say "Free Returns within 30 days"; the countries page warns of additional shipping or customs costs for returns from outside Germany

What to do depending on your situation

• You buy one cheap item, like a £22.95 jersey: delivery from £14.95 weighs heavily; consider adding items or buying elsewhere
• You buy a larger basket: activate Soleback cashback first and keep the order in one browser session; the 2.5% also applies to sale items
• You want the 15-euro club gift: join the Ballers Club before ordering and check that the gift applies to your products; accept that it may cost you the cashback
• You want the newsletter voucher: sign up shortly before buying and read the minimum order in the e-mail
• You worry about customs: keep the order confirmation showing VAT paid, and contact KICKZ before paying any extra charge on delivery
• You live in Jersey: KICKZ cannot deliver there at the moment
• You may need a different size: there is no confirmed free return from the UK, so check the return form for a fee and count the 30 days from the order date
• You are waiting for Black Friday: past years brought 25% off without a code in November; no 2026 deal is published yet
• You are a student: no KICKZ student discount was found
