As of 28 October 2026 there is no SharkNinja discount code that works on every order: Soleback lists no verified code for the UK shop, the newsletter code gives 10% off a first order, students and key workers are quoted at 9% or 10% depending on the site, and delivery is free next day on orders over £30. Through Soleback you get up to 1.5% cashback at SharkNinja (Great Britain) (store card last updated 28 September 2026, read by us on 28 October 2026), and only 0.5% when you use the newsletter code. Returns on main units are free for 30 days, and on Trustpilot the UK shop sits at 4.6 out of 5 from 57,409 reviews (read 28 October 2026).

Note: Soleback earns affiliate commission and passes part of it on to you as cashback.

The key points at a glance

  • Discount code: no code works on every order. Soleback lists no verified SharkNinja code on 28 October 2026.
  • Newsletter: 10% off a first order according to most voucher sites, though one quotes 15%. With this code Soleback pays 0.5% instead of 1.5% cashback.
  • Cashback: up to 1.5% through Soleback. Tracking takes 1 to 48 hours and confirmation 60 to 120 days, according to the store card.
  • Delivery: free next day on orders over £30, seven days a week, for orders placed before 8pm. We could not confirm the charge below £30.
  • Carrier: DPD, according to the shop's own product pages.
  • Returns: free for 30 days on main units. We could not confirm the rules for parts and accessories.
  • Guarantee: the shop banner says up to 5 years, with an asterisk. Reviewers describe 2-year cases.
  • Students: 9% or 10% through UNiDAYS or Student Beans, depending on the source. A code that is not listed on Soleback can cost you the cashback.
  • Key workers, over-55s and 18 to 25s: 9% on the sources we read, after verification.
  • Reviews: 4.6 out of 5 from 57,409 reviews on Trustpilot, 82% five stars and 10% one star.
  • A code from a voucher site can block your cashback: according to the Soleback store card, orders with codes that are not listed on Soleback earn nothing.

What SharkNinja UK is and what changed in 2026

SharkNinja is the maker behind two brands. Shark covers cordless vacuums, robot vacuums, carpet and stain cleaners, hair stylers such as the FlexStyle, fans and air purifiers. Ninja covers air fryers, ice cream makers such as CREAMi, blenders, coffee machines and outdoor cooking such as Woodfire.

The Soleback store card describes sharkninja.co.uk as the unified UK shop that brings together the previously separate Shark and Ninja sites, including accounts, product pages and support. The Trustpilot profile lists the company address as 3150 Century Way, Leeds, LS15 8ZB. We tried to read sharkninja.co.uk directly, but the site blocked our automatic request on 28 October 2026 (bot protection). Delivery, returns and guarantee details in this article therefore come from search results of the shop's own product pages and from third-party sources, which we flag below.

Is there a valid SharkNinja discount code today?

Not in the form of one code that fits every basket. The Soleback card shows zero voucher codes on 28 October 2026 and says new codes appear once we have verified them. All vouchers at Soleback are in one overview.

Voucher sites still list a mix of offers. Behind the headlines we found three kinds:

  • Newsletter codes: 10% on the next order according to Discoup, with Tom's Guide quoting 10% to 15% and Latest Deals 15%.
  • Verification discounts: 9% or 10% for students, key workers, over-55s and young professionals. These need a status check first.
  • Sale and bundle offers: Groupon's page for August 2026 mentions up to 40% off selected sale products and up to £50 off selected bundles. We could not confirm that either is live on 28 October.

In practice: only one code can be used per order, according to Latest Deals, and a code that is not on Soleback puts your cashback at risk (see the three calculations below).

Newsletter: 10% off, but only 0.5% cashback

Signing up for the SharkNinja newsletter earns a code worth 10% on the next order, according to Discoup. Tom's Guide gives a range of 10% to 15% on a first order, and Latest Deals says 15%. We could not read the shop's own terms, so we do not know which products are excluded.

The Soleback card has its own rate for this case: 0.5% cashback on orders with the newsletter code instead of 1.5% as standard. The retailer pays less commission on those orders and Soleback passes that on.

Our conclusion: at 10% against a drop of one percentage point in cashback, the newsletter code wins unless the product is excluded. The numbers are in the calculations further down.

Student discount: 9% or 10% through UNiDAYS or Student Beans

The sources do not agree on the amount. TechRadar, Tom's Guide and Ideal Home say 9% through UNiDAYS. Groupon and Sheerluxe say 10% sitewide through UNiDAYS or Student Beans. Latest Deals says the amount can vary. We read these as search results on 28 October 2026; the pages themselves are dated between December 2025 and August 2026, and we could not see the shop's own student page.

The code comes from the verification partner, not from Soleback. By the rules on the Soleback card, orders with codes that are not listed on Soleback earn no cashback. TopCashback's page warns in similar terms that a student code can invalidate cashback.

Key worker, NHS, over-55 and 18 to 25 discounts

TechRadar's Ninja UK page lists 9% for key workers such as NHS staff, for students, for 18 to 25s and for over-55s. Discoup and Groupon list 9% for key workers and over-55s. Sheerluxe says 10% for NHS staff and other key workers through Blue Light Card, GoCertify or a key worker portal. Ideal Home (page dated December 2025) says key worker status can be verified through healthservicediscounts, covering teachers, police, fire service and others. We did not see the shop's own page.

As with students, the code comes from the verification step. Treat it as a code that is not listed on Soleback.

Voucher sites: what is behind the codes

We do not copy other sites' codes into this article. Three findings explain why:

  1. Many pages repeat the same offer, and some of the pages we found carried expiry dates in August and September 2026. A date on a voucher site is no promise that the code works today.
  2. Terms are narrow. Latest Deals says SharkNinja does not seem to allow code stacking, so assume one code per order.
  3. Voucher sites earn commission on partner links. A code that reaches you through their link can overwrite the tracking of another cashback site.

Sales and offers without a code: what we could and could not verify

The shop runs offers without a code. We could not read the offers page of sharkninja.co.uk on 28 October 2026, so we cannot give you a verified list of current sale prices. What we can say from the shop's own product pages, as shown in search results on 28 October 2026 and possibly changed since:

  • Shark Auto-Empty Dock IW3510UK: £129.99
  • Shark Motorbase NZ860UKT: £79.99
  • Shark Floorhead NZ860UKT: £69.99
  • Shark Flex Wand IW4621UKT: £29.99
  • Steam Mop Filling Flask: £2.99

These are regular prices of parts and accessories, not sale prices. The Soleback card shows one deal but no price. Treat third-party sale claims as leads, not facts.

Price match: 30 days against approved retailers

The shop's Black Friday page mentions a Fair Price Match Policy: if you find an identical product for less at an approved retailer, SharkNinja can match the saving (terms apply). Tom's Guide adds that you should email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with details of the competing listing, and that the price difference is refunded. We could not read the policy itself.

Black Friday 2026: Friday 27 November, nothing confirmed yet

Black Friday falls on Friday 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday on Monday 30 November. The shop has a Black Friday 2026 page on sharkninja.co.uk, and the text we saw in the search result only invited you to sign up to hear first. It says last year's offers launched around the same date, and that newsletter subscribers got early access.

Three points:

  1. No UK Black Friday dates or prices were published on the page we read.
  2. The newsletter is the only confirmed way to hear first. The page's other tips are to shop direct and to use the price match.
  3. For the highest cashback rates across the stores we cover, see our overview Black Friday 2026 cashback.

The shop app and cashback

We did not confirm an official app description for SharkNinja UK. What matters is the rule on the Soleback card: purchases made in the shop's own app instead of the browser session where you activated cashback are not paid. Order in the browser, in the same tab where you activated.

Delivery: free next day on orders over £30

The shop's own product pages say: Free Next Day Delivery (over £30), seven days a week, on main units. A longer text says to order before 8pm for free next day delivery on orders over £30 every day, including weekends, excluding bank holidays. Free 2-day delivery applies on all FlexFlame Outdoor Cooking System purchases.

Two things to watch:

  • Wording: the headline says over £30, while the footnote says orders of £30 or more. We could not tell which one applies to an order of exactly £30.
  • Below £30: we could not confirm the delivery charge.

Our calculation: the Shark Flex Wand at £29.99 alone is below £30. Add the £2.99 Steam Mop Filling Flask and the basket is £32.98, over the threshold under either wording. Prices from the product pages, 28 October 2026.

Delivery time, DPD and tracking

  • Speed: next day for orders placed before 8pm, according to the shop. TechRadar says orders generally arrive within 1 to 6 days and that you receive a one-hour time slot once the order is confirmed.
  • Carrier: main unit orders are delivered by DPD, and the carrier confirms once the order is dispatched. Parts and accessories are also delivered by DPD.
  • Bank holidays: excluded from the next day promise. One product page said an order placed after 8pm on Saturday 29 August would arrive on Tuesday 1 September.
  • Tracking: DPD tracking follows the dispatch confirmation. We did not test it.
  • Problems: Trustpilot reviewers mention delays, missing parcels, courier problems and damaged outer boxes.
  • Order status: the shop has an order status page where you can submit your order details.

Returns: free for 30 days on main units

The shop's own product pages say: not satisfied with your purchase? Free 30-Day Returns on all main units. The homepage banner reads free returns on main units for up to 30 days. Sheerluxe adds that items must come back complete with original accessories, manuals and original packaging.

What this means in practice:

  1. Keep the box, manuals and accessories for 30 days.
  2. Return main units within 30 days. The wording is about main units; we did not find a statement for parts and accessories.
  3. Expect the refund to go back to the original payment method. We did not read the refund timing.

For cashback: returned, cancelled and unpaid orders earn nothing, according to the Soleback card.

Parts and accessories: delivery rules and no confirmed cashback

The shop sells genuine replacement parts and accessories, with prices from £2.99 on the pages we saw. Delivery is by DPD, and the free next day promise on orders over £30 appears next to them. The free 30-day return wording refers to main units. On cashback, we did not find a Soleback statement for parts and accessories; the card shows only two rates. Do not count on the full rate for a parts-only order.

Guarantee: up to 5 years, but read the asterisk

The shop banner reads up to 5-Year Guarantee with an asterisk. We could not read the terms behind it. Trustpilot reviews show real cases: one reviewer had a base unit replaced just inside a 2-year warranty and called the process easy; another bought a Ninja Luxe Café Premier ES601UK at Argos in October 2025 for £499.99, had it replaced twice, and says Ninja refused to extend the warranty beyond October 2027.

Our conclusion: assume 2 years unless the product page or your registration says longer, and keep proof of purchase.

Payments and instalments

The Soleback card lists major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus instalment methods such as Klarna where available, and says the UK store features pay later with Klarna prominently. Product pages show instalment offers: from £10.84 a month on the £129.99 Auto-Empty Dock, from £2.50 on a £29.99 wand and from £1.25 on a £14.99 part.

Our calculation: £129.99 divided by 12 is about £10.83, and the other examples also divide by 12. That points to 12 payments, but the pages we saw do not state the term. Check the credit terms before you choose an instalment plan. For cashback: orders paid partly with a gift card are excluded.

Customer service: phone, address and what reviewers say

The Trustpilot profile lists the phone number 0800 8620453 and the Leeds address above. Reviewers praise quick troubleshooting, next day replacement parts and real people on the phone. Criticisms: an AI voice before a human, and one reviewer who was routed to a non-UK team first.

Cashback at SharkNinja with Soleback: up to 1.5%

The card for SharkNinja (Great Britain) shows on 28 October 2026 (last updated 28 September 2026):

  • Default rate: 1.5%
  • Rate with newsletter code: 0.5%
  • Tracking: 1 to 48 hours
  • Confirmation: 60 to 120 days
  • Minimum withdrawal: five euros, as shown on the card
  • Report missing cashback: within 28 days

The general FAQ on the same page says confirmation usually takes 30 to 90 days. For SharkNinja the card value applies, so 60 to 120 days. To activate, click the activate button on the card and order in the same browser tab. The Soleback extension does this without a detour, and the welcome bonus is open to new members.

When Soleback does not pay, according to the card:

  • purchases in the shop's own mobile app instead of the browser session
  • orders with discount codes that are not listed on Soleback
  • visiting a price comparison or another cashback site after activating
  • ad blockers or tracking protection that block the redirect
  • cancelled, returned or unpaid orders, and orders paid partly with gift cards

The card does not say whether cashback is calculated on the gross or the net value. We calculate below on the goods value.

Discount and cashback together: three calculations

Example (hypothetical): a £200.00 appliance that qualifies for the code.

  1. No code, with cashback: 1.5% of £200.00 is £3.00. Net cost £197.00.
  2. Newsletter code (10%) and 0.5% cashback: £180.00 purchase price, £0.90 cashback. Net £179.10.
  3. Student or key worker code (9%), cashback likely lost: £182.00. At 10% it would be £180.00.

A 10% code from a voucher site without cashback comes to £180.00, which is £0.90 more than the newsletter route. Our calculation: at 1.5%, cashback is the smallest lever. Any code worth 9% or more beats it even if it costs you the cashback, and the newsletter code beats a third-party code of the same size.

Reviews: 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot

The profile for sharkninja.co.uk shows 4.6 out of 5 from 57,409 reviews on 28 October 2026, with 14,186 in the last 12 months. The distribution is 82% five stars, 4% four stars, 2% three stars, 2% two stars and 10% one star.

  • Praised: fast delivery, next day arrivals, helpful customer service, prompt replacement of parts under guarantee.
  • Criticised: severe delivery delays, missing parcels, courier problems, damaged boxes or inadequate internal packaging, reliability of some machines, and AI-voiced phone answers.
  • Replies from the shop: the company replies to 98% of negative reviews, typically within 48 hours, and may use AI to draft replies.

Two caveats: the profile invites customers to review (most recent reviews carry an Invited label), and it was merged with other profiles, so the count includes older Shark and Ninja UK reviews. The share of one-star reviews, 10%, is higher than on the German profile, which shows 7%.

Where the sources disagree

  • Newsletter discount: 10% (Discoup), 10% to 15% (Tom's Guide), 15% (Latest Deals). We read it as at least 10%.
  • Student discount: 9% (TechRadar, Tom's Guide, Ideal Home) against 10% (Groupon, Sheerluxe).
  • Key worker discount: 9% against 10% (Sheerluxe).
  • Guarantee: up to 5 years on the shop banner against 2-year cases in reviews.
  • Delivery threshold: over £30 in the headline, £30 or more in the footnote.
  • Confirmation time of cashback: 60 to 120 days on the card, 30 to 90 days in the general FAQ. The card applies.
  • Higher rates elsewhere: other cashback sites have advertised one-day rates as high as 15% on SharkNinja in 2026, for example on 24 April. Soleback shows 1.5% on 28 October 2026. If you are planning a large purchase, compare.

How reliable the sources are

  • High: the Soleback card (updated 28 September 2026, read 28 October 2026) and the Trustpilot profile.
  • Medium: the shop's own product pages as seen in search results, because we did not load them directly and prices may have moved.
  • Low: voucher sites and review sites that earn commission, and forum or deal comments.
  • Our conclusion: all delivery, returns and guarantee statements are secondary. Check them on sharkninja.co.uk before you order.

What to do depending on your situation

  • You buy an appliance over £100: use the newsletter code, order through the Soleback card, and do not add a second code.
  • You are a student or key worker: compare the 9% or 10% code with the calculations above; if it is 9% or more, take it and let the cashback go.
  • You already have a code from a voucher site: work out whether it saves more than 1.5% cashback. It usually does.
  • You are buying a part or accessory: do not count on cashback, and add enough to pass £30 for free delivery.
  • You are waiting for Black Friday: sign up to the newsletter, check prices around 27 November and compare with the price match.
  • You are unsure about the machine: use the 30-day return on main units and keep the packaging.
  • Your cashback is missing: report it to Soleback within 28 days with your order confirmation.
  • Something breaks: ring customer service, note the ticket number and keep proof of purchase for the guarantee.
  • You shop on your phone: use the browser, not the shop's app.

Before you order, activate cashback on the SharkNinja card at Soleback in your browser, buy in the same session, then look at the current promotions and the help centre.
