The Nike, NIGO and BTS's J-HOPE collaboration hits SNKRS on Thursday 22 October. We cover the UK price, drop time, and the HUMAN MADE early release.

The Nike Air Force 1 '01 x NIGO x J-HOPE, style code IO8766-800, costs £134.99 in the UK and lands on SNKRS on 22 October 2026. Five days earlier, on 17 October, the HUMAN MADE webstore gets an exclusive early release. It is the third pair in NIGO's "Air Force 1 World Tour" project and the first with a member of BTS. Below you will find the UK price, the release time, how it differs from a regular Air Force 1 and where to keep an eye out.
The collaboration costs £25 more than a classic Nike Air Force 1 '07 (£109.99 on nike.com/gb) and exactly the same as NIGO's previous Nike release, the Air Force 3 Low x NIGO "Black and White" (£134.99). Prices were checked on 13 October 2026. For a collaboration carrying two names of this size, that is a small premium, and it has one consequence: resale prices usually move well above retail soon after launch. If you want this pair at £134.99, your realistic window is SNKRS on 22 October.
According to Nike's UK product page, the glossy upper combines Burnt Sunrise (orange) and Metallic Gold, with Chlorine Blue details. Hypebeast specifies that the gold sections are patent leather. Squirrel graphics, J-HOPE's personal symbol, sit on the insole and the heel tab. Nike's press release also mentions special lace details. Media describe them as multicolour rope laces, but Nike has not confirmed this.
In Nike's announcement, J-HOPE says he particularly likes the harmony of the enamel colours NIGO chose. Nike calls the look "hobicore", after J-HOPE's nickname Hobi, and links it to 1990s Tokyo nostalgia.
The Air Force 1 '01 is the 2001 silhouette that Nike brought back in 2026. Sneaker Freaker describes it as slimmer and sportier than the familiar '07 shape. NIGO's entire World Tour project is built on it. If you wear the classic '07, do not assume the '01 fits the same way. We have not verified '01 sizing, so check Nike's size chart before you buy.
A minor inconsistency: Sole Retriever lists the model as unisex, while Nike's search results file it under men's shoes. In practice, expect men's sizing.
The UK SNKRS page reads "Available 22/10 at 7:00" and gives no time zone. The Dutch aggregator Sneakerjagers lists the same release at 09:00. If Sneakerjagers is quoting Central European Summer Time, that equals 08:00 in the UK, which would mean the Nike page is showing UTC. This is an inference only and we have not confirmed it.
Practical tip: check the time in the SNKRS app on your phone, which shows your local time, and be ready from 07:00. 22 October is a Thursday, and the clocks only go back on the night of 24 to 25 October, so British Summer Time still applies.
A Thursday release is good news. Nike has Friday to dispatch the parcel, so delivery before the weekend is possible. Had the release fallen on a Saturday, you would be waiting until the following week. This is a conclusion from the calendar, not a promise from Nike about dispatch times.

Bottom line: for a UK buyer, the Japanese release means a 03:00 alarm, an unknown yen price and charges on delivery. SNKRS at £134.99 with domestic delivery is the simpler route.
NIGO, founder of A Bathing Ape and HUMAN MADE, runs a multi-season Air Force 1 World Tour project with Nike. Each pair is meant to draw on his friends and influences. So far:
Sneaker Freaker reports that NIGO ended his Air Force 3 work in January to focus on the Air Force 1. That is a media report, not a Nike statement.
J-HOPE has long spoken about admiring NIGO's work since the BAPE years. In 2025 the two created the HUMAN HOPE collection for HUMAN MADE. The first rumours of a joint Air Force 1 surfaced in June 2026. On 26 September NIGO and J-HOPE were seen wearing the pair at the HUMAN MADE flagship in Tokyo, the first physical confirmation of the project. Nike officially announced the shoe on 8 October 2026.
