Singles Day is Wednesday 11 November 2026. Here is what UK shops have confirmed, what Soleback cashback each one pays, and how to keep it when you use a discount code.

Singles Day 2026 falls on Wednesday 11 November, and according to the Soleback store pages read on 2 November 2026, the highest cashback among UK shops that could plausibly run offers that day comes from Solebox (4.5 per cent) and Reebok (4 per cent), followed by JD Sports, END and Lego (3.5 per cent each), then Joybuy, Foot Locker and ASICS (3 per cent each). AliExpress, the one shop with a reported 11.11 festival, pays 2.9 per cent. The caveat comes first: on 2 November 2026 the only 11.11 confirmation we found is a trade report saying the AliExpress festival runs 1-18 November, and no UK shop has published a Singles Day 2026 percentage, threshold or discount code that we could read on its own site. Real prices will be added to this article on 11 November.

Key points

  • Date: Singles Day is Wednesday 11 November 2026. Black Friday is 27 November and Cyber Monday is 30 November.
  • Confirmed so far: AliExpress, with a festival running 1-18 November (a trade report from 29 October 2026, not the shop’s own page). No UK high street shop we checked names Singles Day 2026 on its homepage.
  • Not confirmed: percentages, minimum spends and discount codes for 11.11 at every UK shop on this page. A Sports Direct Singles Day page exists, but its title says “2025 Offers”, so we treat it as last year’s.
  • Cashback: Soleback advertises up to 14 per cent across 710+ partner stores (homepage, 2 November 2026), but the rate for each shop comes from its own card, and it is usually lower on sale items.
  • Discount codes: most store cards say orders using a discount code not listed on Soleback do not earn cashback. The Soleback FAQ is more relaxed. Both versions are below.
  • Payouts: the minimum withdrawal is 5 euros. Soleback quotes payouts and its welcome bonus in euros, which is why this is the one amount in this article that is not in pounds.
  • Price rules: the UK is outside the EU, so the Omnibus Directive does not apply. “Was” prices and total prices fall under the DMCC Act 2024 and CMA guidance (section on UK price rules).

When is Singles Day 2026

11 November 2026 is a Wednesday. That date is certain. What is not certain is when UK shops will start their offers. According to a trade report, AliExpress is running its festival from 1 to 18 November, which is a long window rather than a single day, so waiting until Wednesday is not necessarily the best plan. For a shop that has not announced anything, the safe assumption is that the offer could begin early, last the whole week, or not appear at all.

If you want one specific item, note its price today (2 November 2026) with a screenshot. Only a comparison with the price before the promotion tells you whether 11.11 gave you anything.

Where Singles Day comes from and how it fits the UK

Wikipedia dates the origin to 1993 at Nanjing University and says Alibaba turned it into a 24-hour shopping event in 2009. Scurri (8 November 2023) puts the start at “the early 1990s”, so the exact year is soft, and we use 1993 with that caveat.

In the UK it grew mainly through online retailers. Scurri lists River Island, New Look, Zavvi, Sports Direct, Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing as shops that have run Singles Day promotions in the past, and says ASOS took 20 per cent off everything for 24 hours in 2021. ParcelHero figures reported by FashionUnited (9 November 2023) put UK Singles Day spending at £1.72 billion in 2021 and £1.97 billion in 2022, with £2 billion forecast for 2023. These are secondary figures from one research firm, and they are not 2026 data.

Singles Day 2026 versus Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Black Friday 2026 is 27 November and Cyber Monday is 30 November. Several UK shops already point to Black Friday on their own sites as of 2 November 2026: Debenhams shows a “Black Friday Preview” banner with “Up to 75 per cent Off” (the shop’s own wording, not something we can verify), Crocs has a “BLACK FRIDAY coming soon” banner with a sign-up link, and Game, Flannels, House of Fraser, Sephora, Offspring and Office carry a Black Friday link or footer entry without any deal details.

My conclusion, not a measured fact: for most of these shops, Black Friday is where the date-stamped campaign is visible, and 11.11 is a possible extra. If a shop has run a general autumn sale since October, 11 November may bring nothing new.

Which shops have confirmed Singles Day 2026

Status on 2 November 2026, based on the shops’ own homepages and the pages named below.

  • AliExpress: a trade report (Retail Tech Innovation Hub, 29 October 2026) says the 11.11 Global Shopping Festival runs 1-18 November. It gives no discounts and no UK-specific offers. The shop’s own page returned no readable content, so the dates come from the report only.
  • Sports Direct: a “Singles Day Sale” page exists, but its title tag reads “2025 Offers” and it shows no 2026 dates. The homepage carries a banner for “20 per cent Off Full Price With Code FF20” with no end date. Nothing links the banner to Singles Day.
  • Everyone else we read: no mention of Singles Day or 11.11 on the homepages of JD Sports, END, Size?, Footpatrol, Offspring, Foot Locker, ASOS, Sephora, Debenhams, Hamleys, Game, Flannels, House of Fraser, Office, Solebox, Joybuy, Dyson, ASICS and UGG. “No mention” does not mean no promotion. It means nothing was visible on 2 November 2026.
  • Not readable: the Crocs UK site, Reebok UK (blocked automated access), Groupon’s UK Singles Day page and the AliExpress site itself. New Balance’s UK homepage returned a page with a 2022 copyright line, so we did not use it. Boots returned offer dates that looked out of date, so we did not use that either.

AliExpress and Joybuy: the 11.11 specialists

AliExpress is the shop most associated with 11.11, and the Soleback card for Great Britain shows one rate: 2.9 per cent (card read 2 November 2026, last updated 16 April 2026). Excluded are purchases in the shop’s own app, orders with discount codes not listed on Soleback, and cancelled, returned or unpaid orders. Confirmation is 60-90 days. The card is here: AliExpress on Soleback.

Joybuy is a UK-facing shop on the same cashback system. Its card shows 3 per cent by default and 1.5 per cent on sale items, with 60-120 days to confirm (last updated 14 August 2026). Its homepage banner on 2 November 2026 read “Up to 80 per cent OFF”, without a date or a mention of Singles Day. Card: Joybuy on Soleback.

A note on Temu: the Soleback card shows 14 per cent for new users, but the page lists the region as Europe and does not name the UK. We could not confirm UK coverage, so Temu is not in the ranking above and has no link here.

Trainers and sportswear: JD Sports, END, Foot Locker, Size, Footpatrol, Offspring, Solebox

Rates are from the Soleback cards read on 2 November 2026.

  • JD Sports: 3.5 per cent by default, 1 per cent on sale products. The card lists a student code, “Extra 10 per cent off”, with no expiry. The homepage shows “20 per cent OFF APPLIED AT CHECKOUT” on top picks and a 20 per cent student banner, while its page description says 10 per cent for students, so the student figure is unclear. Card: JD Sports on Soleback.
  • END: 3.5 per cent by default, 1.5 per cent on discounted items, 0.5 per cent with a promo code. Confirmation is 90-150 days, the longest on any card we read. A student offer of 10 per cent is listed. Card: END on Soleback.
  • Foot Locker: 3 per cent by default, 1 per cent on Adidas, Nike, New Balance, UGG and Jordan sales. Homepage: “Combo Deals: 2nd item 50 per cent off” and a student, youth and key worker discount. Card: Foot Locker on Soleback.
  • Size?: 2.5 per cent by default, 1 per cent on sale and 1 per cent with a voucher. The card lists a student offer of “Extra 20 per cent off” full price items. The homepage banner reads “10 per cent off* App! Code: APP10”, but app purchases are excluded from cashback. Card: Size? on Soleback.
  • Footpatrol: 2.5 per cent by default, 1 per cent with a voucher. The homepage offers 10 per cent for downloading the app, which again is outside cashback. Card: Footpatrol on Soleback.
  • Offspring: 1.5 per cent. The card lists a 10 per cent student code through Student Beans or UNiDAYS. Card: Offspring on Soleback.
  • Solebox: 4.5 per cent by default, 0.5 per cent on hot releases. The homepage banner reads “FLASH SALE 25 per cent OFF” with markdowns on products of 25-43 per cent. The card lists no sale tier, so do not assume the flash sale tracks at 4.5 per cent. Card: Solebox on Soleback.

Brands: ASICS, New Balance, Reebok, Crocs, UGG, Under Armour, Saucony

  • ASICS: 3 per cent, one tier. The homepage mentions OneASICS member benefits, a student discount and discount programmes, with no percentages. Card: ASICS on Soleback.
  • New Balance: 2.5 per cent, last updated 16 October 2026, no codes listed. Card: New Balance on Soleback.
  • Reebok: 4 per cent, one tier, 60-90 days. We could not read the shop’s site. Card: Reebok on Soleback.
  • Crocs: 1.5 per cent. The site banner on 2 November 2026 reads “BLACK FRIDAY coming soon”, and a 10 per cent sign-up pop-up appeared. Card: Crocs on Soleback.
  • UGG: 1.5 per cent by default, 1 per cent for outlet, women’s slippers and women’s boots. The card lists an “Extra 10 per cent off” voucher with no expiry, although its code text is not shown. Card: UGG on Soleback.
  • Under Armour: 2.5 per cent (labelled “Default Sale”). Card: Under Armour on Soleback.
  • Saucony: 1 per cent on every order value tier up to and over £200. Card: Saucony on Soleback.

None of the seven brand sites showed a Singles Day offer on 2 November 2026 where we could read them.

Fashion and department stores: ASOS, Flannels, House of Fraser, Debenhams, Office, Sports Direct

  • ASOS: the card gives 1.5 per cent for new customers, 1 per cent as the default tier and 0.5 per cent in the app, although the layout makes it unclear which label belongs to which figure (last updated 14 August 2026). The homepage showed “Up to 40 per cent off” on face and body and “Up to 30 per cent off” on grooming, plus a first-timer discount without a figure. Card: ASOS on Soleback.
  • Flannels: 0.25 per cent, with 60-120 days to confirm. The homepage shows “20 per cent Off Full Price” on selected lines. Card: Flannels on Soleback.
  • House of Fraser: 0.3 per cent. Homepage offers include “Up to 30 per cent Off Autumn Essentials”, “Up To 30 per cent Off Beauty” and “Up to 40 per cent Off Skincare”. Card: House of Fraser on Soleback.
  • Debenhams: 1.5 per cent by default, 0.5 per cent for app purchases. The homepage shows codes SAVE10 and BEAUTY5 and “At Least 20 per cent Off Almost All Beauty + Extra 5 per cent”. The Soleback voucher page lists an “Extra 5 per cent Off Beauty!” voucher for Great Britain that expired on 26 October 2026. Card: Debenhams on Soleback.
  • Office: 1 per cent on the Office Shoes card, which is labelled global rather than Great Britain. The homepage shows a 10 per cent student discount and a 10 per cent Blue Light Card discount. Card: Office on Soleback.
  • Sports Direct: 0.5 per cent, no voucher listed on the card. Card: Sports Direct on Soleback.

Beauty, toys, games and home tech: Sephora, Boots, Game, Hamleys, Lego, Dyson, Disney

  • Sephora: 2.5 per cent, 60-120 days to confirm (last updated 28 September 2026). The homepage showed “Outlet Up to 30 per cent Off”, a “10 per cent off Brands you love” offer, and a Black Friday menu link. Card: Sephora on Soleback.
  • Boots: 0.5 per cent on sale items only, last updated 28 September 2026. Card: Boots on Soleback.
  • Game: 0.45 per cent, listed as a sale rate. The homepage has two “Black Friday 2026” links and “Wooden Toys Up To 70 per cent Off”. Card: Game on Soleback.
  • Hamleys: 2 per cent. The homepage code is NEW10 for 10 per cent off select toys. Card: Hamleys on Soleback.
  • Lego: 3.5 per cent, one tier. Our read of the Lego UK homepage returned an old January promotion, so we have no current offer. Card: Lego on Soleback.
  • Dyson: 0.33 per cent, last updated 13 October 2026. Card: Dyson on Soleback.
  • Disney: 2 per cent. Card: Disney on Soleback.

On beauty, my reading is that the rate matters little. A basket at 0.5 per cent returns 50p on £100, so price and the “was” price are what count.

How Soleback cashback works, step by step

  1. Log in to Soleback and pick the shop from the list of stores, or use the browser extension, which supports Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Firefox.
  2. Click “Activate cashback”. The shop opens in a tracked session.
  3. Add to basket and pay in that same session. Do not close the tab and do not visit a price-comparison or another cashback site on the way.
  4. Turn off ad blockers and tracking protection for that shop, because the cards list them as a reason cashback fails.
  5. The cashback should appear as pending. The FAQ says within 24-48 hours, and the cards say 1-48 hours. Confirmation depends on the shop: most cards say 60-90 days, some 60-120, Foot Locker 40-90, END 90-150, and the FAQ says “usually 30-90 days”.
  6. If it does not appear within 48 hours, use “Report missing cashback”. The FAQ gives no claim deadline. The Flannels card says 28 days, so file early.

Cashback is not paid for purchases made in the shop’s own app, for cancelled, returned or unpaid orders, or for orders partly paid with gift cards. This matters on 11 November, because shops often push their best offers into the app. Withdrawals start from 5 euros.

How to combine a discount code with cashback

This is where Soleback’s own pages disagree, so here are both versions.

  • FAQ and vouchers page: “In most cases, yes! Activate cashback through Soleback first, then apply the voucher code at checkout.” Codes from other cashback sites may interfere with tracking, so Soleback recommends its own listed codes.
  • Store cards: they say orders using discount codes not listed on Soleback earn no cashback.

My advice follows the stricter version. Use a code listed on Soleback, or a discount applied automatically in the basket without typing anything. Treat a code from a newsletter, a banner or another site as a risk to your cashback. Codes we saw on shop homepages on 2 November 2026 (FF20 at Sports Direct, SAVE10 and BEAUTY5 at Debenhams, NEW10 at Hamleys, APP10 at Size?) are not listed on the Soleback cards we read, so for each of them assume you may lose the cashback and test on a small order first.

Soleback listed no Singles Day or 11.11 codes on its voucher page on 2 November 2026. The only UK-tagged voucher was Debenhams “Extra 5 per cent Off Beauty!”, expired on 26 October 2026.

Cashback on sale items is lower

The cards that name a sale rate show a gap, read on 2 November 2026:

  • JD Sports: 1 per cent on sale products against 3.5 per cent by default.
  • END: 1.5 per cent on discounted items against 3.5 per cent, and 0.5 per cent with a promo code.
  • Foot Locker: 1 per cent on Adidas, Nike, New Balance, UGG and Jordan sales against 3 per cent.
  • Size?: 1 per cent on sale and with a voucher against 2.5 per cent.
  • UGG: 1 per cent for outlet items against 1.5 per cent.
  • Joybuy: 1.5 per cent on sale against 3 per cent.
  • Debenhams and ASOS: 0.5 per cent for app purchases.
  • Solebox: 0.5 per cent on hot releases against 4.5 per cent.

A worked example, as an illustration and not a quote from any shop: on an £80 sale basket, 1 per cent cashback is 80p and 3.5 per cent would be £2.80. The difference is £2. Cashback is a small extra on top of the discount, not a reason to buy.

Welcome bonus for new Soleback users

The welcome bonus page, read on 2 November 2026, has three stages. For tracked cashback of 5 euros you get 3 euros, for 15 euros you get 4 euros, and for 45 euros you get 8 euros, 15 euros in total. The page gives amounts only in euros. Only cashback tracked within 45 days of creating your account counts, pending cashback included, and the bonus is reduced or removed if the underlying cashback does not stand, for example after a return. The separate Bonus Terms are the binding version, and we have not read them.

If you plan to shop on 11 November, open the account before, so that the purchase counts towards the 45 days.

UK price rules: CMA, the DMCC Act and “was/now” prices

Great Britain is outside the EU, so the Omnibus Directive and its 30-day lowest-price rule do not apply. The relevant law is the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, enforced by the Competition and Markets Authority.

  • Enforcement: CMS (5 December 2025) says the relevant DMCC provisions have been in force since 6 April 2025 and that the CMA can fine up to 10 per cent of annual global turnover. Osborne Clarke (10 December 2025) reports that the CMA reviewed more than 400 businesses across 19 sectors, opened investigations into eight, and sent advisory letters to 100.
  • Total price: the total price must include all mandatory fees and charges, and drip pricing, where extra charges appear after a headline price, is prohibited under section 230 (CMS). The same summary says mandatory delivery charges count towards that total price.
  • Reference prices: TLT (2 June 2026) says the CMA’s August 2024 guidance sets a “duration requirement”: the promotional price must not run longer than the higher reference price was offered. It adds that the UK has no direct equivalent of the EU 30-day rule. The same article describes a CMA case against Emma Sleep on reference pricing, with a High Court hearing set for 4 June 2026. We did not check the outcome, and we could not load the CMA’s own guidance page, so these points come from law-firm summaries.

In practice: before you buy on 11 November, check the price history, and take a screenshot of the “was” and “now” prices. A “was” price the shop did not actually charge is the kind of claim the CMA’s reference-price guidance is aimed at, as we read the law-firm summaries.

Where the sources disagree

  • Number of Soleback stores: the homepage says 710+ and the promotions page says 680+. We use 710+ from the homepage (2 November 2026).
  • Confirmation time: store cards say 40-90, 60-90, 60-120 or 90-150 days, and the FAQ says “usually 30-90 days”. We give the store figure first.
  • Tracking time: the cards say 1-48 hours, and the FAQ says pending appears within 24-48 hours.
  • Code stacking: the FAQ and vouchers page say cashback combines with codes “in most cases”, and the cards exclude unlisted codes (see the code section).
  • Card dates: many cards have “October 2026” or “November 2026” in the heading but “last updated” of 16 April 2026. Dates on the pages are in month-day-year format. Rates may have changed.
  • Voucher counts: several cards show a code count in their summary table (JD Sports 2, Foot Locker 2, Crocs 1, Size? 3) while the voucher section shows fewer codes or none.
  • JD Sports student discount: 20 per cent in the banner, 10 per cent in the page description, and “Extra 10 per cent off” on the Soleback card.
  • Sports Direct: the Singles Day page says “2025 Offers” while the footer says 2026.
  • Welcome bonus: the Soleback welcome page gives amounts in euros only, so we have not shown a pound figure.
  • Alibaba start year: Wikipedia says 2009. Scurri does not give a year.
  • Minimum payout: stated as 5 euros in the FAQ and on the extension page. The help centre landing page gives no figure.

How reliable the sources are

  • High: the dates (11 November, 27 November, 30 November 2026), cashback rates and exclusions on the Soleback cards read on 2 November 2026, and the shop banners we quote from the shops’ own homepages.
  • Medium: the AliExpress 1-18 November dates (one trade report), the history of Singles Day (Wikipedia, Scurri), law-firm summaries of CMA guidance, and ParcelHero spending figures.
  • Low: anything about what shops will do on 11 November. That is a hypothesis based on past years, not a fact. The Sports Direct Singles Day page is last year’s content.
  • Our conclusion, not a measured fact: the advice on order of purchase, the rate ranking and the sense that Black Friday matters more than 11.11 for UK shops.

Plan for 11 November

  1. Today, write down three items you want and their prices with the date.
  2. Check the Soleback card for the shop and the rate on sale items.
  3. On Wednesday morning, look at the shops’ homepages for a Singles Day banner and read the small print.
  4. Activate cashback in a fresh tab, turn off ad blockers, and buy in the same session, on the website and not in the app.
  5. If you use a code, choose one from the Soleback vouchers page.
  6. Screenshot the basket with the “was” and “now” prices and keep the order confirmation. You will need both for a missing-cashback report.
  7. For big purchases, compare with the Black Friday offers on 27 November before you commit.

What to do depending on your situation

  • You want trainers: compare JD Sports, END, Foot Locker, Size?, Footpatrol, Offspring and Solebox. Check whether the item is on sale, because the rate drops (JD 3.5 to 1 per cent).
  • You want beauty: Sephora (2.5 per cent) and Debenhams (1.5 per cent) pay more than House of Fraser (0.3 per cent) or Boots (0.5 per cent, sale only), but the sale price matters more.
  • You want tech or home goods: cashback is mostly under 1 per cent at Dyson (0.33) and Game (0.45), so compare prices first.
  • You shop on AliExpress: 2.9 per cent by default, with the festival reportedly running 1-18 November (one trade report). Use the website, not the app.
  • You have a code from a newsletter: test it on a small order or pick a listed code.
  • You are new to Soleback: create your account before you shop, so the purchases count towards the welcome bonus.

Update 11 November: real prices

On 11 November we will add prices read from shop pages, with the time of reading and the price before the promotion. As of 2 November 2026, no such prices are in this article, because no UK shop we checked had published a Singles Day 2026 price and we do not quote prices we have not seen.

You can follow live offers on the Soleback promotions page, find codes on the vouchers page, and read tracking questions in the help centre.
