Zooplus discount code 2026: delivery from £39, returns and reviews

There is no single Zooplus discount code for every UK order, but there are zooPoints, Repeat and app offers. We checked delivery from £39, returns, payments, reviews and the Black Friday dates.

As of 28 October 2026 there is no single Zooplus discount code that works on every UK order. What we could confirm on zooplus.co.uk is 333 zooPoints for joining the newsletter, 15% off a first Zooplus Repeat order, and in-app offers of 5% to 15%. Free delivery starts at £39, and the shop holds 3.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 8,951 reviews. We could not read Soleback's store page for zooplus.co.uk on that date, so this guide gives no cashback rate and no cashback link for the UK shop.

Note: if a link in this guide earns Soleback a commission, we pass it on to you as cashback. For zooplus.co.uk we have no confirmed cashback link, so none appears below.

What Zooplus is and why people use it

Zooplus is a European online pet shop selling food, litter, toys and accessories for dogs, cats and small animals. The company is based in Munich and runs local sites, including zooplus.co.uk. Its UK page says the range runs to more than 8,000 products and that the group has shipped more than 48 million parcels to 28 countries. We take those figures from the shop's own page and have not checked them elsewhere. The page also names a returns centre in Coventry.

Is there a valid Zooplus discount code today?

Our conclusion: no single code covers every basket. The shop's discounts page talks about personal vouchers that are updated regularly and names no specific code, and we did not copy any. Three points we did confirm:

Some product pages show a price “with voucher”, which suggests the voucher is tied to your account.
The “was” price is the lowest price of the last 30 days, not a manufacturer list price.
The discounts page links to seasonal specials, Christmas, monthly food offers and a clearance sale, but gives no amounts or dates.

In practice that means: log in and look at your own vouchers before you pay, rather than hunting for a code online.

Newsletter: 333 zooPoints, not a code

Signing up to the newsletter earns 333 zooPoints once you click the confirmation link in the email. The shop mentions a newsletter discount, but we found no amount, minimum order, expiry or exclusions, so we cannot promise a first-order percentage.

Zooplus Repeat: 15% off the first order

Zooplus Repeat is the shop's subscription: your usual food or litter arrives at an interval you choose. The shop's own pages disagree on the follow-up discount, which is why we list all three versions:

Homepage banner one: 15% off the first order, then 5%.
Homepage banner two: 15% first, then up to 10%.
Black Friday page: 15% first, then 10%.
Discounts page: up to 5%.

The help centre confirms you can change the interval or products, or cancel, at no extra cost. Our conclusion: take the 15% on the first order as the reliable figure and check the follow-up rate in your basket.

Codes from voucher sites: what is behind them

We do not repeat codes from third-party voucher sites. Three findings:

The shop says many vouchers are personal, so a code from the internet may simply not apply to your account.
We found no code on the shop's own pages that we could verify.
A code from outside Soleback can stop cashback from tracking on a Soleback order.

Black Friday 2026: 27 November

The shop's campaign page names Black Friday on 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday on 30 November 2026, advertising up to 50% off food, toys and accessories from brands such as Royal Canin, Hill's, Concept for Life, Purizon and Eukanuba. The page does not give start and end dates for the whole campaign, so we cannot say when deals begin. Three things to do:

Note today's price of anything you plan to buy, because the “was” price is a 30-day low.
If you buy food regularly, compare the sale price with the 15% Repeat first-order discount.
Check whether the sale item is excluded from vouchers before you count on stacking.

Zooplus app offers

The shop advertises offers only available in its app: Spend and Save gives 10% when you spend £100 or more and 5% at £75 or more, and there is 15% off Royal Canin. Validity dates and exclusions are not stated. Search results also showed a “5% off when you order via our app” title, which we could not confirm in detail.

Zooplus delivery cost: free from £39

Standard delivery to your home is free from £39, and the minimum order is £10 before delivery. The shop lists these charges:

Home Delivery Standard: £2.99 for £10-29, £1.99 for £29-39, free from £39.
Next Day or Scheduled: £3.99 for £10-29, £3.49 for £29-39, £1.99 from £39.
Click & Collect (Evri ParcelShop): £2.49 for £10-29, £1.49 for £29-39, free from £39.
Highlands and islands: £6.99 for orders of £10-39 and £3.99 above £39. These areas do not qualify for free delivery.

Next Day and Scheduled are not available in the Highlands, islands and other remote areas. Next Day applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday and before 12 noon on Friday and Sunday, only for eligible postcodes.

Our calculation: a £36 basket with standard delivery costs £37.99 in total. Adding a £3 item takes you to £39 with free delivery, so you pay £39.00, which is £1.01 more for an extra £3 item. If you were going to buy it anyway, it is worth it.

One conflict: the page's meta description mentions £44, but the page itself and the help centre say £39, so we use £39. Promotional thresholds may also appear at checkout.

Delivery time, couriers and tracking

Couriers: Home Delivery goes through Evri or DHL. The shipping page says Evri is no longer offered at checkout for Home Delivery.
Weight: Evri handles next-day parcels up to 5 kg, and heavier ones go through DHL.
Click & Collect: Evri ParcelShop, about 18,000 points, parcels up to 17 kg. Orders over 15 kg do not qualify.
Saturday: DHL offers Saturday delivery on selected services.
Tracking: you get an email link after dispatch, or you can use the carrier's site or your account. Tracking usually appears one to two days after dispatch.
Standard delivery time: not stated on the pages we read, and the warehouse location is not confirmed.

Northern Ireland and the islands

Zooplus says zooplus.co.uk no longer delivers to Northern Ireland because of customs restrictions, and points those customers to zooplus.ie or zooplus.com. The Channel Islands are also listed as no longer served, and deliveries to the Isle of Skye are redirected to a ParcelShop.

Cancelling an order

Log in to “my zooplus”, open Orders and then Order Details.
Press “Cancel order” if the button is shown. It depends on the stage of the order and the payment method.
If there is no button, send a ticket to Customer Care. Cancelling is not guaranteed.
Orders, except bank transfers, reach the warehouse almost immediately after payment is checked, so the window is short.
After dispatch you can refuse the parcel, and after delivery you can return it within 14 days.
A refund starts at once and takes up to 14 working days.

The help article covers cancelling only, so we could not confirm whether you can edit an order.

Zooplus returns in the UK: 14 days

You can return goods within 14 days of receiving them. Zooplus covers return postage at the standard rates of its courier partners, but not for express or oversized parcels. If you send the parcel yourself, you pay and are reimbursed after the shop receives it, provided you told the shop within 14 days. Steps:

Contact customer service within 14 days, by online form or on 01865 951 301 (Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-2pm).
Give the article number and the reason. The withdrawal form is optional.
Pack the item in its original packaging or another suitable one.
Either ask support to arrange a collection, or post it to Zooplus Returns, Carbon 207, Siskin Drive, Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry CV3 4FJ, with your order number, name and address.
The refund is due within 14 days of the shop being informed.

One conflict: the returns page says the shop pays, but the legal returns page does not say who pays for return postage. We follow the returns page and suggest you confirm when you contact support.

What cannot be returned

Personalised products and perishable products are not returnable. The page does not say whether opened food counts, and it sends you to the terms. Our conclusion: do not assume you can return an opened bag of food, and ask customer service first if you are unsure about a new food.

Payment methods at Zooplus UK

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Debit cards: Visa and Maestro.
PayPal.
Bank transfer: takes one to three working days.
Apple Pay: iOS, in the app and the mobile shop.
Google Pay: Android, in the app, the mobile shop and the webshop.

Available methods can depend on the delivery option. Klarna is not on the list.

Soleback cashback at Zooplus UK: not confirmed

On 28 October 2026 we could not read Soleback's store page for zooplus.co.uk, so we do not state a rate or approval time. What applies to Soleback in general: tracking usually appears within 1-48 hours, approval depends on the store and is shown on its card, the minimum payout is 5 euros, and a missing cashback can be reported within 28 days. Cashback is also not earned when you buy in the shop's app instead of the browser session where you activated it, when you use a code from outside Soleback, or when an ad blocker stops the redirect.

Zooplus Club and zooPoints

Club Basic is free after you register. Club Premium adds 3% on each order, 200 welcome points, Club Days with double or five-times points, monthly prize draws and a birthday gift for your pet, and it does not renew automatically. We did not check the Premium price. On earning points the shop's pages disagree: the discounts page says £1 gives one zooPoint, while the help article says one point per euro. Points can be swapped for rewards or donated to charity.

On 28 October 2026 Zooplus UK shows 3.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 8,951 reviews, 1,503 of them in the last 12 months. The split is 63% five stars, 6% four, 5% three, 5% two and 21% one star.

Praised: wide choice, competitive prices, fast dispatch, help with questions and subscription flexibility.
Criticised: unreliable delivery through DHL and Evri, with delays, missing tracking and damaged parcels, plus lost parcels, slow refunds and inconsistent support such as duplicated or missing orders.
Shop replies: the profile says it answers 99% of negative reviews, usually within a week.

An honest caveat: the review summary on Trustpilot is generated by AI, and Trustpilot does not verify the content of reviews.

Free delivery threshold: £39 on the shop's pages, £44 in one meta description.

Medium: promotional pages, because campaigns change quickly, and the Trustpilot summary, which is AI generated.
Low: third-party voucher sites, whose codes we did not verify. We read the shop's pages with a tool that returns a summary, so check amounts in your basket.
Conclusion: delivery, returns and payments are well confirmed. Discounts, Black Friday timing and Soleback cashback for the UK shop are not.
